TVXQ’s Yunho Named Honorary Ambassador for “Korea Food for the Hungry International”

Recommended Posts

TVXQ’s Yunho has been appointed as an honorary ambassador for a Christian NGO (non-governmental organization), “Korea Food for the Hungry International” (KFHI).

Yunho was officially named as an honorary ambassador at the appointment ceremony held at the NGO’s executive office in Seoul on March 3.

He will join 24 existing KFHI ambassadors, including actors Im Dong Jin, Jo Min Ki, Jung Tae Woo, Kim Jung Hwa, Kwon Oh Joong and Park Shin Hye, and meet children suffering from poverty and disease, as well as help promote the organization’s activities.

Yunho got to know about KFHI last September through KBS 1TV’s “Road for Hope,” where he helped to build an education center in the village of Bolgatanga in northern Ghana.

KFHI is an NGO that aims to spread the word about world poverty conditions, and helps those who are starving by giving them provisions and support, teaching survival and self-reliance. They also assist with development work and emergency relief.

Congratulations to Yunho!

Meanwhile, TVXQ are currently promoting their repackaged album's title song "Spellbound."
