Official news about Sooyoung's new MC job

eDaily news

SNSD's Sooyoung will become the new MC for the MBC variety program HwanSangEui JJakGgoong (Fantastic Partner).

She will partner with Kim JeDong and Oh SangJin.

Her debut will air on May 3rd, which is the same day SNSD's new show Horror Movie Factory will be broadcast.

I'm so excited for Sooyoung, an MBC MC is the big leagues so this will be an awesome addition to her resume.

I think it's funny how a year ago, the girls were banned from MBC and now they're everywhere on that channel.

What I mean is MBC, KBS, and SBS are the big leagues, as compared to cable or online channels. Things Sooyoung did at smaller channels like Hello Chat, Live Power Music, Chunji etc are not really known by general public. But with this new MBC MC Sooyoung will get national exposure and experience. SM is reportedly helping Sooyoung develop MC/DJ career so this is a great start.
