Shall we see Hosae leaving with SB once she is assigned to a distant place? If he does, Subin & Minjung will change their strategy coz it will be more dangerous for the two to be together in a far place than them within the witches' hearing distance. I think the transfer of SB will not happen ... it will only reveal their evil plot & HS will see thru this.

I agree.I also think it will not happen.Chil Bok and/or Ho Sae will stop the transfer.Everything Sae Byuk has done in the company has been good and positive..even the volunteer stuff.She was assigned the posting as one of Soo Bintch's punishments and Sae B turned it into a positive! Hey everyone, here's the recap for ep. 72. Unfortunately, this will be my last recap because i'll be really busy getting ready to go back to school since it's my last year in college, finding a job, etc. I hope you guys understand! Thanks to Aug05 and Kori65 who have been providing summaries faithfully everyday, you guys are in good hands

Scene 1:

Hose explains he doesn't love Soobin and already told Soobin about the breakup. He wants them to accept his decision. Hose leaves, but his mom tells him to stop and tell Soobin he made a mistake. Hose doesn't listen to her and goes up to his room. Hose's mom and dad come into his room and ask if he's doing this because he wasn't able to get over Saebyuk. Hose tells them it's not because of Saebyuk, it's because he doesn't love Soobin. Hose's mom tells him that it's obvious it's because of Saebyuk, and that she won't leave Saebyuk alone. He'd better think of a way to resolve this situation. Yuri and Bokjoo eavesdrop into the conversation and Yuri comments on how Hose is being disrespectful to his mom, and that she feels sorry for how Soobin, who has so much pride, must have felt after the breakup. Bokjoo immedately goes downstairs to warn Saebyuk about what's going on, but Hose's mom prevents her by asking for a cup of iced water. Hose's mom regrets not doing more to stop Saebyuk. Hose's mom asks Hose if he's going to see Saebyuk, and he tells her he's meeting with Soobin. Hose's mom tells him to say sorry to Soobin and take back everything he said.

Scene 2:

Saebyuk asks to go home with Soobin because she wants to visit Grandma, apologize and take her home. Soobin says she will never be a part of the Kim family. They both go home together, but they just miss meeting with Hose. Hose finds out from the manager that Soobin and Saebyuk left together. Hose calls Soobin and asks her if she's tormenting Saebyuk again. Soobin tells him it's for another reason, and asks him if he called just because of that. Hose tells her he told his parents about the breakup, and Soobin almost gets into a car accident. Soobin asks what did they say, and Hose tells her regardless of what they say, tell your parents about the breakup too. There's no point in dragging this out any longer because it's over. Soobin is really angry and hangs up on him. Saebyuk asks what's wrong, and Soobin tells her to shut up.

Scene 3:

Ajumma, Ajushi and taepoong leave for Soobin's house to bring Grandma home. Soyoung feels so relieved everyone's gone because she could have her freedom. She's about to call Yoonhee, but Yoonhee calls her first, and they go shopping.

Scene 4:

Soobin and Saebyuk arrive at her house. Saebyuk keeps asking what's wrong, and Soobin tells her to bug off because it doesn't involve her. Hose's mom calls Soobin and finds out Hose didn't meet with her. Hose's mom asks her if she has something to say, or rather, she has something to say to her. They both agree to meet. Saebyuk thanks her for the ride, but Soobin tells her she will never be adopted. If she tries to hinder Grandma by saying sorry, Soobin warns her she will get hurt. Soobin's mom is shocked Saebyuk came all the way to her house and tells Grandma to come out. Grandma tells Saebyuk to go back. Saebyuk pleads with her to please listen to what she has to say. Saebyuk begs her to come back home. Soobin's mom blames Saebyuk for it. Saebyuk apologizes for being so selfish by asking to adopt her. She was so happy to be living with Ajumma and Ajushi, and that's why she wanted to be their daughter. Soobin's mom tells her that's why they shouldn't treat people like you so kindly. How dare she even think to be their daughter? Grandma reprimands her for being so harsh, and explains to Saebyuk that since her relationship with Soobin is bad, she can't accept her as a grand-daughter. Saebyuk apologizes and promises there won't be any misunderstandings from now on. And that if Grandma doesn't want her to be adopted, she won't, so please come home. Ajumma, Ajushi and Taepoong come in to bring Grandma home. Grandma says she won't come home so easily this time. Ajumma tells her that if she really doesn't want the adoption, then they won't. Grandma tells them she'll go back when she's ready, and tells them to go back.

Ajushi tells Saebyuk that grandma doesn't hate her, but she's doing this because of the difficult circumstances. Saebyuk says she knows, and gets off at a corner. She left her bag, so Taepoong leaves to return it to her.

Scene 5:

Saebyuk runs into Hose, and Hose tells her he told his parents about the breakup. He says Saebyuk and Soobin's relationship will get awkward, so he asks her if she wants to move to another team. Saebyuk responds that they're in the middle of a project, so she can't. She's more worried about Hose and Soobin. Hose tells her it's better to deal with this now, than wait till later. Saebyuk is really worried about Hose and asks how he's going to handle everything by himself. Hose tells her he can't go on the wrong path. His heart has Saebyuk, so he can't continue to be by Soobin's side, and he's sorry to Saebyuk for doing so. Saebyuk says there's no need to say sorry... Hose asks her to smile for him once because then he will be able to overcome all obstacles. Saebyuk smiles for him.

Taepoong overhears, but his phone starts ringing and Saebyuk notices him. He returns the bag to her, and she thanks him for approving the adoption. Even if she doesn't get adopted, his approval is enough for her. Taepoong grumbles about how life sucks.

Scene 6:

Ajumma comes home to find food burning in the kitchen. She discovers Soyoung left the house, and comments on how she knew this was going to happen. Soyoung comes to her home, and her mom reprimands her for spending so much money when her husband is jobless. Soyoung asks her mom if she really wants her to cook and clean for the rest of her life. Her mom yells at her that as a wife, it's her responsibility to do so. When Soyoung comes back home, Ajumma asks her how she could leave the soup burning. Soyoung shows her the stuff she bought, and Ajumma is shocked at how much money she uses. Soyoung tells her she's too much because she bought everything with her own money, not Taeyoung's. Ajumma is fed up with how Soyoung calls Taeyoung by his name, and not the respectful term for husband. Soyoung complains that she's never even seen Taeyoung's money and she's only been using her own. Ajumma gives her money and then says, if you're going to live in my house then pay the rent. Taeyoung hears everything and scolds Soyoung.

Scene 7:

Yuri and Taepoong run into each other at the supermarket. Yuri can't find her card, so Taepoong pays for her. Yuri wonders how she will pay him back, and she gives him her number even though he doesn't want it. Taepoong comments on how she lost a lot of weight and she looks different. Yuri says she was always skinny, and Taepoong says she was heavier than him in elementary school, and laughs at how she's trying to hide her past. He's about to leave, but she gives him her watch until she can pay him back (this way she can see him again). He doesn't want it, but she tells him to hold on to it.

Scene 8:

Minjung and Soobin meet, and Minjung reassures her that she knows it's all Saebyuk's fault. They both plan on sending her far away for 4-5 years to work in a Russian research institute, and to keep it a secret between themselves. Minjung tells her to not tell her parents about the breakup.

Scene 9:

Yeonshil tells Soobin about what happened today with Saebyuk coming home and apologizing to Grandma. Soobin goes into her room and remembers Minjung telling her to send Saebyuk to Russia and make her work at a research institute. She looks up the information for the position:

Subject: Russia Overseas Research Group Dispatch

Target Nations: China, Russia Overseas Collaboration Research

Time Period: 3-4 Years

Conditions: For security reasons, in order to prevent overseas government administration's information from spilling out, we need proof of your family members' identification and background.

Soobin realizes that since Saebyuk doesn't have a real family, she can't send her away. Then she plans to make Saebyuk her cousin so she can send her away. Also, the other benefit to being her cousin is that Saebyuk will never be able to steal her cousin's husband.

Looks like soobin got happy for nothing if the document which was shown at the end of episode 72 says that the person getting transfered must have a family. But even if the transfer is in process or gets accepted i'm sure hs will find out and try to stop it no matter what. But you know the transfer could be good because hs could use it to threaten his mother by saying he'd leave with sb if she is transfered. Knowing his mom he'll do anything to stop it since all she wants is sb to go away and hopes her son does end up marrying soobin.

Now that the engagement is offically called off looks like hs to free to try his best to win sb's heart. it might take a while but i'm sure it will work out at the end. It also looks like yuri and tp are getting along. Maybe the issue/problem with hs and sb will help them get together. It might take some time since tp likes sb. I think yuri and tp suit eachother. But if that is the case i can't wait for the look on hs' mom's face. She hates tp so if they (yuri and tp do go out... haha... the fun hs' mom will have... she might end up popping a blood vessel. I can see it now.

Oh yea can someone explain to me why the grandma is so pissed... She doesn't really like sb does she? she seems jealous of sb because ny's mom is giving all her attention to sb... explain when ny's mom change the bed set for sb because it was getting warm (or was it colder ??) and she made a comment about wanting a set like that and when ny's mom offered give the set to her she said there was no point in asking her now. Then when she only listened to soobin's mom said of the story (about something.. sorry forgot what the issue was) and she sided with soobin's mom.

Exactly!!! We know that sending SB to Russia is next to impossible unless Hose will follow and the writers will craft their own story there. Besides, i dont think ajummha and ajusshi will allow SB to go.

Why am i not too keen on a TP and Yuri team-up? Hmmm..... must be the very bad impression Yuri gave me since the beginning of this drama and it wud be very hard for the writers to completely turn her character around. Oh well..... nothing is impossible in K-dramas.

I still prefer that TP gets a new character for a partner. Just my thots. :blush:
