This is a great drama so far! Loving the lead chemistry. My first Jang Geun Suk drama was You're Beautiful and I am surprised at how deep his voice is. LOL. It kind of reminds me of Lee Sun Gyun. Thank you for all the screen caps input.

OMFG! I just watched the episode with no subs but WTF! This drama is getting wayy too sad.
Gawd. I love KH sooo much! Is there anyone like him out there?
The ideal ending:
In the next couple of episodes, we are led to believe that EN and KH left together to spend her last moments together and we are led to believe that she has died. Fast forward a few years--NJ's baby is 3 years old and we get a surprised visit from EN and KH!!!!--they've came back to Korea to visit! For the past three years, they were in America getting treatment and EN has gotten better (or cured).
I'm not sure what kind of cancer EN has but remember the girl from My lovely sam-soon (the character who came back to Korea with Daniel Henney) who got better. If they at least give me this ending, I will be satistifed!Any chance of the drama getting extended to a couple more episodes? At least 1?
This couple can never get a break! Their happiest time has got to be their honey moon.

Is it just me or does anyone else have the hunch that YH's mother will be the key to clearing up all these misunderstandings? Do you think she'll try to repent by helping KH and EN come back together and explain how the situation with the surrogacy went down? Even though she is a "bad" person, I feel like she still knows right from wrong (ex. when she was yelling ant EN and KH catches them both and EN faints, and she appeared to be worried) and only threatens them because she needed money.
I wonder if it'll turn out to be something like Stairways to Heaven when the father of the stepbrother and sister comes back and explains everything which causes Kim Tae Hee's character and mother to be put into jail.
Just a thought.

Wow, the preview from episode 41 was soo sad. Tears streaming down KH's face! The last episodes are going to be soooo heart breaking but I believe that KH will choose EN in the end because of name of the drama, I love you ten million times. *crosses fingers*

Finally, the ball is rolling. I wonder what will happen to SY and SH! It's was nice to have KH and EN's scenes in these episodes; it brought laughter since everything else was so intense!

I notice that too..
initially they only film this "taller and older" when there is scene that need some acting. for example part where Yubin jumping around on kangho's bed and threw away eunnim's wallet. they shoot only the back side of that "taller" boy... but now they continuously use this boy I think..
I've also notice that the one that was used before didn't act very much. Most of the time, it's either SY or someone else holding him or he's sleeping but this older one seems "lively". For instance, the scene where SY and YB is walking out of the cake shop in to the car. You can see him skipping, I wouldn't imagine the previous YB to do that.

Is it just me or does anyone else notice that the little boy who plays YB has been changed? He looks different in episode 19 and 20 compared 18.
He looks little taller and older? -
The ending scene of episode 23 was OMG! My heart was pounding as the whole scene played out!
Still cannot wait until SY confronts SH. I really like the sister inlaw-brother inlaw relationship between SY and KH.
I really like the actress who plays NJ. Her tears are convincing and executed really well!

Just a thought: Why do you think SY will take revenge on EN? I mean it's not like it was she wanted to do it herself but did it because she HAD to. *sigh*

Is it just me or does anyone else dislike SH (KH's brother) as well. I really dislike the fact that he is cheating on his wife with YH. I pity SY. *sigh* Why do I feel like he doesn't love his wife like he use to? He's sooo greedy!
Oh yeah, in the beginning of the series, he had her as "beloved wife" as the contact but in epside 12, her number was under "Yoo Bin's Mom". This was what I got from the subs. Isn't this kind of cruel?
By the way, love today's episode. KH and EN is finally progressing!

True, from the beginning she knew that this baby isn't her & she did it to get the money, so now chasing the Ajumma & trying to get the baby is quite selfish from her to do it ( cuz she know the consequences of her doing for the beginning) we saw how Yoo Bin bring the happiness to the family & I think taking him away will hurt in first place Yoo Bin mother since we saw that Yoo Bin father is staying with her only for the child which is more selfish even from him..
I don't know what will happen to Yoo Bin if he will be taken from her ( which seems she's bearing all the hardship she went & still going through for Yoo Bin, her reason to live; in my view she's the most pitiful character in the drama, dunno what will happen to her if she knew her husband have a mistress
, I wish she could get pregnant at the end of the drama)I hope that once she finds out where her son is, she will let him stay. Like you mentioned, she already took the money and saved her father with it so, technically, she can't keep her baby. Hopefully, once she finds that he is still alive and with a loving family, she'll let him be and possibly, start making babies and have a family of her own with Kang Ho.

I am loving this drama! Love the two leads and their scenes together. It's so comical. Kang Ho is really handsome. Love his smile. I think he is starting to fall for Eun Nim. Can't wait until they LOVE eachother!
