Cheer up gogumas!

I've been crying for several rounds these few days, and then jumping in joy after seeing their latest photos for Thailand concert. Smiling like crazy-sick-lunatic seeing the suspected “eternity”. Like you guys said, rollercoaster of emotion... Hehe...

This thread has been jumping like crazy too. You gogumas are daebak! That is why I absolutely believe after YongSeo’s WGM stint end, we will all still be here in Go-Chun! So just stay here and stay positive, people! Let’s give strength for each other!

Tomorrow’s episode is going to be daebak, right?! Can’t wait! (And why do I always have to go out almost every Saturday (weddings, family events, etc)?? And once I stayed at home, the connection lagged like crazy... Sigh... So I’ll check your spazzing tomorrow through my mobile, guys!)

Annyeong to all goguma chingoos!

I had been lurking and i thought its time to leave a message before we move to a new 'house' together. And my twitter goguma chingoos urge me to stop lurking and write something..

JJAAN!! i'm here now!!

Well, this message here will be inspired a lot by all my twitter goguma chingoos as we went through the toughest time together two days ago and we are going through another one soon. Although i had been in twitter for a very short time, surprisingly, everyone clicked and we chatted as thou we have known each other for long... Spazzing after every episode and every news we had, holding onto each other and goguma hugging every downturn we faced. I'm glad that YongSeo let me meet such wonderful gogumas around the world.. Spazzing fandoms wouldnt be fun and interesting without you guys...

And Yes, it has been a year. During the start, i spent my monday or tuesday nights looking for eng subbed episodes.. Now, i stay home every saturday to watch the live stream even thou i cant understand most of it. But still, i'm able to catch the jokes and laugh along with Yongseo... It's the first time i'm so obsessed with kpop idol or in fact an idol couple.. I laugh and squeal at Yong's cheesy lines, my heart skipped a beat at their skinships and i cry my hearts out at all the fanfics.. No one else can make me so crazy except for Yongseo. I changed myself too after getting some serious stomach flu/food poisoning sometime after the health check episode. I drink less coffee and more juices, I eat my regular meals, i keep a diary planning stuffs and writting down thoughts. I've learnt so much from uri couple.

It's hard to accept the rumours at first. I couldn't work at all, my mind is not in its right state and i cried...

But i've decided to be a happy goguma after that. My chingoos and i spazz a lot about the duet that is going to happen in Thailand despite of the last filming rumour. I'm grateful enough that uri couple gets to stand at the same stage and perform together. The only regret is me not being able to physically support them there... :'(

Now That the news had been confirmed, I felt relieved. 1 month extension is already like a bonus to me. I'm ready to face anything that is coming, because i know i have my twitter and fb goguma family to hold on together with me, right? (Chingoos, show yourselves...keke) I'll enjoy every moment while it last and create my own beautiful memories with Yongseo. (everyone want them to be real.. i think they already are.. So we'll just keep the thoughts to ourselves okay? Protect Yongseo like how Yong protect Hyun..)

Everything related to YongSeo is beautiful because they themselves are beautiful couple...

oh my GOD!! the farewell news made me open the internet and soompi directly even tomorrow I have my mid term test.. (oh whatever, I don't care)

really.. even I know this will happen someday, but still I can't believe it.. I just like feel 'what??!!! that fast?' and really wish we have at least much more time to see them together..

but then I realize something after reading this thread for.. 10 page?? -I lost count- that whether they leave the program or not isn't the thing that we must worry.. but we must see from how they affected us.. really, this couple indirectly made so many things for the world.. we must remember that we had already done may project.. using their name for donation we worked..

and also the precious one, to me, they told me about the wonderful love story.. love story that made me believe, everything will come as the time gone by.. we don't need to force each other.. act as not us.. all the thing we have to do is to be patient..

so really thank you for YongSeo Couple.. for all the things they had been share with us..

I couldn't sleep at all in the night, so this post might mee too coherent or nothing about it.

FIRST, OMG! I LOVE THE TEDDY BEARS! They look sooo big, and at the same time soooo (I don't know the word in english). But I know something sor sure. I REALLY WANT TO HUG THOSE BEARS! They look extremely desirable (?) Now that im on the topic. THAI GOGUMAS...you are beyond DAEBAK. I'm speechless, what you are doing es beautiful! Thanks you let Yongseo know how much gogumas loves them! And of course, iF some THAI GOGUMAS ARE READING THIS, ENJOY THE CONCERT!! YOU ARE RECEIVING A GIFT THAT NOT ALL THE GOGUMAS CAN HAVE.

So this week had been really (...) At first I was so frustrated because I couldn't spazzz the way I want. I was so busyy with my final for university ( YEII I'M ON VACATIONS!) that when the rumors of them leaving came out I had a really hard time to accept them, specially because I want to write something here but just couldn't do it.

At last, the news are confirmed. Luckily, I already accept them (after crying two days while listening all songs of Yongseo repertory + reading the amazing tweets of support of all gogumas - you really know how to cheer up someone. I have never receieve sooo many hugs via internet? hehe). I can't say I'm not sad, because I AM. But I know that they are leaving to improve their careers. Plus, I'm pretty sure their relationship will become stronger. They have a really special bond that nothing can break apart.

(Not going to write a lot, something just happened in my house U_U)

I'm super excited! with the new precious, the banmal song tomorrow (Tonight I'm sure I'm not going to sleep, so that will be two days? Aigooo, my eyes), the extension until april (my month!) so many things! Luckily im on vacations.

BUT THE MOST IMPORTANT (now)

We are moving to a new house! How exciting! Im going to assure to spazz more often there. REEEEEEALLY

Hi Luv_cheese... so caught up with the red/orange dress she's wearing in the video, was that taken today or tonight? If it is, then, this two really does think alike cause if I'm not mistaken Yong was also wearing a shade of orange shirt when he left Korea for Bangkok. Hahaha...bear with my random post.

Dear Gogumas,

I think I should write something before this thread reaches 2000. These days just made me feel like going on a roller coaster, up and down with all the sad and happy moments. I'm so glad that I have you guys to share these moments with me!

Yongseo has become part of my daily life, sincerely! I joined Soompi and twitter because of them. Thanks to them, my normal and tired Saturdays have been lightened up a lot. Since, I have a part time job at weekend, I used to spend my weekend working and just for working (so it doesn't sound like weekend , right ) When I started to become addicted to Yongseo, my weekend somehow gets its right meaning. I'm looking forward to Saturday, and have something to light me up through the Sunday!

I'm not good at expressing myself, I just want to say that Yongseo is really precious to me, as well as all you, guys! Thank you a lot!!!

About the ending, I admitted that I had the feeling "this day has come" since the wedding ep, and I was terrified! The 3 first days of this week were totally a nightmare to me when I heard of all the rumours. Though I tried to say to myself, "be strong!" I couldn't help myself from falling apart! Then the news appeared formally, confirmed and I just felt so released. I'm not sure how it turned out to be like that, but I feel so comfortable and reliable. And what makes me rather happier is that I found the same motion happened here. We used to cry, fall apart because of the rumour. But then, we received its confirmation like it's the best news ever!

Through out the days, we - Gogumas get stronger, much stronger! We made this thread fly not with tears and sorrow for their ending news, but with our love and hope for Yongseo and for each other.

I have never joined any international fanbase before and i'm so proud to be here now and then, proud of being a Goguma! What i can say, Once a goguma, forever will be a Goguma!

Thanks Yongseo for making this community and thanks all of you to make it alive!

Last word, it's just the end of the show, right! It might be the start of something new, even better!

Yongseo, how dare you barge into my life, turning it upside down?! Do you know how much I’ve changed in my ways of thinking, in the way I do things, even in what I do? I thought I was cruising along fine before I knew about you two, but then I laid eyes on you, and it’s like, a new chapter opened up in my life.

So, thank you, for barging into my life.

I’ve been struggling to accept the e*d news for a while, hence I’ve been posting numerous short, sugar-coated posts to mask the reality of what I felt at the time. But I think I’m ready to bid them farewell now, and I’ve been wanting to do it in a proper post to avoid feeling like a cop-out. I need to.

I think that for those of you who have been here way before I became a member, you might recall that I’m deeply grateful to Yongseo (I must have mentioned it dozens of times) for changing my attitude towards love and life. You might be tired of reading this again, but I can’t help it – it’s impossible for me to over-emphasise that point. My life would still be so darn bleak if it were not for YS...

In a way, I’m similar to Seohyun in that I was not interested in love and boys and that I didn’t know much about the difference between “like” and “love”. However, it’s pure innocence in Seohyun’s case. For me, I admit I was in depression this time last year (probably around the time I stumbled across YS, or maybe further in May?), and I hated everything and everyone. I was an advocate of the notion of “love being an illusion”. I firmly believed that people did not really love each other, it was all for show because no one wanted to look like they didn’t have someone. Besides, everyone has to get married, reproduce, grow old and die together because that’s been the traditional cycle since Adam & Eve, right?

Please bear in my mind that if you bother to read, you most likely wouldn’t be able to relate since I’m aware most of you were not as odd/bizarre as my pre-WGM self -.-“ , so the rest is in the spoiler.

I decided to stick with Yongseo because there was a part of me that yearned to be proved wrong. I like a bit of entertainment too, so why not? Seeing that girl and boy struggle to make conversation onscreen was interesting and cute, even. I wanted to see where it went. I like that Seohyun was pure and had strong morals. To me, she was someone whose teenage thoughts were not tinted with nonsensical boy-spazz, and hence would not begin to act like a lot of the other girls I see on campus who are desperate, clingy, rude and attention-seeking.

So I stayed and watched, not knowing that this would eventually become a part of my daily life. I think I realised the potential joy love has in store for one, the moment I watched Seohyun’s backroom interview for ep27, when she said she finally knew why it was such a nice feeling to give someone something simply for happiness on their face in return. I went “What? She spent so much effort on that storybook just because seeing him happy made her happy?!” Something inside of me changed that day, and I bothered evaluating all my relationships with the people around me, prioritizing, etc.

As I saw a young man strive to win this special girl’s heart, and give her an incredibly beautiful “first” for practically everything, I could have practically slapped myself for having used to think that people who did things like that for others were just wasting their time, because what he got in return fully exceeded the satisfaction I thought he could have obtained from doing something else. I actually cried thinking about it – I didn’t know it was possible to gain someone’s trust and affection like that! And seeing them smile just being around each other – it was so shockingly beautiful, and made my heart do funky flips and spins it had never done before.

And for the first time EVER, I started to wonder about what it would be like to fall in love. That soon turned into “I want to fall in love” and then, “It would be nice to have someone that caring and warm to fall in love with”. Now I no longer scoff at the idea of marriage and companionship, rather, I embrace it. I never thought I’d learn so much about love within a year simply by watching two people interact onscreen, for 15-30minutes every week. Crazy, right?

I can’t remember what it was like to be the “me” from one year ago, pre-WGM. It’s just such a repulsive thought (lol). Now, I just want to share goguma love with everyone around me as much as possible (I still have yet to convert my first, ugh), because no one should miss out on this fairytale, regardless of your opinions/views on love and whatnot. It’s still spazzable material I wouldn’t miss out on.

I’m really glad I met all of you here on this thread – I seriously feel blessed. To be able to scroll through hundreds of analyses/screencaps/gifs/wallies/trans/spazzz/fics/pics/goodies everyday from all around the world, I’m so proud to say that I’m a part of this community with you. I speak for everyone here when I say “I love you all”, because you guys make up a chunky portion of the “Yongseo experience” for each and every member here!

Yongseo Hwaiting for the future! Keep on going for your dreams and for your love - we all support you, don't ever forget that! Don't forget either, all the memories you created when you spent all those times together - may you sometimes pause and smile about them, and hey, it won't hurt to pick up the phone and dial the number you've been wanting to dial

Hello everyone =)

I've been a YongSeo follower since the first episode, and a long-time lurker in this thread. Anyway, ever since the rumour broke, I've been itching to write something but restrained myself until the official announcement is made. I thought I'd feel that stab of emptiness and dread when the end does happen, but even when the rumour broke, I didn't feel all of that.

Today, I woke with YongSeo being the first thought that came to mind (a first for me). And I felt a weird kind of butterflies in my stomach. Not those anxious type, but a warm and cozy and nervous-in-a-lovely-way type. As if my gut feeling is telling me that our couple is doing very well on their own, together.

Sometimes, I'm amazed at my confidence in these two individuals whom I haven't even met. I know it's irrational, but I do. I know for fact that what we see on screen is edited, prettified stuff, that what we see is never the full representation of themselves. Yet, I trust what I see. The body language, the tone, the facial expression, and most importantly the eyes, I trust what I see. And I see strong characters and principles from both Yonghwa and Seohyun. Maybe that's why I don't feel the dread reading the rumours or news. Coz I trust that they can cope with the ending well. Of course, there's going to be feelings of sadness, reluctance and disappointment over the ending of their WGM filming, but I believe that they will cherish and value the whole experience of knowing each other more than anything. And of course gaining another good friend (if not lover).

Since the beginning, they were not about portraying a married couple, or even your typical romantic couples. They were all about respecting and knowing each other, while experimenting with romantic involvement, yet at the same time trying to be themselves as much as possible. That's the reason why I love them in the first place, the reason that kept me glued to the laptop every weekends for more than a year. I was super curious about how their journey's gonna be, how different they'll be from the other WGM couples, how they'll succumb to the outward pressure of being a "couple" (yeah..i know i'm evil), how honest they'll portray themselves, how they'll grow as an artist and an individual, and how they'll grow to accept each other. Most of all, I'm curious to see how this fake-marriage will turn out, whether they'll end up finding their love.

I'm very well aware that they're very very young and there's still a long way before they're ready to get married. And only more trials and tribulations will come their way as they navigate the world. That's why I don't disillusion myself that they'll fall in love and be together till the end (though that's what I fervently wish for). Experiences can vastly change a person. Even if one may still be very much in love with another, sometimes love is just not reason enough for two to be together.

Erm..I think I'm diverging from what I wanted to say initially. Oh well, what the heck.

What I wanna say is, have a little more faith in Yonghwa and Seohyun. It will not be the end of their relationship (whatever that may be), just the end of a filming of their journey together. One chapter closed, and another begins. And it's okay to feel sad and cry coz you are entitled to it. Because this is also your own journey and experience with YongSeo. So cope with the ending however you feel like it.

As for me, for sure I'll feel reluctant in letting them go. And like everyone else, my saturdays won't be the same again. But, I welcome the end. Because, as their journey on WGM ends, I can fully immerse myself in this new chapter of my life which just started not so long ago.

Therefore, I'm feeling happy and hopeful for them. As I am happy and hopeful and excited about my new chapter.

I wanna thank them for helping me get through one of my hard times. I thank them for the wonderful experience of seeing two people come together and experience each other as they are. I thank them for showing me that this type of love is still possible in today's world. I thank them for allowing me to get a glimpse of them. I thank them for inspiring so many things within the Goguma world. And...I thank them for staying true to themselves in the most fundamental ways yet not afraid to stretch their own boundaries.

And look at all the wonderful things we get to see and listen to, just from YongSeo immersing themselves in the journey.

And thank you all Goguma villagers for your enthusiasm, dedication, support, encouragement to each other, and of course, to our beloved couple.

Enjoy the remaining journey. And best wishes to all of you.

wow! I'm really happy that all of you (well, the majority of you) are doing really well, even after the news came out! Proud of you gogumas!!

So Yong the "Black Dragon" has finally arrived in the "Land of Elephants" with his companions, ready to conquer the land to look for the long-lost Goddess, waiting to set fire on the land, to give a BURNING performance!! yeah Black Dragon, way to go!!! LOL that's was SUPER LAME!!!

anyway, I'm never tired of saying this, but Thai Gogumas are AWESOME!!! You prepared sooooo many gifts for Uri YongSeo. Also, like many people mentioned here, I'm also JEALOUS!!! why do you guys always have the opportunity to witness any YongSeo-related events?? First, CNBLUE sang "For First Time Lovers" there, and now you'll get to see YongSeo's BANMAL SONG one and only stage???? is ELEPHANT and DRAGON in LOVE???

Glad to see both "Banjjak Banjjak" Rings on YongSeo's left hands!! that's what I call commitment! Hope they wear the rings, even after WGM ends!

Maybe he wrote the lyrics, because he knows that their contract will be over by February?? He doesn't want to say goodbye! This guy is pure talented musician! he transfers his thought into words PERFECTLY!

P/S: 5 pages before the 2000 pages!!! how wonderful it will be if tomorrow we can reach 2000 pages, because it's Saturday and YongSeo's peformance in Thailand! that will be one of the MOST IMPORTANT and MEMORABLE dates for this thread....

EDIT: wallpaperfood! I also feel blessed being in this thread, because I virtually have any other place my thought about YongSeo..... If I hadn't found this thread, maybe now I would've zoned out inside my room, thus making me an 'anti-social' person

I almost forgot, please be strong Japanese Gogumas..... we are praying for your safety! Hope you will get through this very fast. I feel sad that You got this disaster after receiving the bad news of YongSeo leaving WGM.....

Hi Luv_cheese... so caught up with the red/orange dress she's wearing in the video, was that taken today or tonight? If it is, then, this two really does think alike cause if I'm not mistaken Yong was also wearing a shade of orange shirt when he left Korea for Bangkok. Hahaha...bear with my random post.

I'm sorry, I never write anything here but i've always been checking in this site almost everyday. I saw ppl talking about shipping to the other site. i don't get it, is this soompi going to close down or what?

Dear villagers

May I take this opportunity to thank beside11 and Phokar for their effort for the thai fan project. Please, BIG APPLAUSE for them

They are the one who begged JL starnet for the couple to perform together,

they are the one running around to get the banners and ballon done and

they are the one searching for giant teddy bears for our couple

To do all those things is not easy at all, but they do it by heart and I'm sure you can feel it.

So again, thanks for their time, love and contribution to the couple.

Also, I would like to invite all of you who will be at the concert to pay us a visit. Our booth will be at the Fan Zone from 11.00 to 16.00 You can play games, take photo with the Yong Seo cartoon giant size, taste some sweet potato and of course, buy some items as posted on the previous page!!!

From the bottom of our hearts we would like to thank you for these wonderful gifts you have prepared for our couple.

Also we can not begin to express our gratitude in brining this Duet performance to the stage! you guys are 짱!

How we wish that we were there with you guys... !
