    Hii @Blastilonic, as far as I know there's no official English version of Addicted novel. But there's unofficial English translation of that book. You can visit this site http://saehan01.com/addicted/

    The translators had posted a link for Book 2 (pdf format) so you can download it there. But I can't find the link for Book 1 in pdf format there. IIRC, they had posted the link previously.. but they may have deleted the link now. So you need to read Book 1 on-site.

     

    Sae, Sienna, Nancy et al. are really dedicated translators and translating the whole book is not an easy job.Please show them your support by liking/voting/commenting their page. 

     

    If you're interested in other translators, there are several English translated Addicted chapters scattered around in Wattpad. But the translations in wattpad aren't complete, they only translated certain chapters.

     

    Andd welcome @manifester to our YZ fandom:lol: If you have some questions just ask away, I'm sure some of the members will know the answer.. but I'm afraid it may takes a long time to be answered as Soompi is not as active as before.

    Hii everybody! its been a while~ so good to see that soompi is still alive.. we have to thank @tuzicr for that. Your updates are really fun to read:wub:

     

    @yeammyIf Im not mistaken, Red Sea Operation was also in Netflix so you can watch it there.. but if you guys have some problems w Netflix (like me :sweatingbullets:) you can watch it for free using the link below but you have to get through a lot of ads before you can watch the movie. But it worths all the hassles because the video is in HD. Link in spoiler.

    There are 3 servers. I always prefer openload bc it always gives option to add english subtitles files online but somehow openload doesnt work for me for this movie. Im afraid there is no english substitle for other servers. If you still wanna watch it w eng subs, you have to download the movie first and add eng sub offline..

    If the link is broken, you guys can dm me in IG (same username) because I might not notice it if you dm me in soompi. 

     

    But if some of you are hesitant to watch the whole movie (like me:sweatingbullets: bc I also dont like watching war movies at all) but still wanna watch our JY in military uniform holding his big guns, I rec you to watch this instead. This is JY's scenes in ORS compilation.

     

    Anndd thank you @sohocomo I dont know why but its really hard to find good high quality english YZ fanfics online. But your fanfics are my saviour! Im proud to announce Ive read all your fics and reread some. You are one of my favourite YZ authors in Wattpad :D besides AbbieButtonbee and Beloved_Sienna.

     

    These 3 authors' works are in my top list. Check out their works guys! They are great! And Im still searching for new YZ authors too. Someone please rec me some good YZ fics or better yet, introduce me to other great YZ authors. Im craving YZ fics rn :P

     

    @TakeMeSomewhereNice I think most of the CPF Soompiers have moved to IG. No worries dear. YuZHou ship is still sailing hard! like @tuzicr said, CPFs are still going strong! Especially when YZ are in the same city during this Valentine"s month haha

    Yup, the 8 years thing was made up based on the Addicted novel bc YuZhou's love story is uniquely parallel with its plotline.

    Delulu time: Anndd if YuZhou's love story rly follow the novel's storyline then our fav couple will end up marrying each other :wub:

     

    All I could say is that the official ban which is "YZ were banned from appearing on tv" has been lifted. As we can see, they are no longer being edited out from any shows like before. ZZ even reappeared in HC and said "I'm back" in his song. I'm so happy for him I cried when I listened to that song.

     

    However, the unofficial ban which is "YZ can't appear together in public" is still enforced. Nobody rly knows how long this damned ban will last.

    But the most important thing right now is their career. Their career is currently blossoming beautifully and they need our full support in order to become big celebrities. My hope is that when they're no longer considered as newbies and become more popular and influential, the unofficial ban might loosen a bit. And maybe the ban will be lifted up sooner than 8 years. Who knows right?

    Maybe you have seen this vid, but I have to post the link here because ZZ is being very very cute. I mean more so than usual. I don't know what really going on but he's busy playing with the banner stand and being a real meow. ZZ legit wiggles himself inside the banner (exactly like cats when they found narrow spaces) and having trouble walking with that thing engulfing him.

However, the free plan allows you use 2Gb per month only.     Tq guys for the suggestions. I really2 appreciate it. Now I've installed the VPN and I could watch them with eng sub online now. After having a rough day, this good news lifted my mood a lil bit :relieved:

    Maybe everyone already know about this but I just found out that if the Evolution of Our Love drama (especially youtube) was unavailable in your region, most likely the drama will be aired in your country. I did some checking and yup, the drama was indeed aired in my country yesterday. But it was on a premium channel of a pay TV. So I've to pay for the TV network and then pay for the premium channel. It costed me a couple of hundred bucks and my purse was weeping angrily and won't talk to me anymore:tears: Anyway after a long strenous process and several failed transactions and a lot more waiting that takes up a few hours, I managed to subscribe the channel. 

     

    I was eagerly waiting to watch and fangirling over ZZ on that hard-won channel earlier today, annndddd little did I know a super surprise was waiting for me when the drama started playing: it has NO ENGLISH SUBTITLES. 

     

    I died.

    Tq @crystalclear18 for the translation. Youre so blessed, I mean I really wish for the nth time I could understand Chinese. Id even tried learning it on Duolingo but my progress was painstakingly slow haha

    Yup that interview is very awkward. I am a very cringey person and I remember the first time I watch the full interview, I need to pause the vid multiple times bc Im wincing and cringing hard at some of the awkward moments hahaha. It is one of my fav interviews bc I think YZ chemistry in that vid is very great yeayyy!! But I cant watch the vid in full. I am so not going through another bouts of cringing again haha. So I'll just skip most of the parts and just watch the parts where YuZhou goofing around with each other only.. (though im feeling a bit guilty bc i skip FenWen parts too)

    Now some people might still not get it and ask so what was the answer and what does that interview got to do with whether YZ is real or not? For what the interview has got to do with YZ,  please check out the screenshot link I put under spoiler and what the answer is? I believe wholeheartedly that YZ is real. Like what my mom said, it could be orchestrated. But why go through such lengths? Like OK their team might be swapping their clothes and all that to make it matching and all, but why would it affect the way they act, and answer interviews? Do you guys think JY has the energy to fake smile or stare at a CPF phone case after seeing each  and every one? Do you guys think that ZZ will let something "fake" affect what songs he sing in his concerts and how he sings them? Why go through such lengths? The answer, you think about it yourself. There are a lot of things you can fake in life. But the things you can't fake, are the genuine acts, attitude, and personality you have/do in your life everyday.

    Thank you for sharing the screenshots! Ive been trying to collect and capture all the good memories here but im too lazy hehe cause there are just too many :lol:

     

    Yup we need to be strong if we wanna stay in this fandom. Both mind and heart haha. I always ship western pairings where the fans are very expressive and god, very loud and emotional. Ive never ship asian pairings before so this is a first time for me haha. I always thought myself as an experienced shipper - been shipping pairings since Im 12 baby! - but boy am I wrong haha. Yuzhou is completely a new terrain for me. The challenges and the rules are totally different. Hell, even the terminologies are diferrent than what I used to. And the ups and downs here is not a joke whew. But in the end the ride, in a way is exhilarating and for me it was all worth it. I learned a lot from this fandom and I could say for me this OTP is one of pairings that leaves the deepest impression in me. And that makes me love YuZhou even more.. ahh~ theres no cure for this addiction. :heart:

Bc I was a BZ before this (ZZ is one of the first asian idol Ive ever stan, god im so noob in everything here) and I regularly visited this forum to check updates about ZZ haha but after some times without Im aware Ive already become a CPF haha.. bc I think JY makes ZZ rly happy and I miss ZZ's kekeke laugh which I notice he usually did back then when he was around JY. Is it just me that feel like after the ban ZZ seldomly laugh like that anymore?

    And also the fandom here is really supportive and I really like the positive atmosphere here. Thank you y'all. Heres biscuit to everybody!

    Hello!! haha about the nosebleed thing, iirc in an interview ZZ said hewas sick (a flu?) during the Addicted filming so he had to blow his nose multiple times causing redness on his upper lips and there wasnt enough time to reapply makeup to cover the redness so he looked like he got a nosebleed. Poor boy..

    Wow.. that is very insightful. I mean I've subconsciously realized the importance of laying low in shipping YuZhou, but sometimes I sorta refuse to acknowledge it.. I mean I want to show the world that we will always believe in YuZhou and that CPF are strong and to achieve that we have to expand the fandom or something.. you know to increase our number to support them against all those toxic only fans.

     

    But after reading this, when they put in words and give reasons why we should be cautious and everything when shipping YuZhou.. it is eye opening I guess for me.

     

    But I can't help feeling a bit upset you know.. it's unfair somewhat to not be able to be free and out loud in shipping like any other fandom. But it's alright I guess.. I'm willing to do anything as long as YuZhou are fine and safe from bad people with bad intentions. Like cpf always said, this fandom is not for the faint of heart. If I cant bear it, I'd be out of the fandom long time ago haha. But I love YuZhou too much, so I'll support them in every way I can.
