What To Wear For Job Interview At Doctor's Office

so i have a job interview at an eye doctor's office on friday, but i'm not sure what to wear? I have a really cute black blazer, but i'm not sure if that's too formal.
what have you guys worn to job interviews similar to this?

closed toe heels. minimal jewelry.hair maybe tied back or bunned up to look "clean"..briefcase or plain purse. always dress to impress.

Maybe pair the blazer with a nice blouse and a pencil skirt.

You can't really be "overdressed" for an interview. Formal = good.
