Well, some people prefer to see the book the way it is. Because sometimes, movie adaptations can ruin one's perspectives on a book.

I know a Harry Potter fan who watched the first movie, but have skipped the rest of them because she didn't like the first one.

It's their choice, really. But I wish they'd used a less laughable excuse than 'I'm disappointed in the cast'.

v I actually thought the first 2 HP movies were the best. I honestly believe they had to be the way they were to set up the rest of the movies.
