I'm not a fan of the protruding chest bones, but a skinny model actually serves a purpose, a skinny actress however doesn't. She should either gain weight or stay the same, if she loses though it won't be pretty.

I think she's just naturally skinny. As long as she's healthy and not harmfully underweight then it's fine.
