Guest DOVAHKIIN
How can you even say that when Cleveland has homecourt advantage against you? How do you expect to beat Cleveland at home with a gimpy Kevin Garnett? You couldn't even beat the Cavs with a healthy one. Try beating the Cavs at home, first. Then we'll talk. Why not? Garnett won't be "gimpy" by the time the Eastern Conf. Finals start. We saw last year Ben Wallace was used as a rag doll by him, and while Varejao is a great help defender, he's a pushover by himself. Lebron hasn't even played well against the Celtics this year, so they're still doing a good job keeping him locked down without Posey. As far as I know, the Cavs can win their home games against the Celtics and be up 2-0 before getting thumped 4-x. It's happened in the league before, so I wouldn't be surprised. Guest PB&Banana
I take the good with the bad but damn come on KB24 get your head straight SB is giving us good minutes so far J-farm what a disappointment this season
Guest DOVAHKIIN
Ray Allen is the Achilles' Heel for the Celtics when they face the Cavs.
Guest xsilentangel
^ Not in that first half lmao. He went like 1 for 8 shooting or something. Celtics are playing like garbage. Offense is just horrendous, not that the defense is exactly effective either. I'm just happy we got it under 20 LOL..
Guest SurpriseSex
^ Not in that first half lmao. He went like 1 for 8 shooting or something. Is that not what an "Achilles' Heel" is? No execution for the Celtics right now, it's an ugly sight.
Guest xsilentangel
Oops I misread that. Thought no heel was added. Does Ray play that bad versus Cleveland? I don't really remember but he had a major slump in the first two rounds of the playoffs last season. The season games, not so much. I'm really disappointed, that ain't like the Celtics at all. Slow start ultimately doomed us. Glen Davis 5 of 14 Paul Pierce 4 of 17 Ray Allen 2 of 8 Rajon Rondo 2 of 9 Hopefully this will fuel the Celtics if they meet the Cavaliers in the playoffs again. Kudos to Ray for elbowing Varejao in the balls.
Guest DOVAHKIIN
In the first three games against the Cavs this season, Allen averaged only 12.3 PPG on 39.3% FG shooting and 33.3% from beyond the arc. Add in tonight's game... it's ugly =S

Guest epark1281
I have a feeling Celtics will pull away from Cavs (assuming they face each other in the Eastern Conference Finals).. I'll just see a preview between the two; the Sunday game. KG isn't playing that game but he is on Tuesday versus Philly. Leon Powe is practicing Tuesday. I doubt he will play until the playoffs take course. I hope all the Celtics will be healthy and ready for the playoffs. The Cav's have a few things that the Celts don't have, A player that can score 30 points at will Home court throughout The best home court record in the NBA. I'll give you #1. HCA is very important to the Cavs consider how insanely well they play at home, they need that if they are going for the title. Celtics however, does not need HCA to win. Did you see the LJ-PP matchup last year? Paul Pierce can definitely score 30+.. I'm actually worried about homecourt advantage haha. We'll just have to wait until the playoffs take course..... Guest SurpriseSex
In all honesty, if Kevin Garnett is healthy, I think the Celtics can steal a game in Cleveland.
Guest DOVAHKIIN
Agreed. Varejao would get eaten alive. Ben Wallace failed last year at guarding KG. That leaves... Joe Smith?

Guest Unanimous
My Lakers are going to the Finals that's for sure =) It would be nice to have that sweet revenge against the Celtics but then a series with the Cavs isn't bad either. Lebron is just utterly amazing (gotta admit that). But either way, Lakers will come out as Champs. Yo!

Pogichinoy
In all honesty, if Kevin Garnett is healthy, I think the Celtics can steal a game in Cleveland. Easily. But I wouldn't want the Celtics to win again.

This thread has been dominated by Lakers fans for a long time. I don't think there's any other Celtics fan in here (besides me of course) All this playoff talk while Willy cries about the Raptors. Just kidding don't kill me man. Why the hell was Ray Allen suspended tonight?! He elbowed Varejao in the balls because that big haired freak tried to pull him to the ground.. Anyways, Celtics won without KG or Ray! Leon Powe, Tony Allen and Scal back YES! Just KG who is expected to play Saturday (first playoff game against Philly (probably)). Hope he isn't rushing.
