thanks for the tutorial, it helps me big time.

just to inform fellow clubbox user from malaysia, for new files i normally download at 46-52kbps speed, i tried quickdownload today and i got 100-130kbps speed

oh ...... kinda slow 100-130 Kbps, im also from M'sia. Been using CB for 6months now.

thx for telling.

Anyway i wanna ask some questions.

Question 1.

I d/l a file and is x % done and i found out i takes a long time to complete bcoz is an old files, so my questions are.

Can i use quick d/l to complete the remaining % or do i start from scratch ?

e.g 1 GB file , 50% done (0.5GB), 50% for quick d/l to complete it.

And also how many points are needed for it to be completed if i don't have to start from scratch?

e.g 1 Gb file, 70% done (0.7GB), is it 1000 points or 300 points since i have 300MB to complete it.

1 MB= 1 point (the system CB employed)?

Question 2.

I d/l a file (1 year old already) 2 days ago, and i stop it because it was so slow, the next day i resume the d/l but now it does not downloading from the servers, what should i do now ?

(i) keep on trying another day (if can)

(ii) restart the d/l

(iii) use quick d/l (if can)

(iv) suggestions ??????

At the clubbox downloading page, right click at the existing folder, a drop down box will appear and you click on change download destination.

How do I join a box? I just created a new account, and I went to a box, and a message of Korean (WAH! Can't read xD, wish I could.) came up. What do each button mean? Should I press the short one or the long one? xD;

okay usually when you click to dl something this window pops up right? how come lately when i've been trying to dl the window that pops up is completely blank?? i thought it was bc i was using avant browser now, but when i used ie it did the same thing. anyone wanna help meeee?

my friend gets fast speeds.. stable speed but how come my speed isnt stable?! i get like 30 kbs when it can go 250 or so.. i have 3mbps connection and so does my friend.. it doesnt start right away and im using quick download.. do i have to like set the port or something or somewhere to make it faster or maybe my router is making it slower?!

As I dont like to use bittorent...... what to do then.....

but korean don't use BT do they?

and i believe most of us get those source from korean and then upload to their own boxes i guess

Hi, I was trying to set up clubbox, and ran the .exe program, but when I tried to d/l a file a window pops up with the following...does anyone know what this means? I was kind of scared to press the continue button until I knew what this was... Thank you in advance.

클럽박스 파일 전송 관리자 프로그램 최종 사용자 이용 약관(이하 "이용 약관")은 (주)나우콤과 소프트웨어 공급업체 및 사용권 허가 업체와, 사용자 간에 체결된 소프트웨어(이하 "소프트웨어")에 대한 법적인 계약입니다.

소프트웨어에는 유/무선 네트워크를 이용한 온라인 서비스와 서비스에 포함되는 소프트웨어 제품, 그리고 그 제품의 알파, 베타 테스트 릴리즈, 무료, 유료 버전의 모든 조합 등이 포함됩니다.

"약관 동의" 에 체크를 하거나 소프트웨어를 설치, 복사 또는 기타 방식으로 사용할 경우, 사용자는 본 이용 약관에 동의하는 것으로 간주됩니다. 만일 귀하가 본 이용 약관에 동의하지 않으면, "취소" 버튼을 누르거나 이 소프트웨어를 이용하지 마십시오.

본 소프트웨어를 이용하는 것은 사용자가 본 이용 약관을 읽고, 이해했으며, 이용 약관에 동의함을 의미합니다.

제1조 [이용 약관의 효력 및 변경]

① 본 이용 약관은 소프트웨어의 설치 및 이용 과정상에 공시되며 이에 대하여

사용자가 동의함으로써 효력을 발생합니다.

② 회사는 합리적인 사유가 발생할 경우 본 이용 약관을 개정할 수 있습니다.

③ 사용자가 개정된 약관에 동의하지 않을 경우, 계약 해지를 요청할 수

있으며, 약관이 개정된 날짜로부터 7일 이후에도 약관 개정에 대한 거부

의사를 표시하지 아니하고 소프트웨어를 계속 사용할 경우, 약관의 개정에

동의한 것으로 간주합니다.

④ 사용자가 변경된 약관을 알지 못하여, 발생한 손해에 대하여 회사에서는

책임을 지지 않습니다.

제2조 [회사의 의무]

① 회사는 사용자에게 무상으로 소프트웨어를 설치하고 사용할 수 있는

사용권을 부여합니다.

② 회사는 계속적이고 안정적인 서비스의 제공을 위하여, 설비 및 소프트웨어

에 장애가 생기거나 멸실된 때에 부득이한 사유가 없는 한 지체없이 이를

수리 또는 복구합니다.

③ 회사는 이용고객으로부터 제기되는 의견이나 불만이 정당하다고

객관적으로 인정될 경우에는 적절한 절차를 거쳐 즉시 처리하여야 합니다.

다만, 즉시 처리가 곤란한 경우는 사용자에게 그 사유와 처리 일정을

통보하여야 합니다.

④ 회사는 소프트웨어가 업데이트 될 경우 즉시 사용자에게 업데이트된

소프트웨어를 제공합니다. 단, 업데이트의 상황에 따라 이미 제공된

소프트웨어의 기능의 일부를 사용할 수 없는 경우가 발생할 수 있습니다.

⑤ 회사는 개인정보의 보호를 위해 보안 시스템을 구축하며,

개인정보 보호정책을 공시하고 준수합니다.

제3조 [사용자의 의무]

① 사용자는 본 소프트웨어 제품을 개작하거나 리버스 엔지니어링, 디컴파일,

디스어셈블할 수 없습니다.

② 사용자는 상업적 용도로 소프트웨어를 임대, 판매할 수 없으며,

소프트웨어를 사용하여 상업용 서비스를 제공할 수 없습니다.

③ 사용자는 본 소프트웨어를 이용하여 타인의 지적재산권을 침해하여서는

안됩니다.

④ 사용자는 본 약관 및 관계법령을 준수하여야 하며, 회사의 업무에 방해가

되는 행위 및 불법 행위 등을 하여서는 안됩니다.

⑤ 회사는 사용자의 위와 같은 행위로 인한 결과에 대해 어떠한 책임을 지지

않습니다.

제4조 [소프트웨어의 저작권]

① 본 소프트웨어, 관련 문서에 대한 권리, 소유권, 권한 및 지적 재산권은

(주)나우콤이 보유합니다.

② 본 소프트웨어 및 원천 기술과, 그에 관련된 문서는 국제 저작권 협약의

보호를 받습니다.

③ 사용자는 소프트웨어를 보유하는 것이 아니라 사용의 허가를 받은 것에

불과합니다.

제5조 [데이터 및 기타 자료의 수집 및 사용]

① 회사는 소프트웨어와 관련하여 사용자에게 제공되는 제품 지원 서비스의

일환으로 사용자PC의 데이터를 수집하고 사용할 수 있습니다.

② 회사는 제1항의 자료를, 본사의 제품을 개선하거나 사용자의 사용환경에

적합한 서비스 또는 기술을 제공하기 위한 목적으로만 사용하며

그 외의 다른 목적으로 사용하지 않습니다.

③ 회사는 본 소프트웨어가 실행중일 때에 사용자의 PC자원 및 네트웍

자원의 일부를 활용할 수 있습니다. 단, 사용자에게 더 안정적이고

원활한 서비스 제공을 위한 목적 이외의 경우에는 추가적인 보상을

제공하여야 합니다.

제6조 [회사의 책임의 제한]

① 회사는 소프트웨어를 통하여 제공하는 데이터 등의 내용의 진정성 및

저작권 준수 여부에 대하여 보증을 하지 아니합니다.

단 회사가 직접 제작하여 제공하는 경우에는 예외로 합니다.

② 회사는 소프트웨어의 사용 및 사용불능으로 인하여 사용자에게 발생한

손해에 대하여 일체 책임을 지지 아니합니다. 단, 손해가 회사의 고의 또는

중과실에 의해 발생한 경우에는 예외로 합니다.

③ 회사는 사용자가 소프트웨어를 이용하여 기대하는 수익을 얻지 못하거나

상실한 것에 대하여 책임을 지지 않습니다.

④ 회사는 사용자 상호간 및 사용자와 제3자 상호 간에 서비스를 매개로

발생한 분쟁에 대해 개입할 의무가 없으며, 이로 인한 손해를 배상할 책임도

없습니다.

제7조 [계약의 해지 및 손해 배상]

① 회사는 사용자가 이용 약관을 준수하지 않는 경우 본 사용권 계약을

해지할 수 있습니다. 이 경우 사용자는 소프트웨어의 복사본과 해당

구성 요소를 모두 삭제하여야 합니다.

② 사용자는 언제라도 소프트웨어를 삭제함으로써 본 계약을

해지할 수 있습니다.

③ 제1항의 경우 및 사용자에 의하여 회사에게 손해가 발생한 경우 회사는

사용자에게 손해배상을 청구할 수 있습니다.

또한, 계약 해지 이후에도 사용자의 부적절한 이용 등으로 인해 부담해야

하는 비용 및 벌금은 본 사용권 계약 종료 이후에도 유효합니다.

제8조 [약관 외 준칙]

본 이용 약관에 명시되지 아니한 사항에 대하여는 관계법령에 의합니다.

제9조 [관할]

소프트웨어 이용으로 발생한 분쟁에 관한 소송이 제기되는 경우 회사의 본사 소재지를 관할하는 법원을 제1심 관할법원으로 합니다.

부칙<2005년 3월 28일>

(시행일) 본 약관은 2005년 3월 28일 부터 적용됩니다.

부칙<2006년 8월 16일>

(시행일) 본 약관은 2006년 8월 16일부터 적용됩니다.

I can't seem to register, everytime I fillout the registration form and try to go to the next step, I get an internal server error message. I tried clicking refresh and going back to redo it, but it doesn't seem to work. I've tried doing this more than once before, and everyday its the same thing. Can anyone help? oh and I already tried using the temporary ID+PW but the pw is incorrect.

Here's a silly question since I knew how to make it before, can anyone tell me how to load a new profile pic on CB? I used to just go to my sub settings and browse and click on a pic to load as a new profile pic.But now whenever I do that, the button which you need to press doesn't even work anymore therefore I can only use the default pictures that CB provides.Can anyone tell me how to do this?

I even tried shrinking the pic to 172x102 size and it still won't work.Do I need to activate something on my settings so that I could be able to used and modify my Cb avatar.

that happend to me bfore..what i did to fix it was to reset the internet options on internet explorer..

go to tools, internet options, advanced..and reset. .

i have a question about my total mileage points. instead of the reserved mileage being added to my total mileage, it's been deducting....does anyone know why? i doubt anyone is using my account to buy coupons and such because u need at least 1,000 points to buy the 2 GB coupon....my points have been deducting an avg. of 150-200 pts. help me pls someone?? i don't like seeing my points go down ='(
