Yes the area they get plastic surgery on usually looks better, but the things around it tend to look worse. I've seen some people who had nose surgery and before their eyes were perfect and smooth and after the surgery they got dark and had fine lines.

Lol...yah i got confused at first too...but i guess that she can just use the end place where her bangs ends..she can pull the longer hair across which makes it look like she has long side bangs. i think?lol
