@bebe1989 me too...IRY is my first time recognize his face, I should know him since I watch Blind but I really didn't remember how his look at that movie
Taek's character is layered very well...every episode made me curious about him. But even if his screen time was a bit at the start, we never say that his character was like a cameo right? That's what I know from one JH shipper, she said JH in last 3 eps was like cameo. Remember that all cast in Reply series are protagonist, that's why the cast list showed horizontally not vertically like the most Kdrama.

Honestly I watch this show because of PBG, but Taek has less screen time on some first episodes make me not interest in husband hunt. But one day my friend ask me, 'you on whose team?'. Still not sure but I was confidently say that 'I'm TeamTaek' while she was in opposite ship. At that time the show was aired till eps.14 but I just watch it till eps.7. I was in hurry watched eps.8 - 16, so at the end eps.16 I was still clueless about my OTP. Then I decided to lurked in MT during new year break, it help a bit.
Because of this Reply 1988, I couldn't watch another drama...so I though maybe rewatch the previous series will be more help. And yes that's a why I found that Baduk board when the gang talk about 88 things on Reply 1997. My SunTaek OTP officially decided!!!
Not satisfied with MT, I move lurked in this thread and found so many interesting analysis that made me rewatch the show while waiting for the last 4 eps. At that rewatch time my shipper heart locked Taek as the end game on eps.2, just like the other friends said before that was because of DS patt TK's butt and if I was not miss heard DS referring herself as noona in her sentence. The Hubby showed and their convo over DS's diary at the end of eps.2 was my biggest reason why He must be TK. The future DS & TK convo was :
DS : You read my diary right?
TK : No.
DS : Yeah, you did.
TK : I didn't.
DS : Ya! (translated as Hey on the sub). Be honest with me.
TK : How can you use 'Ya' to your husband?
DS : If you can say it, why can't I? You did read it, didn't you?
TK : I didn't.
Why TK asking that? And why DS answering like that? It was because DS is older than TK so she has the right to use that 'Ya' word to TK but TK is her husband that's why he a bit angry(?) to her.
And my other reason why it has to be Taek was the 'Beach Date' official pictures that used in 3 different things.

I just come in this ship less than 2 weeks ago, very late but I'll never regret it cause it's better late than NEVER

From this ship I learn many good things especially to upgrade my English skill which not far from DS since my TOEIC score just 720
(Weeenyooolllll). Thanks God, I got many new friends from all around the world because of my unusual hobby (fangirling over a Kdrama and Park Bo Gum) From this drama I believe all of us get so many good things for our future life and kind of reminiscene of our past life too. I'm in my 23 years of life can see some my own experiences that showed in this drama (taking bus to school, jealous over older sibling, crying on sibling's wedding, and many more) that's why I'd love this drama

From the ep. 19 preview I think if DR is in TK's room with TK, SW, and DS when he talk on phone...maybe he calling JH. That phone seems like the one I always saw on TK's room. Can anybody help me to proof my statement? And maybe also give some possible scenario of this

I've been shazam-ing both, but it always comes up with an entirely different song

although this is so far my favourite track (because it reminds me of the beautiful friendship of this neighbourhood)

The song tittle of bridal style carrying is 우리들의 사랑 (our love), idk the original singer but I'm so familiar with that song cz I'm an ELF (sorry for fangirling myself here). This song is one of SJ song in their 2nd album & their often perform it on their concert too. The music arrangements was totally different but at the end of the scene before it change into BR w/ her friend there's a little lyrics that made sure if it was the same song. And also we can hear this song in episode 4 when DS dressing up cz she wants to meet SW at BR's tutor.

@liteulkwin big thanks for the caps...you help me a lot. I just wanna reminded you all that it isn't a big hint of the husband hunt end game, but maybe it's prove that the writer already create Taek's character since a long time ago for this Reply 1988. So that's way Taek's character has so many development and some similarity with the characters on the previous series.

@mangachickava it's good one...if I'm not wrong it's on ep.13 (?). If you mind to watch 97 series again, that was when YJ eat together with his friends in his home, they were talk about 88 and I see something related to Taek down YJ's table.

I really wanna share what I found when rewatch the 97 series...it might could be a small hint which connected to this 88 series, but I'm afraid if it's going wrong so I'll tell it later when the show end

Just saw the short clip of Bogum's reply88 audition and I don't know what to say here but cry
I had a bad feelings about today episode of YoF since last week, from the preview on end of episode 3....My heart keep telling me to prepare more tissue for watching episode 4, and this one is the reason. Can't believe it...so sad but glad to know that he grew up well without his mom around.
He is 7 months younger than me but he more mature than me in everything. I just can love him more and more everyday
