[Opinions] Dim Sum, Pho or Sushi?

Dim Sum includes a wide range of light Chinese dishes, while Pho and Sushi are are certain type of food. Does it make any sense to compare them this way?

They're not even in the same category, Dim Sum and Sushi are finger food/appertizer. While Pho is hot soup.
