[Opinions] Dim Sum, Pho or Sushi?

I've never tasted dim sum nor pho... so, obviously, sushi.

Sushi is great, but generally must stick to some strict criteria in order to be on par or even surpass dim sum. I dont like my fish being handled much and temperature of fish must be cold, rice must me lightly packed but not fall apart. It's something I have to make myself or someone whom makes it the way I like. Pho is nothing special at all. So Dim sum FTW!
