On February 20, the "Secret Love Affair" poster was released, showing a very dramatic and passionate moment between the two leads.

The drama will be about an art program director Oh Hae Won (Kim Hee Ae) falling in love with a genius pianist Lee Sun Jae (Yoo Ah In). Oh Hae Won has led a proper and trendy lifestyle but suddenly, a young man in his twenties enters her life. At this sudden love, Hae Won, who is in her forties, feels that her life is coming apart.
