Ahahaha... seriously? I thought the people in the comparison pics looked indo... Man... actually this isn't a first. I remember my mom saying something about another indonesian drama that was exactally like this one korean drama... don't remember though... BTW does anyone know what the title of the drama is? I want to check it out for myself...

Your mom is right, there are few more Indo dramas (which is currently airing) that copied other asian dramas... The 'victim' is not just Goong... :( . If only we can do something about it...

so u mean they are simultaneously airing the Orig. version and the copy? Geez thats not good! Im pretty sure they are breaking some broadcasting laws... how about contacting the Korean production? they have the rights to the story which i doubt if the Indo version acquired...

Goong and the copycat are aired in different Tv stations...

We have tried to e-mail Eight Peaks and MBC but didn't get any response. We're afraid the our email was suspected as junk mail or spam...so they didn't read it... :sweatingbullets:

well i kinda agree with you, i guess its up to the viewing public how they will accept it. Because of all the controversies, it made people more curious as how the version will live up to the original. I think you could compare it to Meteor Garden and Hana Yori Dango (Japanese version of MG)... same plot line different character names..

Hahaha...it's funny that you mentioned MG, because few years ago (when MG was a big hit), we already had an Indo version of it... :P . But because they received so many protests they finally revised the plot... B)

Same as your frens, if the original casts (JJH, YEH & KJH) not going back for Goong 2....I'm not going to watch because it is no longer Goong.

Another 2 more days to go :sweatingbullets:

I will not watch either ... but what happen if JJH will be in ...

but without EH ... will you gals watch it ??? ...

I WILL ....

but of course EH was to be with him ...

that will be GREAT ...

I just finished watchinng this Drama it was dragging a little towards the end but the last two episodes were so great, i felt the ending was so nice, I was sad as i was watching the ending, it felt like it went by too fast. I felt sorry for YUL taking the blame for what his mother did, he doesn't deserve to get all the blame, even though he did mess with BGs mind and making her think about divorce. Can't wait for season two i hope all the original cast stays and was it me or CHoi Sang Gong is really hot especially after her make over and new clothes haha. and it was cool seeing how Shin was human and all unconfident about thier love. He wasn't confident about himself for the first time.

Yes...the drama already started, 2 weeks ago! It started 4 days earlier than the original version (Goong)... :(

We're still thinking what we should do about this...since they didn't response to our protest...and that drama already has MANY FANS that don't even care that it's a copycat of another drama...

This is just bad... :wacko:

it was SUCK... OMG this drama (BBC) from my country, every body talks about it right now....

Hi! This is my first time to post here although I've been lurking for some time already. :) I just love Goong and I've been watching it over and over again. I especially love JJH's portrayal of Shin Goon. He's the perfect epitome of a dashing prince. :blush:

thanks for posting the icons orangedew.... i miss shin goon and bigungmama

i'm new to this goong fever,my friend convinced me to watch this series.honestly in the first few episode i was bored and i was wondering why so many people liked this but as the episode went by i got so addicted and i sleep at 2 or 3 in the morning.and i reliaze that the magic of goong is not in per episode but as a whole story.when i finished the series i wanted to watch it again because i did not pay attention to the earlier episode.and when im doing nothing,the song perhaprs love and the sweet scenes keeps playinging on my mind and it made me smile. i liked the kissing scene and the chemistry between the lead is great.

now you too can relate to how i got addicted to this drama! :P

hi...let me just say that i also experienced the very same thing you had gone thru, and also the thing with not being able to move on, and being sad once we finished the series, it amazes me that we all have the same thing going on ....

goong's magic carries on because of the fact that it is going to have a sequel, hence our attachment and affection for shin and chaegeung's love story goes on...

and so i hope on the 27th we will all be wearing a big grin on our face ....

GOONG definitely left a deep impact on me.. loved that kseries.. loved JJH and YEH

can't wait for the cast confirmation on july 27!

but it's the passion and meaning that counts ;] and I really hope that they don't replace cg & shin with other actors & actresses, because that would be awkward and it just wouldn't be the same *___*

i really felt shin goon and bigugmama's passion in that 1st kiss scene in epi23. :wub:

and i totally agree that it wud be awkward if they replace yeh and jjh for the roles.

yeah, the last two episodes were the best. i especially liked the ending of episode 23... it leaves you all warm and giddy inside. Shin and CG are great.

we still have to wait until the 27th... let's keep our fingers crossed that it's still them... :)

CAN someone do me a favor and upload or show me where i can dl the OST 1 for this drama for mp3. I found the OST II but i didnt find OST I. Thanks for the help. Also does anyone have good wallpaper quality of pictures of Shin and BG at the beach in episode 16.

hello .. i'm also new to this long long thread of goong... and i think this is the thread with most post??? yes, i share the same feelings with all of you.. was recommended by my fren to watch .. watched 1st epi on youtube without subtitles, so cannot figure what it is .. so felt a bit bored... then rent to watch again after 2 mths... fell alseep while watching episode one !! but now, i'm also having the 'withdrawal symptoms" too!!! I'm only halfway thru the show as epi 13-24 is not released in S'pore yet .. but am looking forward to it... oh my god !!! this is one of the few shows that i'm so crazy over... pls help !!! loved the scene when chae kyung fell asleep on Shin's bed in epi 11 ... so sweet .....

I sooo miss our thread! I think Goong will be shown after My Girl is over here in the Philippines! I can't wait! I mean, I've seen this series for so many times but I still can't get enough. I will never get enough!
