So for anyone who's seen the Eng subbed episodes...please share your thoughts on the drama (nude..nudge fivemagic,LuvHanYeSeul :D )...would like to hear what you guys think.

Hey O-CHA,

I hate to say this but I will not share my thoughts here with everyone because of two reasons:

1st reason : My pc at home does not have internet access (due to my addiction, my brother had to cancel internet at home)

2nd reason: I can only watch a little bit of it and nothing more or less becuz of work (I am using my work pc for all my replies and artworks)

Maybe LUVHYS can share her thoughts on the english episodes 1 thru 3 here.

Hey JILL,

Thanks for the caps! Please do share more later with us.

Hey HUANGSY,

Thanks for the MV... really appreciated.

For o-cha and the rest of you, I've done some caps of the first half of Ep. 6...

I'm taking a break now...stayed home all day to await delivery of a new washer/dryer and they sent one with two big dents in the side... Now I have to wait again tomorrow... Stressful...

Anyway...here are some caps from Ep. 6, first half...enjoy!

i just had a quick question...i realize that a lot of people upload these episodes to sendspace so we can d/l them (which is great! much thanks and love!), but since these are large files, will it be bad for our computer if we d/l too many of these onto our computers? for instance, don't they take up a lot of space and possibly slow down our computer?

Hello friends,

Here is the summary of ep 7. I had lots of fun with ep 7 as well. OhGSH...dang good. Tazza hasn't disappointed me at all. I wanted to write more detailed summary, which makes the summary lengthy. Hope it's okay with you guys. ;)

Goni and Go Kwang Yeol caught up by Bulgom were surrounded by his followers at his office. Bulgom offered Goni to work for him as his tazza, but Goni rejected it swiftly. Goni left gaepyung (money a winner return some of his earnings to losers) to Bulgom, which made Bulgom want Goni more. (seems to me he likes Goni's high-spiritedness)

Jina pretended not to know Goni at the hall when being asked if she knew him. She was taken to the women's locker room for investigation. The head manager of the casino, Bulgom's no 1, rummaged her locker, but couldn't find anything suspicious. By the time Jina was forced to answer what she was doing at the office, a person came in and told the manager something. The manager rummaged the rocker of a female dealer who helped Jina to get in to the office, and found a roll of films from her bag.(I wonder if someone plotted it to rescue Jina.) Jina was safely released from the room. On the way out she checked if the name of Kim Gon was listed at the vistor's log sheet but it wasn't. Then she heard someone calling her 'old' name NanSook. It was Goni.

Goni and NanSook were happy to meet each other again. Goni showed the ace card to her and she found it incredible for him to pick up the card. NanSook had to lie to Goni that she works for the casino as a part-time job and lives at cousion's place. Same as in Goni. Goni also had to lie to NanSook that he works for a company after coming to Seoul by himself.

On the other side, Madame Jung asked Young Min what is exactly his feeling toward Jina. Is it a pure love or out of compunction? She stirred up Young Ming, saying it would be better with the latter. Otherwise as the time comes nearer for the release of Jina's brother Young Min would feel more terrifble.

A couple of days later, GoNan couple dated at a themepark. For Jina, it's been so long since she had a happy time. Goni asked NanSook if she wants to go back to Busan, and she doubted that they can't go back to those innocent days. She said Busan was meaningful to her because of him and now as he is next to her she is more than happy with being here. Her answer impressed Goni. Goni responded, he indeed felt so relieved and happy to see NanSook look comfortable and easy with him. Goni took her to his friend's street restraurant (pojangmacha), where their high school friends waited for them. One of NanSook's best friend was there. Their reunion was full of laughters and joy. But NanSook's happy mood plummeted when Goni said it would be better off if Young Min were here with them now. NanSook couldn't tell Goni that she knew where he is.

Goni walked NanSook home and realized she lives in a luxury place. Goni said, if he makes lots of money later he will buy her a nice necklace more fitting and proper to the girl who goes to college and lives in a luxury house. The marble necklace she wears now doesn't seem fitting. Goni's words actually made NanSook sad. NanSook ensured Goni the girl he sees now is the same girl he knew before. So the marble necklace is the perfect one for her because that is the only one existing in the world.

When they arrived around her place, Madame Jung was arriving home as well. She noticed Goni was the boy who came to her Busan gambling house with Young Min. She found the situation interesting as she knew how Young Min feels for NanSook/Jina and assumed Jina might notice Young Min's feeling as well.

Agui and Young Min set out to conquer Bulgom's territory. When Agui gave the full responsibilty to Young Min, Kye Dong Choo felt jealous. Young Min's strategy started with acquiring a small gambling house belonging to Bulgom. Young Min continued to have a social meeting with the general and Ahn Se Hoon.

Found out Goni and Go Kwang Yeol played gambling at the casino, Pyung Gyung Jang attempted to kick them out. Go Kwang Yeol said Goni did nothing wrong and He himself was responsible. He started to coin a lie for the reason to go to the casino. (it actually was not totally untrue.) But it turned out he wanted to leave Pyung Kyung Jang as he thought he learnt enough from him. Goni felt melancholy when Go Kwang Yeol left.

GoNan couple continued to date. They seemed to develop affection for each other. When Jina suggested to hold hands, Goni said to her how much he appreciated for her seeing a jerk like him and not forgetting about him. The same words returned to Goni.

After checking the voice message left by NanSook, Goni couldn't stay home. He secretively left home to go to the casino. But NanSook, surprised by his unexpected presence, treated him coldly, asking him to leave the place for her. On the other hand, Young Min went to the casino to set out his plan to acquire the casino. Then, to his surprse, Young Min saw Goni sitting in front and talking with her. He turned his face away to escape Goni's notice. (oh..sad) After Gini left, Young Min asked Jina why she did not tell him she met Goni before. She responded she did not have a chance to tell him and that's it.

Bulgom called Pyung Gyung Jang to directly talk about Goni. When he found Goni was in the casino, he asked his follower to take Goni to him. Bulgom persuaded him to work for him. When he mentioned the name of Agui, that rang a bell in Goni's mind. Noticed Goni responded a bit to the name of Agui, Bulgom continued to persuade him to work under his wing. But Goni seemed to become more mature to be able to reject the seductive offer.

On the way back, Goni encountered Madame Jung. While giving him a ride, Madame Jung behaved cordially to Goni, enough to buy friendship. She did not forget to tell Goni, if he has any problem with seeing Jina, feel free to consult her.

Young Min achieved marvelous victories in the blackJack game, amounting to a million dollars. Bulgom, the head of the casino, asked his followers to stop him from leaving the casino and keep him on the games until the casino recoups the loss. When Bulgom rejected Young Min's ask to get cash, the people in the casino started to be boisterous. And then, the u.s. military police arrested Bulgom for running the casino over the busines hours. Young Min planned on the MP's raid in advance by using the general.

Young Min was drinking and looking at the old picture in which he, Goni and other friends smiled happily. Then, Madame Jung visited him. She told him her first impression about him, a lion upset by something. She stirred up Young Min again by mentioning Goni. By saying Jina and Goni are dating, she drove Young Min furious. She suggested a method to come down the fury, alluding sex. But she was rejected.

In the mids of doing gambling, Go Kwang Yeol saw Kye Dong Choon. He went back to Pyung Kyung Jang's place and told Goni about it. They went to the gambling place and Goni confirmed Kye Dong Choon. But Goni did not see the next person after Kye Dong Choon was Young Min, but Young Min saw Goni.

wils, this summary is more than okay with me, it's fabulous!!!! :D

Thank you so, so much for taking your time to do this!!! It enabled me to understand a couple of things that weren't entirely clear (remember, the only Korean I know is from watching dramas ~ it helps me a lot, but I don't get every detail by any means!!!)

For instance, I now know more about what was going on when Bulgom was pressuring Goni...

And I agree with you: when Goni mentioned Young Min to NS/Jina, that was so awkward for her...very sad... :( I know we have some heartbreaking scenes to come! :(

I loved it when Young Min was playing blackjack and put on the special tinted glasses so he could see the marked cards...he looks good in glasses!!! LOL I was so nervous when they stopped him after he won so much money...I thought they would ask to see his glasses, but they didn't realize what they were I guess...then the MPs rushed in and he was safe. :sweatingbullets:

I have to tell you, I totally agree...great episode and I'm not disappointed yet! Actually, when I'm watching, the time flies by...that always happens to me when I watch a drama I enjoy...I could sit and watch for HOURS!!!

I guess a lot of us are like that; If I ever lend a drama to my Korean friend, she watches in two days! :o

Jill, you are great. Actually I did not know about the secret of the glasses!!!! I thought Young Min look great with glasses, and I did not think about anything else. Thank you! that is the beauty of of watching a drama together.

I will go and rewatch the scene. :w00t:

Sorry, Ladies! It's been a busy week, and too many dramas, too little time.

fivemagic, don't worry about the addiction to kdramas.....some of us here even ignore our spouses because of them... (alright, maybe just me then )

I've just finished watching episode 6.

But the upside to not being able to watch it immediately is that I got to watch the 2.2 gb version on my new monitor, and let me just say - HOLY MOLY! THE PORES!!!:sweatingbullets:

You can see the individual stubbles of JH and KMJ's goatees!! :o:phew::sweatingbullets:

tazzae06720phdtvx264jinwk7.jpg

^ That smile -> foreshadowing of (evil) things to come? :(:tears:

Yes, KMJ is as sultry as ever. :sweatingbullets:

Loved this part:

tazzae06720phdtvx264jinea9.jpg

I definitely like Madame Jung's sultriness as well. Not overdone. Smooth and subtle.

As for Goni's crying scene, it didn't bother me as much as the one in Ep.4, but I think it would have had more of a dramatic effect if he had turned away - unable to watch his mother in such circumstances. Oh, well.

And where is Madame Jung and Jinah's dark lipstick with even darker lip-lining???:lol:

Speaking about make-up, someone went a little overboard with the brow pencil on A-Gui. (It's hard to notice in this cap, but on the full screen, it was )

tazzae06720phdtvx264jinac0.jpg

Just out of curiosity, is there a story behind the scar on his right temple? Or is it just supposed to make him look more menacing?

Loved the GoGo scenes, especially this one:

tazzae06720phdtvx264jinkz0.jpg

tazzae06720phdtvx264jinlu1.jpg

tazzae06720phdtvx264jingt8.jpg

Goni: Hey, Man!...Together, together. (yeah, the "Hey, Man!" was cute, but the "Together, together" was barely decipherable.)

Go Kwang Yeol: gibberish, gibberish...Go-Stop...gibberish...Play where?...gibberish... (that's all I could understand, and I had to replay it several times to be sure that he hadn't said "Play well?") :w00t:

hjkomo! Yes, you found all the good stuff and you watched in ... what... 720p or something? Lucky you!!

Anyway, LOL, yeah, KMJ is still sultry  (wait till you see Ep. 7)...thanks for all the great caps, BTW!

The casino scene (Hey, man!) was truly hilarious and thanks for those caps especially!! ;)

We've discussed the crying scene extensively, as you probably saw...some different points of view, but I think we all agree that JH does it as well as or probably better than almost anyone...he really was impressive in that scene! :o

I have to close this off now as I've got to go out soon...

Thanks again for those caps!! woot.gif

sunglasses2.gif

PS, hjkomo, you mentioned the makeup artist...but what's with the wardrobe team...have you noticed that whenever KMJ is dressed "casually," they wrap a scarf around his neck? (for evidence, see pic you just posted of when he drove NS home) This is someone's odd compulsion...forget the scarves...seriously, when have you seen a guy do that (except for the Afghani freedom fighters)...or have I just not noticed...???!!! He looks just fine sans scarf...the scarf look reminds me of someone recovering from a cold or a sore throat!!!! LOL

Actually it was more hilarious as the security guard understood what Go Kwang Yeol said, mostly nonsene except for the words 'go-sto' and 'play where'. :w00t: :w00t:

I still haven't finished episode 7 (It's killing me too that I haven't finished it). Managed to watch half of it before I got distracted by the relatives staying over at my house.

wils : Love the summary. Oohh sounds like the whole four way relationship has officially started now.

Jill : thanks for the caps..I know I'll have another carpo tunnel syndrome saving all those

PS, hjkomo, you mentioned the makeup artist...but what's with the wardrobe team...have you noticed that whenever KMJ is dressed "casually," they wrap a scarf around his neck? Jill..you crack me up with the Afghani freedom fighters comment...hahhahaha.

hjkomo : hahaha...Aren't I right? Where's the dark lipstick.....hehehe. Good question on A-Gui's scar...I don't know. Maybe to make him more menacing..or there could be a story behind it too. I should pay closer attention to A-Gui's eyebrows from now on hehehe.

Ooh that "Hey Man" scene is hilarious. Probably second only to the chilli pepper scene. Goni+Go Kwang Yeol = hilarity.

fivemagic : awww..that sucks..no i-net at home...On the bright side though Korean dramas get released in DVD almost immediately nowadays (at least the pirated/unofficial versions) so you can have your Tazza marathon pretty soon.

LuvHanYeSeul : thanks for sharing your thought. And yes you don't have to post long comments or anything like that. I just love seeing people post about how much they enjoy the drama..hehehe

hohomania : Sorry..the only opening credit I have is LQ (credit to cutiepie). I agree..episode 5 is awesome.

cococrust : thanks for the c-subs...I'm sure a lot of people appreciate it.

*happy*happy*joy*joy: to answer your question..yes...downloading would take some hard disk space. If you don't want to do that you can just watch streaming episodes..the only downside to that is you're dependant on the uploader and in the case of youtube I know SBS has been requesting removals of their videos so there's a chance the uploader that you've been following get suspended and you'll have to find a different means of watching the drama.

OK...my resolution for the day..Finish episode 7..I'm itching to watch it.

Hey O-CHA,

I know, I know... sucks big time... but on the bright side, I can always, always chat with you guys from my pc at work... heehee, just make sure my boss does not know about this or else, I will be doomed forever.

Please continue with your analysis and when the dvd is out, I will most definitely buy and watch it, and then I can post my comments here.

Jill4675&o-chathanks sharing useful things about the opening credit...

checked MyAigo...seem like they haven't upload any version of the opening credits.

the 1.5gb hi-res files are only eposides.

acturally when broadcasting, there are some ads between the opening and eposides ...so few people download the opening...anyway, i'll keep looking for it.

thank you all the same ~ :D
