This case could set a legal precedent in SK if the authorities act intelligently with steady hand, with all the evidence presented by attorney Lee there is no doubt of her guilt. If in Spain even the king's sister and her husband have been investigated by corruption, why a nobody cannot be judged in SK if it has been proven that she commit several crimes.
We don't really know why those other friends have said nothing, maybe it is not that they don't want it, maybe agencies have forbidden them to do so. Their culture is so radical in issues like this that is terrifying
Or.. maybe they already give statements.. but.. all the statements just private and confidential using at the court only. Who knows right?

That psy-choi is not only getting desperate but her story's evolving into such a bizarre melodrama ~
The way she went on about her reason for being silent these last few months had me choking with laughter.
Who does she think she's fooling? Those who prefer being fooled by her, well, no help for them since they are determined to be blind.
But for the rest? She's even making those who were formerly against him rethink their initial opinions of her & him.
In the end she would be the one ruining her own self rather than our boy.
One thing that really hurts my heart is that our boy even thought of committing suicide ~
I have to admit that when this incident first broke & he was condemned so pitilessly, I prayed earnestly for our boy's safety because I had this fear that he would resort to the above ~ can't even bear saying it out loud ~
SK entertainers were & still are notorious with choosing this alternative, right? It even seems to be a trend for them to end their lives whenever they were in a bad situation. What kind of a society does it reflect when someone is mercilessly urged to kill himself or herself rather than to find a viable solution? So darn scary ~
So our prayers are still very much needed for our boy & his family ~ including Mr Lee, his awesome lawyer.

Jin Se-yeon has opened up about the fact that she is being linked to "female celebrity J". This is referring to Kim Hyun-joong's ex-girlfriend claiming on the 30th that she was assaulted in front of a then naked "female celebrity J" at Kim Hyun-joong's home.

Text messages between Kim Hyun Joong and ex-girlfriend reveal a shocking truth
In the midst of the growing controversy, Kim Hyun Joong’s ex-girlfriend has recently released a series of explicit text messages with the star.
With Kim Hyun Joong currently in the military, the case between he and his ex-girlfriend (hereby known as A) is still in court. Miss A has released her official statement regarding the situation as well as her texts with Kim Hyun Joong to the media. She explained her reasons to expose this to the public was because Kim Hyun Joong was allegedly using the media to turn public opinion against her.
Through her official statement:
1) She explained that Kim Hyun Joong’s lawyer was trying to deny all three allegations.
2) These three allegations brought to the court by ex-girlfriend A are pregnancy, beating, and miscarriage.
3) She explained that her pregnancy can’t be denied since Kim Hyun Joong himself has admitted knowledge of the pregnancy through text messages.
4) She also revealed a series of text messages (at the time of her first pregnancy in May) with a friend of hers, sending pictures of the pregnancy tests and discussing the situation.
5) A also stated that Kim Hyun Joong has already admitted to the beatings in December and made her sign a paper relieving him of his charges before she got back together with him.
6) With the alleged miscarriage, she explains that it happened when she found Kim Hyun Joong naked at his home with an actress identified as C. She states that she was beaten severely in front of the other actress and then had a miscarriage soon after.
7) She plans to subpoena actress C to in order for her to testify as a witness, but many netizens are doubting whether actress C would actually come to court to stand as a witness.
8) Miss A, however, admits that this all happened due to her fault of loving Kim Hyun Joong, getting pregnant, getting beaten, and even getting back together with him. But she claims she just wants to get the truth out there before she seeks forgiveness for her faults.
9) Through text messages, Kim Hyun Joong is seen begging for Miss A to only sue him for assault and not mention of any other allegations such as pregnancy and miscarriage through beatings.

If he can come back and have a good support and he work hard this stain might stick with him in the beginning but this stain will fade away when he is successful. The stain will be only an unfortunate experience of a man 's life and choi will be the first person that he will never want to include in his life . I believe he will be much stronger and wiser after this experience. The most important is not the unfortunate experience but he must forgive himself that he once trusted a wrong woman. What is already happened is not important because he can not change it but the most important is what he does now and at the present and I think so far he is doing well.
As his fan for his talents and admire him for being a decent human being I will do the best I can to support him. The choi's scandal for me is really proved how a sincere and honest man he is . It's such a happy feeling to see that his fans have never been wrong about him. I believe his talents and his sincerity will bring him great support and great success once again.
For the psycho woman what she is and how she is surely not something that anyone can be proud of . So let her be.I don't think this woman will ever feel happy in her life unless she confess to the wrong doing and tell the truth.

I'm too scared on what other lies or false documents she has ...........I feel it too..nervous.. so many lies until don't know which one to take as truth..
this case will be drag for a long time, if Choi show any documents on 22nd. It's not easy to prove her lies. Once spread out, some people will believe it and before thing are in process to be cleared, a chaos already happen.
Hope everything will be show the truth nothing but truth.
