    to snowytearz, my friend got it.it has a really nice and refreshing smell,but the bad thing is that it doesnt last long.at the end of the day my friend would spray it more on her body,cuz the smell just evaporates so quickly.

    2. Very little: just eyeliner, concealer, or gloss, etc

    I always wear powder and gloss when I do go out for everyday.

    How intense is your makeup?

    1. Natural

    People can't tell when I'm wearing light makeup~

    Unless it's special occassion, there's no need for me get dolled up every single day ~

    i like to use jojoba oil to wash off my mascara =)

    has anyone tried shiseido's majolica majorca (sp?) mascara? i have one and personally it doesn't do much for me =_= has it worked for anyone else?

    I've got one. Works fine for me.

    No volume though, just lengthening. I use it for 'natural' look.

    It is a pain to get off !!!

    I honestly wouldn't buy it again.

    I'm quite keen to get my hands on Revlon Photoready since the store is having a 30% sale for cosmetics.

    I've got Revlon Colorstay in Nude but that (I think) is a shade darker for me~Plus it's got no pump as most of you girls would know =_=

    I'm wondering what popular shades are there for asians for Photoready? The lightest shade I saw was 'Vanilla' but that looked way too light for me.

    I'm also looking for a new powder since I'm running out of my current one.

    I've noticed that Revlon has got pressed powder to go along with their foundation but do you think it's alright to use a completely different brand? Or should I get foundation and powder from same brand?

    country- Australia (Chinese&Viet ethnicity)

    gender- female

    age- 18 -> 19 yrs

    weight- 50kg / 110 lbs

    height- 170cm / 5'7"

    Looking through of these pages, it's annoying how I keep reading "I need to lose weight" or "I'm so fat"

    when looking at their info they're in the 'normal' range or what would be the ideal height and weight for that particular age.

    And the girls who says these are usually the ones that are still growing! Mainly the younger teenagers ~

    I use Michelle Phan's method. I really like it and she explains it very well. Here's the link:

    I used to get streaks using a brush but I figured (youtube is your friend XD ) that by squeezing the foundation onto the back of your hand first THEN dabbing the brush into it and applying it onto your face, gets rid of streaks. Usually I dab my face after using a sponge around the nose area in case of build up though. Hope that helps :)

    The only problem with my foundation is that I use the Revlon Colorstay one and it is not squeezable lol

    But I'm thinking of changing to Revlon Photo Ready one (or w/e it was called) after looking another girl's review on it.

    ^ I'd say break it off. You've already stated you're interested in other guys so go for someone that is close to you, as in not, like, 2 hrs away. If you're still with him AND you're going to be in another relationship with another guy, that's called cheating.

    And yes you would be being unfair to him if you continue this, while you're interested in others.

    Like how to get started? I can't read or write chinese

    I really want to learn it. I enrolled into a chinese course but then it got cancelled due to lack of numbers T_T

    What colour do you wear in other foundations?

    Revlon Colorstay tends to be very neutral tones though a couple shades are more cool/red than others. Some popular colours for Asians are probably Ivory (slightly cool tone but quite pale), Buff (my shade, I'm NC15-NC20, it s bit more yellow) and Sand Beige....not sure about the darker colours. Oh yeah and the colours are a bit different for the oily-combo skin formula and the dry skin formula even though the name may be the same, so be careful :)

    Just to answer your question, I don't use any other foundation :unsure:

    It's just because I've got a few formal events coming up and I want to look my best >O<

    Ive read many good reviews on Revlon Colorstay for people with oily-combo skin so I wanted to give it a try,

    I'm pretty much a beginner when it comes to foundation...
