    I can see his point now of trying to protect her from everybody that was against them. When he was stuck in his 20’s he was like the other young couple he didn’t care what they thought. In his older age he tried to spare her heartache but maybe went about it wrong all his words was just trying to move her on from what he though was him giving her heartache from everybody.

    I do wonder if all this is to get the audience to accept the age difference. They manipulate the audience so much that everyone's crying out, "Just get these two together already!!!" and no one cares about the age difference anymore - because some people had a problem with that at first.

     

    Anna is dying! Cancer has spread to her pancreas! Ugh, I cannot feel good about this, either. I mean, abandoning her baby was pretty awful, but this really makes it hard to just feel happiness for our main couple.

     

    I like Se-ryeon, but if she's going to insist on living with her in-laws, she should learn not to be so picky about the food and drink she gets in this house. Also not a fan of how the whole family is catering to her every whim because they think she's a "golden cow." Wait until they find out she gave up her shares in the company! (I'm sure YG will give them back to her eventually, with the caveat that Dae-ran can't touch it. But for now, she gave them up!)

    Lol wait until they find what DD inherits. Was ok foR DD’s brother to marry age difference but not DD. DD is gonna be the golden cow poor girl stepmom never treated her that way

    I really don’t think YG is stupid he has had a brain injury that’s slowly healing. He can remember what his dad did and that is a bearing on him. Sara has big time took advantage of his head injury she is the stupid one along with the stepmom who plotted with her all for greed. Little do they not understand how all of that will blow up when his brain is completely healed and it will heal.

    Oh I got turned off to Gun when he first come on the scene in the airport when he Raised his leg up high and let a big fart toward the women what man does that in a public place. Is he not man enough to know he is being used evil Sara got his sperm so now she is ready to Put him on the back burner until Chairman puts her out again.

    Dae Beom and Se Ryeon seem to be back to be a thing and I'm glad for them but they're not enough for me to go through the pain. So I'll stick to watch the family outing, the back carrying and the kiss on Youtube.

    But, even the kiss scene is kind of ruined for me (I was squealing anyway, not gonna lie :D) because it looks like YG feels unsure, (maybe he just had another broken memory? I don't know). So he kisses DD to feel reassured! That's not a good setting for a first kiss! DD deserves better than that.

    And also DD in the preview, I'm a little disappointed that her first reaction is to break up, even though she seems to change her mind later, but poor YG had to go through another sermon by father of the year. Ugh! anyone can get angry at YG but not HIM, please!

    Wait until he learns that his brother in law is the father of the poor baby

    That should have been a shave your head and sit naked in the ashes like Lot moment for SC. I still don't think he understands. I can't imagine how I would feel if one of my sons told me they can't trust me anymore. A parent should be the one person in the world their children can trust. No matter the age.

    You are so right about being a parent u can trust. Not only being their parent you should be your child best friend.

To me when a writer can’t produce soothing to our souls with some irritations along this long road that’s what I look for.  I will be careful when looking for another drama not to not start one of hers. I’m here because it’s a family drama and still here thinking every eps. Will be better for the leads but it just starts over and over no let up. Have we got to wait until the last 5 minutes of eps 52 before we get to see any happiness

    Episode 42 : 

    DD go to her family and explain everything that AK tricked them and she explains she saw baby photo and did i DNA Test. YS let it slip that they already know. DD i shocked that they know. YS said something about that she wouldnt go to the U.S otherwise. SC says that he already knows and tell DD to go with AK. DD cries and ask how SC could lied to her, I think she said she cant forgive and runs off taking a taxi i think. DD crying in the car. SC call AK and tell her. AK first blame YG but SC told her no and that DD made a DNA Test. DD confronts AK. I think AK says that she will explain and reach out for DD but DD push her hand away and is pissed. AK apologize but DD does not accept it. DD cries and angry how she could lie and abandon her. DD ask how she could take her to U.S and pretend like nothing when she asked for help finding her bio mother and ask how she could abandon her. AK on her knees saying sorry like in the preview. DD heart is broken. DD tells her to stay away from her.

     

    SC go to YG house with YG just arriving home. Asking if DD is inside and it seems like YG finds out that DD knows. SC asks YG to give him a call if he finds DD. YG looking for DD for spots they been at before. YG receive a call from someone saying where she has been seen(lawyer friend?). YG finds DD collapsed like in preview. Ambulance taking them to hospital where DD has an IV-Drop. YG asks if it's anything serious and doctor say she collapsed from stress. YG holding DD hand. DD wakes up. DD says she want to go home with YG and YG agrees and is happy. SC receive a call with YG telling him DD is at his place. DD family is worried about her and that she received a big shock. YS i think say they should have told her but get scolded by family incase SC hears. 

     

    Next morning kids open DD bedroom and DD is happy to see them. Kids are very happy that DD is staying and not going to U.S. JN asks about DD being sick and YG says DD has been under alot of stress and say something.  YG says to Sechan and Sejong he wont let go. They are happy and asks if they are going to get married. YG says maybe and the kids are happy. YG says DD is staying and DR being nasty and is told by SR to keep quiet. YG threaten DR to keep herself in check. SR is on YG and DD side.  SR say that they might get married and tell DR to not be nasty to them. DR saying so stuff to herself being nasty. MS and Junoh brining gift. Junoh is leaving. MS finds out from YS and grandma about AK and is shocked. MS says AK is the problem. YS pissed that AK manipulated stuff. MS calling AK a scary woman.

     

    DD resting on the bed. YG enters and asks if he should leave. DD says shes okay. YG asking if she needs food. DD saying she's not hungry. Housekeeper enters. Saying SC is here. DD getting stressed and saying she doesn't want to go with him and YG says he will go. DD explaining calmly that DD doesn't want to see him. SC wants to see DD but YG says DD needs time. Now SC gets angry and wants to force DD to leave. SC raising his voice but YG is adamant. Now YG is scolding SC for his behavior towards DD. YG screams at SC like in the preview. YG saying he won't let go of DD bows his head and go back inside. DD asks what SC said and YG said he would not agree and not let go of DD. DD touched. DD and YG hugs. Housekeeper still sees SC outside. SR wonders whats wrong. SR calls DB about it. SR go outside and greet SC. SR can't let him see DD. She says she doesnt know what happened but its better for SC to wait. DB arrive trying to take SC away but SC refuses then DD scolds SC about the situation but doesnt mention AK so SR is still clueless about it. SC drinking alone. SC comes back next day and DD go out to meet him. SC says sorry and tell DD to go with him. DD saying she will stay by YG side. DD is angry at SC for knowing everything and lying to her. all the time. Saying she trusted SC the most i think and he betrayed her and she won't believe SC anymore. SC saying to AK it's over and DD doesn't want to see them. AK apologize to SC.

     

    AK is really shameless comes to YG house to meet DD. Housekeeper doesnt know anything and lets her in. AK enters DD room and DD asks what shes doing here. AK pulling a sob story and asking her to go to US with her and DD tell her to leave. AK telling her not to hate SC. DD asks why shes doing this to her. Housekeeper and DR overhear it all. They gossip it to Chief Kim who writes it down haha and reports it to YG. YG meets AK and asks why she met DD. AK delusional saying she want DD to be happy and asks YG to let DD go. YG won't let go. He says to AK he is going to marry DD. YG says to AK if she feels sorry for DD she should let DD be happy. CG taking SaRa outside his house and wants to introduce her. Saying that even though they are friends he loves SaRa and runs into CG mom. SaRa is flustered. SaRa is dragged inside and shocked about the house or something. SaRa hurrying to leave. CG stops SaRa. SaRa says to talk. SaRa says she does indeed love CG but she can't live like that.  SaRa being nasty and leaves. SaRa come home crying with SaRa mom asking her whats wrong and she locks herself in room crying. Kids watching DD and DD asks why they stay there and they say DD is sick. She tells them to come.

     

    Another outing with the kids. YG wins the game. They are walking together in the dark eating snacks and being happy. SaRa at the house again this time YG catches her. YG pissed. DD sees SaRa. SaRa making up lies and YG tells them to drag SaRa outside. Making up lies with his memory. DD sees it. Chief Kim tell SaRa to not show up again. SaRa calling YG a RickRoll'D. DD brings water. YG remembers almost kissing SaRa i think and episode ends. Preview : Just like we all predicted SaRa is pregnant and she will use it to fake it being YG child. DB and SR reunite. SR standing outside YG house ready to use it so she can be with Sejong. 

     

    We all knew it was gonna happen. This writer is so freaking stupid with only 10 episodes remaining. i hope YG regains his memories next week since his head started hurting in preview. I'm too pissed posting videos today except preview sorry.

     

     

    Well we know who’s it is and it’s not Chairman’s

    YS don’t want DD to go US because AK is her birth mother who also happens to be SC’s ex wife. The truth is she didn’t actually treat DD right either most of her life(yes she “looked” after her) Just because YS helped them as a baby doesn’t mean YS is some kind of angel and gets to play an innocent victim here. She took advantage from having husband who not only looked after her snd her son but also her extended family. Its drives me insane how some people forget that SC also looked after DB infact treated like his own unlike the stepmum.

    YS has her own selfish reason why she don’t want to let DD go to US,AK and SC has their own selfish reasons why they want DD to go to US.
    the only logical ones are the kids even YG is kind if an airhead. 
    Although I still don’t if SC is still hung up on AK or has moved on. I know for sure is I wouldn’t be giving my cheating RickRoll'D husband a chance even though if I was leech.

    As before YS could have dollar signs in her eyes. But she may be the one to bring Park to his right mind if he’s got one

    Well let me put things another way to make my point. Besides attempting to commit murder and suicide what else has the man accomplished with his life since AK left? Did he maybe try to get a truck driving license? No. Well maybe a heavy equipment operator license. No didn't do that either. Well maybe a real estate or barber's license. Nope.

     

    So let's talk about the chicken place then. Remember it was practically given to him by an old Army buddy. In fact, the guy had to beg him to take it over. Even then Eeyore tried to talk his way out of it. No ambition or drive in life. 

     

    Also, the chicken shack was failing until Dae Bum came and changed up the menu by making the breading more flavorful and adding new sauces to go with the chicken.

     

    So now when people offend or do not behave according to his sad outlook in life, he commits felony offenses. The end result of his behavior is both of his children are miserable and he is alienating them.

     

    One thing I have learned about having adult children myself is you have to love them where they are. You can't live their lives for them and you have to let them make their own mistakes. They 'll learn from those mistakes and eventually right the ship. Sometimes they don't and it is painful to watch. Hopefully, you give them enough foundation while they are growing up they find the right path.

     

    However, we can shake hands and agree to disagree. I won't post on this subject anymore and let the thread continue. I'll let you have the last word.

    Me either. I was hoping he dies. First time I've ever wished death on a drama character.

     

    I wished he was hit on the head and had amnesia and couldn’t remember maybe up to when he and Anna were a couple and they both take off to the States    Problem solved
