If you watch the episode 469 carefully, at some point she said "my mission is to make this song very popular so that he'll have no choice but to confess his feelings". This means the song wasn't written for someone who she loved in the past but for someone she had and still has feelings for him, and in this case the song is obviously meant for Jong Kook. Don't you agree?
