Super Junior to Deliver a Lecture on Hallyu at the National Assembly of Korea

Super Junior, leader of Hallyu, will be giving a special lecture at the National Assembly of Korea.

According to an announcement made by the Secretariat of the National Assembly on February 17, the male group members will participate in the sixth part of "The National Assembly Top Class Culture and Arts Course" as guest lecturers. The event will be held on February 20 at 7.30pm, and the audience will be consist of members of the National Assembly.

The members selected to represent the group and SM Entertainment are ShindongEunhyuk, and Sungmin. Titled "The world is influenced by K-Pop," the three talented speakers will be lecturing on entering the global market and maintaining the state in the future for one and half hours.

A representative of Super Junior commented, "As Koreans engaged in the mainstream culture business, they will share their personal feelings and experiences."

Jung Jin Suk, the Secretary-General of the National Assembly, revealed, "It will be a good opportunity for us in the National Assembly to communicate with young artists, who are the forerunners of spreading awareness of Korea around the world, and work together in a passionate manner to develop future vision."

Since debuting in 2005, Super Junior has been known as a well-rounded male group with multitalented members. They are one of the most popular idol groups outside Korea, and some of their hit songs include "U," "Sorry Sorry," "Mr. Simple," and "Sexy, Free and Single."
