    Finally delurking the soompi thread after months. hahaha.

     

    I was one of those who felt sceptical about PSJ-PMY pairing but here I am enjoying the drama to the fullest.kekeke. 

     

    Loving Park Seo Joon although sometimes I still feel Ko Dong Man vibe on Lee Young Joon, but he is still very cool portraying LYJ. Meanwhile, I never managed to finish PMY's drama; perhaps because of the genre. I guess WWWSK will be the first PMY drama I'll finish.

     

    Looking forward to the next episode!

    After giving a deep thinking (lol) and reading recaps and some comments, I finally realized this:

     

    There are two seemed-important things that aren't addressed explicitly in the finale:

    1. Who is Madam X?

    As one already pointed earlier, there was a scene when Butler Sung talked to a woman whom, in the later episode, turned out to be the one meeting KMK. In the meeting, she said "Madam X told me to ......". The only one who was shown telling somethinh to her was Butler Sung. So Butler Sung is indeed Madam X. 

     

    2. Where is the proposal scene?

    No grande proposal scene was shown but JA did wear the necklace when she met the foreign investors.

     

    These two are quite important points in the drama but why are they not explicitly shown? They even showed the resolutions for every character (including the supporting ones) but not these two points????

     

    Madam X is related to MG's sake while the proposal scene is related to both MG and JA's. These two points are only related to our OTP. But maaaaan, this show isn't only about our OTP. All characters here are very important as well! That is perhaps why the writer preferred showing the resolutions of all characters (from MK-JA even to the two not-really dumbs) to showing explicitly about Madam X and proposal. They appreciated all the characters!! Even without these two, we have got a beautiful resolution for JA and MK. :heart:

     

    This makes me love and adore this drama more, yeorobun!! Don't you? :wub:

    I love reading all these netizens' comments. IANAR is loved by Koreans actually. 

     

    Just finish watching the last two episodes with Engsub. Aaaah this drama is amazing and the ending is SOOOOOOO BEAUTIFUL I CAAAAAANNNN'TTTT. This writer is everything! Gomawooo MBC, casts, crew, writernim and pdnim. And also for chingus here, you are daevvvvvaaaak! I need to backread now.

     

    Things that need to be highlighted;

    1. No proposal scene but Ji Ah wore the necklace! So subtle and heartwarming.

    2. In the last scene in ep. 32, KMG got enlisted as his allergy is cured. Mirroring the very first scene in ep. 1. And it also turned out that he bought all Ji Ah's previous inventions. OMG! They are just destined from the start!

    3. In the 2 years, everyone was doing a great job; not just waiting for KMG without doing nothing.

    4. Ssanip finally got a girl! hahaha. He frequently spoke English and in the end he got an englishwoman. Aaah sooo delighting.

    5. That scene of Sun Hye and Hoktal in the cinema.hahaha. with Ssanip throwing popcorn, really mirrors what KMG imagined before (the one with Ri El)

    6. Ri El and Yoo Cheol finally got together! Omoooonaaa so happy.

    7. Pi and BG finally got together as well and they both changed their hairdos hahaha.

    8. Santa Maria Team came back with a new robot, a male one. They didn't show us the face but by showing only the back part, I am already happy. It is so subtle but really confirming that they are advanced in this robot industry.

    9. YC's Dad in the jail. Yeep you deserved to be there.

    10. The 'secret' mirrorring between MG and Dong Hyun. First, DH asked MG to keep secret about how they met. Then, MG asked DH to keep secret that JA was the woman he liked so much. So adorable!

    11. We got a baby! So happy that they finally showed us the delivery scene of Hong Joo.

    12. Jin Bae hyung and MG. Omooo they are so adorable when starting to call 'hyung' and 'Min Kyu'.

    13. The ending scene while everyone was waiting inside (not shown but JA said it, so relieving) and JA was welcoming MG. That was a looooong kiss btw hahaha. I notice that the umbrella and bag were moving, so they mustn't have frozen it. I wonder how they did the filming. Salute them for staying in that cold night, with that pose, for such a long time as well.

    14. MG looked at the family photo and said that he wanted to meet JA's appa. Aaaah so heartwarming.

    15. The umbrella made an appearance again, now the blue one. It is also mirroring their first kiss. First kiss; JA said 'this time is when we must kiss' and JA pressed the button. The last kiss; MG did it all.

    16. MG found and saw all the sketches of JA's invention, making him love JA more.

    17. YC and the butler. Aaah so glad thatthe butler had a talk with him about their childhood.

    18. YC and MG reunited. Finally after 15 years!

    19. MG and YC Appa's convo in the jail. I love how MG said "you and my appa were separated as enemies, but YC and I are different." another mirroring. You're rocks, MG!

    20. When Pi and BG were dating in that game zone, Pi said that the winner would pay for the movie and she would be the winner so she could pay for it. Pi also asked BG out first, so sunhye-like! I adore you more!

    21. How cute it is that they celebrated Ssanip-the-only-one-who-wasnt-dating instead of the main casts? hahaha. This family is soo lovely. KMG, you really have got a family now!

    22. In ep. 27, KMG touched the heartlamp while in the last ep., JA did it. Another mirroring! 

     

    This drama IS LOVE! Everything about this drama is LOVEEEEEE! They really paid attention to every single detail! Indeed, IANAR is a warm drama to accompany you passing through this cold winter.

    This episode looks tense. And based on the last line by BG, it kindly means that JA will be sent to replace Aji3 for a while in order to trick and save the company. Gaaahhh so risky.. please save uri Ji Ah! :(

    By the way, can we have Seo Kang Joon to cameo? hahaha we need to change JA's face on Aji3 right?  Seo Kang Joon will be a robot in his next drama "I am Human Too", so this will be epic. :D

    I can't stop replying ep. 27 hahaha. It is only one scene of MK-JA talking and making up for about 20 minutes I guess, but it is really worth to watch! This reminds me of one scene in W where Kang Chul had a tense convo with the writer and it lasted quite long but so impressive. Indeed IANAR is a drama produced by the same director so he might come up with the similar idea.

    One thing I notice about that single scene is that the scene is crafted in different stages with different OSTs fitting the situation perfectly.

    1. JA ran into MK in that so-amazingly-shot location. There was a feel of relief, happiness, longing or yeah whatever you name it which is accompanied by OST part 3; Kim Yeon Ji.

    2. MK tried to remember all the things JA did as Aji3 and started to realize how clueless he was. This scene is brought to us with OST part 2; Stella Jang which really fits this funny part.

    3. JA shared everything honestly to MK. She told about how she was feeling and stuff. MK started smiling showing how happy he was when knowing about it all. This scene is using OST part 4; Damsonegongbang.

    4. MK realized how he might not be able to touch JA and he didn't want JA to suffer due to this matter. This part is so tense. He tried to apply that noble idiocy trope but JA, uri brave girl, complained and finally said the magic words; Saranghaeee. MK went back and gently kissed her. This part is using OST part 5; Juniel.

    5. MK took JA home with his bright smile all over the place. And then the you-go-first-no-you-first saga takes place. Omooo so giggling-able. LOL. This part comes with the latest OST part 6; Vincent Blue.

    Aah I really love all the OSTs and really salute the crew for fitting them perfectly with this single scene serving different emotional stages. :heart:

    Finally got a chance to marathon ep. 25 to 28 and I just wanna say "Good things do come for those who wait." Thank you, MBC, for giving us such a nice episode with the BTS as well! I was worried before as MBC didn't give any BTS with uri OTP in the previous week but then VOILA! They gave us this heart-fluttering BTS kiss. :wub:

     

    I am so happy that finally uri OTP reconciled although I was a bit worried earlier when MK went away after that lovely long talk. I really luuuuurrrrveeee our Ji Ah, who stayed in the character as a persistent and determined girl; she shamelessly kept coming to MK's house, bluntly shared everything to MK even told him that he was a nasty jerk before. LOL. :D

     

    This couple is jjang! If in the warehouse MK shared everything he felt, in ep. 27, it was Ji Ah's turn. It is quite rare to see a couple in a drama talk a lot and honestly voice out what they are feeling towards the partner. And then it is ended with a kiss, with an amazing cinematography. The kiss scene is seriously beautiful :heart:

     

    By the way, thank you very much for sharing your thoughts and comments, chingus. I had fun reading all of them.hahaha. Now, we are heading to the final week and somehow I feel sad; I don't think I would be this excited again for a Kdrama. I am so glad that I started watching IANAR last month but it is hard to let it go..... :bawling:

    JUST PASSING BY TO EXPRESS HOW I LOVE THE NEW OST! Omooo the tone is brighter, sounds happier and so romantic! I am sure we are gonna get some lovey-dovey moment soon. kekeke

     

    Wait, the title is "Slow Down"?? Indeed JA-MK relationship will slowly progress romantically :D

    @Berou Thanks a million for posting that article from netizendrama. I have been wandering around looking for ones that were used to be posted by Kkuljaem or Netizendrama but it seems that they are busy to update. So happy to know how Knetzs comment on IANAR. :)

     

    Two weeks to go. Kinda hard to believe it is ending so soon :( MBC, may I beg for at least one special episode after the finale? Or just abundant of BTS especially between the OTP??? Gaaaah haven't been this obsessed since Fight for My Way :"(

     

    By the way, I dreamt something weird last night. hahaha. In the dream, I was scrolling my IG feed looking for new updates of IANAR. Then I found some accounts posting some BTS videos on MK-JA's wedding scene! Then the next day when the drama was airing, it turned out that the wedding scene was just an imagination from the OTP. LOL. I hope that this dream doesn't come true tho :D

    Omoo I am getting more excited to Wednesday. This plot is kinda nouuurrrrmaal for a Kdrama, I guess. KMG really needs time to digest everything before finally coming to JA again. No worries chingus, no dramas have pure lovey dovey moments until they reach the finale. hehehe. The writing in IANAR is indeed so fairytale-like; classic, deep, and beautiful. I just lurrrveeee it.

     

    I hope BG will come to KMG and explain literally everything! Because he is indeed the most responsible person for all this mess. MG and JA are the main victims, so BG must be gentle to admit his mistake.

     

    By the way, thanks a lot for those awesome fanarts, it proves that IANAR is getting a very good reception. Hopefully the casts and crew like to stalk any SNS sites so they know how loved IANAR is despite its domestic rating.

     

    @paperboat04 don't worry chingu-ah, the proposal scene might likely happen in ep. 16 and the real wedding will be in the middle of the year *cough* *cough* as YSH said in the VLive ;p #whichweddingarewetalkingaboutbytheway #eheemm

    The feel is real!!!!

     

    I thought I was gonna be discouraged to watch the latest episodes once I read some people feel disappointed on the plot, all the endless lies, and MK's weak character development; hence, the low ratings. But...... I just watched the four subbed latest episodes and somehow I am amazed with everything! I am even getting more and more excited to know what will happen next!!

     

    Seriously, not only because of JA and MK but every single detail is crafted beautifully.

     

    - The newest OST really hit me hard! I instantly cried once it started playing.

    - All interactions between MK and JA. So natural, funny, lovely, adorable.

    - Pi and BG scene in the car, along with the talks.

    - All deep lines, even the ones coming from Sun Hye, Hoktal, and Ssanip when they were drunk.

    - The breathtaking cinematography.

    - The twist on MONAMI file.

     

    Things that certainly will happen next:

    1. JA, Santa Maria team will help KMG to fight against YC.

    2. JA and MK finally together.

     

    I am really curious on how the writer will deal with these issues. So far, I love the writings and the directions. However, proposal and meteor shower scene might just happen in ep.16. Well, it is still long enough but I think it will just be perfect to be put in the finale.

    Today and tomorrow's episodes look fun but yeah.. get ready for having another heartbreak once KMG knows the truth.

     

    I do agree (and hope) that the heartbreak won't be long. Still believe in the writer and pd-nim, they must give us the best and make everyone happy. This is a rom-com afterall! :wink:

    omooo I love this song as well. She sang very beautifully :wub:

     

    And recap of ep. 17-18 is up on Dramabeans, pretty squad! I really enjoy reading the comments as most beanies continue loving IANAR so much despite the angst. :heart:

    I really need to give props for Chae Soo Bin for portraying her character so well. That sob in the hospital really hit me hard. That scene reminds me of one scene in Goblin when Eun Tak sobbed really hard in the rooftop. I couldn't stop cry along with Soo Bin. That is sooo sad. Both YSH and CSB really deserve more recognition. If MBC Awards didn't do, I hope Baeksang Awards will do. Even if they just are nominated... it will be more than enough.

     

    The ending scene of ep.20 feels like a reward for us, the impatient viewers, after watching a number of almost-meet moments between KMK and JA. hahaha.

    That's one perfect cliffhanger. I read that the writernim mostly writes movies.. no wonder the cliffhanger is so movie-like. It feels like Yoon Jae - Shi Won's reunion scene in a coffe shop or Cha Tae Hyun - Jun Ji Hyun in the almost-ending scene of My Sassy Girl. I really love this kinda fated reunion!

     

    Now... writer-nim, kindly tell me... how am I supposed to live until next week?

    Oh my god please just days apart from each other. I think it's gonna be days apart only since there's no reason for them to have a time skip :-? But then again that story of the rabbit and the boy does give off the feeling that there may be a time skip, because the boy doesn't recognize the rabbit, hence some time must have passed? idk it just reminds me of this story where a girl lost her toy rabbit, and her rabbit traveled a long way through many people's hands and became different people's toy until it met the girl again, and by that time the girl has become an adult with a child, and she bought the rabbit for her daughter.

     

     

    Miraculous Journey of Edward Tulane? Omooo this once appeared in 'You Who Came from the Stars' that made me read the whole book. I love it so much, the story is so touching and the narration is so beautiful. Thanks for pointing it out.
