Guest nuwera
でも、リカイちゃんと言うソフトが僕に漢字を読める demo, "rikai chan" to iu sofuto ga boku ni kanji wo yomeru but, I can read kanji with the software "Rikai Chan" that's really odd japanese. i think. やっぱり日本語は私のよくないです。 私は練習をしなければ。 I didn't know that "sofuto" meant software --angel
Guest jaeka
Yeah, the particles/grammar are off, and it doesn't really make sense. But I think you got the gist of what it probably means :/ うん。 (un = yeah) 「でもぼくは、ソフトが「リカイちゃん」というで使っている、漢字を読める」 (demo boku wa, sofuto ga "rikai chan" to iu de tsukatte iru, kanji wo yomeru) But as for me, using the software called "rikai chan", I am able to read kanji. that's how I would translate it though I'm not too confident about it. *its too early* nuwera@ ソフト is indeed "software" but I think it's an general abbreviation. If I'm not mistaken, ソフトウェア(sofutouea) is the full word. (:

"というで使っている、漢字を読める" is a bit gramatically off. I'd translate But as for me, using the software called "rikai chan", I am able to read kanji. as, しかし、俺は「リカイちゃん」と言うソフトを使うことで、漢字が読めるようになります。 or, しかし、俺は「リカイちゃん」と言うソフトを使って、漢字を読む。 ("I use a software called Rikai-chan to read kanji")
Guest jaeka
Hm, I wasn't too sure about it! I was thinking whether to throw a ことで in there but I wasn't sure. (: But I'll note down your 2 examples there.

Is there a way where you know if the japanese language is correct or fake? Those are both correct, & there is no such way. Unless, of course, you yourself know Japanese and no it's incorrect/A friend you know (and trust!! XDD) tells you it's correct. There could be websites that tell you if other websites are trustworthy, but who's to say that that website is? haha, never ending loop plz. But nah, most websites that don't look shady etc could probably be trusted. Also if the website that tells you of otherwebsites is like...official :/ Y'know what I mean? Is there a way where you know if the japanese language is correct or fake? just to nitpick and keep this thread going, i suppose: "konnichiwa" i guessed you knew that already cause what you wrote in japanese was okay, as everyone's said. (: and to add onto KAITOU KID.; if you find a website which is teaching you uncorrect japanese, or you feel as if it is, have a look on other websites and see if that is different. (i suppose take-the-pittle websites would be quite obvious when the japanese sounds like common insults, hahah.) or, alternatively, i could link you to a few websites which teach trustworthy japanese. if you would like.
