watch all of it, it's all there, remember this interview was after he finished army and did Arang, so think it was back in 2012, it's very interesting and I found that I respect him more everytime I watched this interview. And I think he has gained more experiences since then.

I love his babies, their names are Joon, Kabi, Andoo and Carry.... aren't they the cutest? I actually bought the same looking black chihuahua, the one on the right, last year after I saw his chihuahuas and named her Yubi (cause I love LYB so much after SWWTN LOL).
I'm glad he gain popularity everywhere in the world (except SK
) I hope the best for him always.

Agree. I actually always prefer a drama that off to a slow start and then build up the momentum as the episode progresses and an ending with a high note. Putting aside that LJK is my ultimate bias, I really enjoy MLSHR right from the beginning and the drama really does get better especially that it is shifting into a new gear now that all bets are off and next week will begin the game of throne and battle of love. None of the dramas this year gave me this kind of excitement including the highly popular (IMO overrated) Dots which I couldn't get passed 1 episode, dropping off MDBC last week, gave up on Doctors by episode 10 and abandoning W halfway thru.

have you guys seen SWWTN? so many kissing scenes there, him as a vampire. Joseon Gunman also had pretty good kissing scenes, actually it was quite passionate. I think they (LJK and NSM) got the best couple award that year. He's much improved after Arang with ShiMinah (the Healing Camp interview was so funny, he practised kissing by himself and he didn't dare to as Shi Min Ah phone number LOL). He even said it in the latest interview when he promotes Iljimae new bluray released, I think he learned a lot after his chinese movie hehehe....

I love MLSHR! Come on, no drama is perfect, each one has its flaws. This one is actually very good, forget all the bad comments, i think the story is good, the casts are actually fit to their roles, specially LJK, IU, KHN and Baek Ah (I dont know his name). The customes, the scenery, the cinematography, all the action scenes, all the characters, even the OSTs are good (except maybe the raps, but as individual song I find it really nice), The editing is much improved now, and the story is getting better and better... I really enjoy this and so looking forward for Mondays and Tuesdays.
come on guys, let's support our Joon Gi and enjoy the drama, spread the positive and stop being negative and just watch it, I find it quiet entertaining.
PS: compared to the other moonlight, to be honest I fell asleep watching it, same story over and over. W lost its grip and going downhill at the end, and the rest of other recent dramas are just so-so... so yeah I really love MLSHR not only because our LJK is doing a super awesome job as Wang So, but the other aspects are quite entertaining

he only sings for his fans in fan meetings, if he makes albums/songs, they are only to support his events/fan meetings. Actually he has been focus on acting lately. I think singing and dancing are just his hobbies and he knows he can show his talents in front of his fans and make his fans happy

did you guys notice the younger princes are so look alike? I know they have different mothers but they all look like they really brothers/blood related. After watching all 7 episodes so many times, sometimes I still find it difficult to tell who's who (hehe...). The casting for the princes are really good. Of course KHN & LJK stand out as the more handsome ones, but I begin to like Baek Ah and Jung as well
even I like Wang Yo as the bad one...

Since important storytelling scenes were scripted but got cut out (and thank goodness re-inserted in the SBS version).yes,you're right, I guess the writing did follow C-version and adapt to K history with lighter feels to accomodate korean taste (while the C-version was so much heavier, I think), but since many scenes got cut out and added again in SBS version, it becomes such a mess. they'll fix it and it will pick up the rating

As far as I'm concerned about the PD's words, I started to take him lightly when he called IU an acting genius. She's not bad but far from this level. I hope putting Wang So in the background was just for the earlier episodes, because this is clearly not 8th prince story, but Hae Soo and his. Based on episode 7 and episode 8's preview, I think we are getting into the main plot
the PD said IU is an acting genius? really? that's a bit too much, isn't it? she's ok, cute and all, she fits as HS but a genius in acting? not so much....
So, I got curious and start searching for this PD previous dramas, and I'm surprised he never makes sageuk genre before, he works mostly in melo and romcom, I like Padam2 and That Winter, but didn't really like It's OK that's love & Iris. And the writer for SH also doesn't have any experience in sageuk, actually he didn't have much work, his last project was Cinderella Man in 2009, which was 6 years ago, and no other work since then until SH! How come SH only hired a mediocre writer? it's so weird, now I'm really getting upset.
Poor LJG, he worked so hard and the production team just mess it up.
Now they are probably trying to fix everything (the editing/music/storyline etc) I just hope it's not to late, ep 8-20, they must make it right to get more rating!
Anyway, I will support and watch it till the end for our Joon Gi, and hope the rating will increase at least close to 10%, for JoonGi's sake.. He performs so well in this drama.

And I really wish he could get out and date someone and get married soon. I read somewhere he is still feel lonely and feel alone that's why he loves to work like crazy, but please... I wish he could go out and date and get some love!

wow I'm very surprised and upset reading about PDnim decisions to experiment and the bad editing/writing problems etc that caused the low rating in Korea. so sad it happens to our LJG.
I hope he doesn't feel so bad about it, and will pick up a new and better project soon. I hope he will pick a good movie project first, and after that maybe a modern drama. He should avoid taking a drama project for awhile, just avoid TV, focus on a movie, because he started off well in a movie.
He should pick a good Korean movie production, something like Train to Busan or something (I don't know, I just watched it recently, it was amazing, so it just popped in my head LOL), and should not pick any collaborations with Japanese/Chinese/Hollywood movie projects for a moment hehe... just focus on a Korean movie with good directors for the next year or two.
Or maybe alternate from a movie project then a drama, take several modern drama then a sageuk... it will give him variety in the next 5 years as an actor. And he is 35 now, it will be better to choose more mature characters... I personally love him as a father in Two Weeks. Anyway, just my thought...

OOT: his new movie (Chinese production) is a love story, but as much as I love LJK in romance, the movie is just not my taste (maybe because I'm not used to a chinese-style movie and I didn't like the chinese actress). His other older movie (with Japanese production) when he was younger, was a sweet rom-com, and I loved it, he was so cute with the Japanese actress, and they were so young hehe... He really needs to make Korean movies again, please... I hope he chooses a great movie project next, not just dramas.

thank you for sharing the video, I have watched C-version many years ago, so I forgot many details, but I remember it was a beautiful but very tragic sad story
, but if I remember correctly, the drama ending was actually different than the ending of original novel. Therefore I don't know which direction the K-version will ended... (let's hope for the best happy ending since they can be creative with the history, hehe...)
I remember Ruoxi was transfered to the past at age 16 and then she finally died 20+ years later (correct me if I'm wrong), therefore a lot of things happened in those years. So in K-version, with only 20 episodes, I hope they can tell the story smoothly without rushing too much, because from what I've read so far, based on Goryeo history, there will be a lot of things happen (like the king will die, the CP will be crowned and died, the 3rd will take the crown, lastly the 4th will be king), I hope they will be able to tell the story nicely, both romantically & politically.
So far I'm very excited and really enjoy MLSHR, it has different/fresh approach than the C-version. I love the costumes, the cinematography, and of course LJK, KHN & IU. I love their make up and accessories, they really pay attention to details, the masks, earrings, the hairstyles, jewellery, the views... Yes, it has some flaws, of course, but so far it is the best drama for me.

Hello chingus, how are you guys doing? First of all, thank you all so much, finally I can catch up reading all your comments, you guys are amazing.... Thank you again for all the recaps, the subs, the links... WOW!
As for me, I have never been so obsessed with a drama before, this is crazy, especially with two different versions in each episodes, specially ep 6&7, this made me watched each episode at least 4-5 times, raw and subs, international (One) & sbs korea version, this is CRAZY... things you do for LJG hahahaha...
I really enjoy this drama, LJG, KHN, IU, and love the BTS, they really fun to watch, sadly the SK ratings are still very very very low. Thank God it's doing well internationally, just checked youku, it's 817,876,789 views!!!! WOW!
Anyway, waiting for Monday is never been so hard, I used to hate mondays, now I am so looking forward to it LOL..... Have a good night everyone

wow I forgot the kissing scene from TBDAW! I remember it was one of my fav LJG action drama from back then, now my favorite is Two Weeks. And of course for sageuk drama is MLSHR as Wang So,.... but Iljimae is still very special in my heart (although no good kissing scenes there since it's old time sageuk). Now I'll rewatching TBDAW to survive the weekend
