Hi! I'm moving to the UK to study and I was wondering if the government is strict with downloading...like using BT, CB and Limewire, etc...

I pretty much download everything I watch since it's not very strict here, but I'm quite worried that police are gonna bang my door and get arrested if I were in the UK?

hmmm well it hasnt been very strict. But in the news its starting to stop people from doing it. But is still fine at the moment. Virgin is cutting people internet connection now if you download to much

Get the right ISP that doesn't cut down on illegal downloads, download as much as you like, but if you're that worried use a proxy.
