If you're talking about Music Core, yes. They've performed last for Mucore for as many weeks as they've won Music Bank, I believe. But because Mucore doesn't have an official chart, it's like known amongst industry people as well as fans that the last artist to perform for the show is considered "#1" for the week.

Basically Jaejoong was at some place and this was early on in DBSK's career, so this girl saw him and said he looked a lot like DBSK's Jaejoong. He joked and said he got plastic surgery to look exactly like the guy because he liked him so much. Then the girl was basically like, omg why did you choose Jaejoong, why not Yunho.
