Blending of the first graphic is well done. I also like the colour and simple textwork. With the second graphic, better blending/cutting (esp. near the hair) would have made the graphic appear smoother and perhaps a better choice of font. Overall nice effort but lastly, remember to give your graphics borders . Borders make your graphics complete.
