Since 'Reply 1988', Ryu Joon Yeol has been called the most handsome one among the ugly actors. To Ilgan Sports, Ryu Joon Yeol responded to the comments, saying, "People say that I act ugliness. That doesn't bother me at all because I love my looks. I'm not handsome nor do I stand out, but I'm normal and common. There are also times when it becomes helpful in acting. I don't have any complaints regarding my looks."Ilgan Sports responded with a question, asking, "But don't you sometimes get concerned for the characters you play?" Ryu Joon Yeol answered, "If I care for those kinds of things then side effects can follow. Of course, visual is important and it'll be great to be handsome, but there is a certain feel that each character and person gives off. And looks are not something that can be changed because you want to change them."

@wiha : I am just too happy seeing how (still) close, comfortable and happy RJY and Hyeri are after all these months.
So their opinion doesn't matter to me.

They might be just friends. Some people say that hyeri look at all her friends with that warm eyes and smiles and she tend to be touchy feely with boys.
But why do I don't see her treating donghwi, kyungpo and jaehong the same way ??
In fact I don't see her being friendly and chitchating with jaehong and kyungpo and all the other male that night at all..and with dongwhi too (other then escorting her at the red carpet..push her to junyeol's side and that's it.)That night she look only for junyeol, on and off camera...

@Kelly86 her eyes are totally on JY kelly.. I don't see her talking/interacting that much with dong hwi, kyungpo and jae hong from all the fancam that I saw. It all about junyeol hahahah. Just look at @tenilove97 pic above, she walk hand in hand with donghwi but she still reach for junyeol ..
He wait for her...she wait for him...they talk with other people but they are always beside each other.
Junyeol tried to distance himself in some parts but dong hwi push him back to hyeri casually, or when they are apart ..his eyes still searching for her...lock her position then he be all casual talking to his peers

@tenilove97 : They stay together the whole night teni !!! since they came all through the way out of the hall, never seen if not beside each other, not afraid of the crowds eyes. Though Jun Yeol seem a bit reserve, I think it's just his personality. and hyeri is just as open as ever

I am contemplating on why they act the way they act in the open, and I find 3 possibilities :
1. Just as a casual friend>>> Nope, this is not it. I also observe Seo Ing Guk and Jung Eun Ji that night and as much as I want them to be together, they are just friends. That is what a friendzone look like. Ing guk may still have a thing for her, but she doesn't (sadly)
I also look at eric and seo hun jin, nope. Just friend.
Jun Yeol and Hyeri body language is more than friend, they look like they are really close but the dynamic is different from R88 fanmeeting and R88 Concert. That was flirting stage..now it's more comfortable so move onto :
2. They like each other and they both know it but at this stage of their career they decide to just be close friends "for now"
or
3. They are dating and choose to be open about it like donghwi and ahn jae hong..
They just wait until the R88 hype die down out of the respect for fans of the R88 Drama Couple (and to avoid haters..there's bunch of them).
So here they are...all natural, nothing fake, no awkwarkness...ready to face it all
Which one is it ?? I am fine with option 2, who know what will happen in future
But what if it's the 3rd option ??Do all of them witness in korean will treat this as an open secret to protect the happy couple ???

Ryu Jun-yeol is currently filming for Korean movie, Taxi Driver
Romantic comedy drama, Lucky Romance, left a mark on its viewers with the high voltage finale episode on 16 July. The webtoon inspired show, starring South Korean actor Ryu Jun Yeol and actress Hwang Jung Eum, received quite a lot of love from the audience in its two months running course.
In order to gratify the fans of the popular drama and to bid the final adieu, actor Jun Yeol held a live interaction session on the Facebook. The 29-year-old actor seemed quite emotional and stated that it will take him some time to come out of his character.

Jun Yeol in an interview to Soompi said, "Lucky Romance' has finished now and I just got done with an interview. I'm glad and sad at the same time thinking that I have to let go of Su Ho now. I did so many interviews after being done with 'Reply 1988' that it took me a while to let go of Jung Hwan, but I'm sad that the interview for 'Lucky Romance' is just one take. I hope you guys remember him for a long time."
The Reply 1988 actor also thanked his fans for their unconditional love for Lucky Romance. "I trust that you guys will remember Su Ho and let him go comfortably. If any of you meet me in the streets, don't be afraid to say hi. Please stay happy and thank you so much for loving 'Lucky Romance.' I was able to finish it well thanks to you," Jun Yeol asserted.
Furthermore, the Canola actor added that he is currently filming for a Korean movie called Taxi Driver and will soon be heading off for the tentatively titled film, The King.

and all the other photos behind the stage of baeksang awards, bogum on junyeol side while hyeri clinging to junyeol,angle her body toward JunYeol (if we se R88 BTS with all the guys together, hyeri always naturally angle her body toward Junyeol, never to the other person beside her),and holding his hand like stating he is rightfully hers ?Am I being delusional here or you guys seeing something too ?
That chemistry in R88 is on par with the Queen In Hyun Man's Couple IMHO (and they were being real after the drama).

These couple and their insta post...
I've always try to maintain my coolness with them because I am not really into a real life couple game. Been Burned with the joongbo couple and jaerim so eun couple but but..can't help not to ....Why is that they look like they slyly try to show the world that they are having 'something something' with each other ?
I wouldn't be suspicious if not for the timing of the insta updates. Always right after one another. Always like answering what fans has been asking/wondering behind the scenes at that point of time.
And what's with each other family and friends liking the other insta post ?

Ryu Jun Yeol really have ways with words. That last ig post is full of meaning.
We won't know for sure what he means by that quotes. can be about family, friend, works etc.
But for me it's a (not so) subtle way to assure someone that they love each other and that they can overcome any problems that come their way right now with patient and understanding.
Girl just remember, he loves you just as much as you are to him. (Lucky girl ...I want one like him).
And....I can't wait for hyeri's ig post after this....Will she give us clues
