Been a long time since I've been active on this thread but can't help it this time since I'm super excited to see One More Happy Ending. It reminds me of JNR from Oh Happy Day. Did anyone noticed that she changed her voice in the Loving you song? I remember she used to say that it is difficult for her to sing Sweet Dream because it is not her true singing voice and she had to change her voice to fit the cutesy theme. I think she changed her voice for the Always for you (Loving You) song also to fit its cutesy theme but for others who don't know her, hope they figured it out that her voice is a lot better than that.

I bet that's why she trended last Sunday when her name was mentioned on King of Mask Singer. A lot of people are feeling nostalgic and missed Nara-ssi singing on stage.

I see a lot of articles from Sunday about this but I'm 100% sure it is not her on King of Mask Singer. Her voice is just so distinct that you can just know if she is the one singing right away. And the singer does not sound like her although they both have a sweet voice.

Yesterday, Nara-ssi topped the Naver search rankings. I wondered why and it was only because she was mentioned at King of Mask Singer. LOL. The judge panel were guessing who the singer was and JNR name was mentioned and then the MC inadvertently made a mistake and introduce the singer's alias as JNR. But I doubt that she will appear in such variety show plus she is busy with I Remember You. But it is interesting that she topped the Naver search rankings just because her name was mentioned by mistake by the MC.

how how how did the ratings fall even more for ep 2?! D: hopefully it picks up!
It was the same 4.7%. I'm hoping it will go up by next week. The story is becoming more intriguing and there are going to be replays of the episodes in Korea over the weekend so I hope for better ratings next week. KBS Monday-Tuesday dramas have disastrous ratings...I looked back on Full Sun and the most recent which is Blood and they only have 2-5% ratings until they end. Most of their dramas never even reached 10%. JNR drama never have such low ratings even Mr. Back, which I did not enjoy, was able to pull of decent ratings. I'm hoping IRY will have better ratings so I can see Nara-ssi at the year end drama awards (although I know The Producers and Unkind Women will most probably win the top awards).

I have My Love Patzzi 'feels' today after watching episode 2 of I Remember You. The aunt of Cha Ji An is the evil co-worker of Yang Song Yee 13 years ago.
Nara-ssi is mentioned by Kim Jae Won in an interview. He said they are like siblings - brother and sister.

Online rating 16,1 % ...
The AGB nationwide ratings is low. It is 4.7%. I hope Nara-ssi does not worry. I know this may be the lowest rating for a 1st episode on any of her drama. It even beats the 6% rating that BFB had on its 1st episode. But I hope it can also succeed like BFB. I see it is still on top real time search on Naver so the interest is there but I hope it also translates on the ratings in the future.

Me too. That poster is totally hot and will get anyone's attention.I hope more people will be curious with the drama. I actually became excited for June 22 after seeing the poster.
On another note, I wonder what Nara-ssi will be cooking for Happy Together 3. I hope she talks more because when she was there with the BFB cast, Hyun Young and Ryu Jin talked more than her, even if Nara-ssi is the lead.

I read @ChaYangSoon 's question at the I Remember You thread about why JNR is standing whenever there is a gosa ritual in her drama. And I agree with @hatima_ssi , it is because of religion. I'll just answer here because it only pertains to JNR and not about the drama. The Gosa ritual is an old Korean ritual believed to bring good luck and money whenever there is a new venture opening like a business but here, it is a new drama and they're hoping for success. It is sort of paganistic as they bow to the boiled pig's head with money stuffed on its mouth. I know JNR is a Christian so it's not really good to bow to a pig's head or any pagan figures. But I'm not sure if she did do the bowing during School 2013 gosa ritual. I have to look on the video again.

I saw a video before at youku. Actually at the award show itself, Yang Dong Geun and Jang Nara were seated beside each other. They both won the best new actor and best new actress, respectively, for the TV dramas they appeared in 2002. Of course, Nara-ssi won it for SSOBG.
