Didn't he die because he was badly damaged from the fight with 02 and because he wanted to become human so much that his system just couldn't handle it and broke down? I mean, that's how I interpreted it. He actually got sort of "fixed" when he and Riiko slept together (ooh, I wonder how this will be shown in the drama) - well, until his batteries ran out. Haha.

drama has deviated from the manga quite drastically so Riiko and Night

seems a little far now. however, there's still a slight chance one episode could change it all. im excited to watch ep7. waiting for raws to come out.

Anyways, contrary to the manga's ending I don't believe she'll end up with

Night is just watching and waiting for Riiko's attention and love. While Riiko is just warming up to him, and than it appears to only be as a friend or even as some kind of pet/companion.

yeah i thought about it too..it's like depending on the machine to give you pleasure..maybe that's why i felt different abt the live action..in the manga, i feel like you kinda get away with it since it's on paper..but if it's real live action with actual people, i just find it creepy..maybe that's why i prefer soshi than night in the LA..i feel like you can't just rely on a robot for true love...

the end of episode 7 was the best ... RIIKO HUGGED NIGHT (she was sad bcoz other girl beated her in making cream stuff... something like that) and when she came home (night knew she was sad) there was NIght waiting for her with food (probably to cheer her up) and he started talking bout Riiko... and Riiko just hugged him and cried

Soshi saw them bcoz he came looking for Riiko .. then Soshi left DAMN IM HAPPY RIGHT NOW

He's Tsuyoshi Abe. He was in Hana Yori Dango (I don't remember his name but he had the mansion and the mom who looked like she could be his sister) and Rough (with Hayami).
