I think for a simple erand it was like 500 dollars but I think he said what! I'm not doing it! It's too cheap! But as you said my mind it is blurry now too!

That "simple" job was US$5k (KRW5 million) each for Healer and Ahjumma. I don't think JH has worked a full month AFTER he came back as PBS. Ahjumma said after deducting this and that plus he took leave that's why it ended up with a mere US$900. Remember KMH said PBS took leave of absence? But he complained he work a month because he was indeed still "working" while on leave.

Finished ep 17 & 18 with subs at one go.. WOW again. Watching live was awesome, watching with subs is another level of understanding. Coupled with reading recaps, reviews etc.. I really invested alot of time on Healer. *ROFL*
Really don't know what will happen in the last 2 episodes and that's good. Our dear writer-nim has shocked us again and again with her writing that we dunno what to expect and waiting eagerly for the story to unfold. Everyday waiting for some glimpse of what may happen, trying to get into her brain to find clues. This just shows how invested we are in the characters.
I share the same feeling as many here... what to watch next. I will definitely miss Healer... every single cast... which is really rare as we normally will just miss the OTP. -
So Elder is acting on the things he said:
1) making KMH disappear. The hand phone bait is definitely to lead Healer to somewhere else. KMH is kidnapped so they can stop this "illegal" broadcasting. Just like in 1992.
2) OCD Oh is going to kidnap YS as bait to make Healer work for the Elder since Elder wants Healer. They may even consider disabling YS so that Healer will be "grounded". It's always easy to run away with a healthy person vs a sick person. Same tactic as KMS.
So now what choice will Healer make. He is in exact situation as KMS 23 years ago. Betray ur friends and ur woman live. And Healer said it to KMH he can't live without YS. He will "throw" MH away if it's for the sake of YS.
Next 2 episodes will be nail biting. Can't wait to watch the final episodes but can't bear to say goodbye to Healer too.

Guess this is a sign that I shd sleep early today since I have been having a headache whole day?
There are so many nice scenes today. Seeing how Ahjumma is directing Daeyong to do work is also funny. DaeYong is completely clueless!
We got to see our cutie SS today too! Poor guy got oust by the new fella whom I must say is more effective that SS. BTW, any guesses why Ahjumma will find him familiar? That guy is too young to be one of those thugs she raided back when she is a cop right? So what other chances can she has come across that fella? I'm very curious.
I need Detective Yoon NOW! Our Healer 2.0 is being separated! Frankly I do not know who is their prime target or are they trying to nab them separately to prevent them from teaming up?
Unfortunately my Korean is not good enough to fully understand KMS's broadcast but I think KMS trying to show that he was part of the illegal broadcast and kept those tapes showed that he is a man that speaks the truth? So now he is mayoral electorate he will also speak the truth for the Seoul people? That leaves KMH with no room to retaliate since he has no proof to show otherwise. Not sure if my interpretation of the scene is accurate. -

Sorry I can't do a transcript for the rest. I just understand that she asked for a better present? Then he mentioned that the necklace is also a tracking device (since he apparently removed tt from her phone after it was compromised) and she said he is like a stalker. Then he said if there is really a dangerous situation you can press on it?
JH: Then can I hug you now?YS: *gave JH a kick*JH: Am I so cumbersome(?)YS: No. But you said you want to live like others.JH: Ah.. human?YS: Human.JH: And this?YS: A little different from others.JH: OK, then I shall follow the sequence like others. OMG another solid episode!!
Other than why they r allowed to sleep in someone else's hse (but the scene was really heartwarming when JH said he "homework" is done. His teacher, dad and her).
Then the part he went to her room via the window. She said about living like normal man (?) and he said ok let's goto the bed. HAHAHAHA
And the meet-the-parent session is so darn funny! He is really SCARED of YS's dad but he is so clueless since he lived without much human interactions for so long. That BongSookie reactions ain't fake for sure!!
YS father wanted to ask JH question but he cldnt so the ex-con ahjussi said he will ask. And the first question was "how far have u progressed?" HAHAHA
YS dad then asked if some food was delicious and JH said yes. So YS dad immediately know YS stayed overnight at JH's place and the wild goose chase! So funny!!!!
Best part was YS serving herself a scoop of ice cream while waiting outside. Hilarious!
And JH being the night courier is accustomed to noctoral life. During the day he is always sleepy and come at night he is so alert and awake. Lol. So cute!!! Love tt YS can sleep soundly by holding JH's hand and JH telling MH that YS can't sleep next to anybody and he ain't anybody.
And of course our jealous PBS is just a darling to watch isn't it???
Our writer-nim sure knows how to end the episode with such a cliffhanger!! With MH taking pix of the staff I really have this nagging feeling that he will die at the end. YIKES!

Ok, seriously... in any dramas, when you're already a couple, why do you have to call the other party with their full name?
Chae Yong-shin... even MH was calling CYS full name... sigh...
So next time, Noo surname ok, writers
That's Korean culture. They call each other full name with a "ssi" behind. If there is a title or profession attached to it one shd include as well. Only someone very close then you will drop the surname. So eg Kim MoonHo is a reporter one will call:
Very formal: Kim MoonHo ki-Ja(reporter)-nim
Formal: Kim MoonHo-ssi
Casual: Kim MoonHo
Very close r/ship: MoonHo-ah
So how u call someone depends on closeness and situation.

Wow... So many things to process
1) Pix of JH in SomeDay wearing the PBS look. Hmm. He is not going back as PBS right? I want him to be SJH. Being CYS camera man will be perfect fit! Like fathers like son/daughter. Yeah!
2) JCW sharing pix of his stunt double. Such a nice gesture of him since stunt doubles are always invisible to the public.
3) JH with Secretary Oh. That scene was indeed chilling. Then the next scene of Secretary Oh getting all crazy seeing the mess was pure funny.
4) More HD pix of JH brooding over the phone is very welcome! MOAR please!!

And I love love that JH said "Hello" with that smirk on his face. It's almost like saying "Show Time".
And now that it is being broadcast live does it mean Elder wldnt dare to finish JH off in his premise.
I still fear for JH's and MH's safety. Doesn't have a good vibe abt MH's ending. Shucks!

Ahjumma: she mentioned abt seeing something. What looks to me is Daeyong went to JH's father's urn first and took the tape.
MH: We got your father's testimony tape and it should be sufficient. Come back now.
Elder: Kid, who are you?
JH: We should follow the original plan and go all the way.
YJT being kidnapped
JH: U killed someone who is sick? Then he said something abt the child?

In e preview JH looks like he is being drugged. Going straight into the lion's lair is very daring of JH. Even though he is highly skilled but for a group of unknown baddies who uses poison what he is doing is awfully dangerous. I dunno why Ahjumma, MH and YS will allow him to do that?!?!
3 more episodes and I feel so sad it's ending!! My hb will be happy though meaning I wldnt be chasing 9pm (my time) every Mondays and Tuesdays!

Omo. His voice sounds so gentle! That gentleness he always has towards CYS is oozing out from his voice. He is soooo into his character my god. Gives me the chills.. In a damn good way!

After watching EK MV you've posted I so missed TaHwan. His change over the 51 episodes is hell a lot. And I loved it. Be it crowardly, love sick, jealous or crazy. It just makes u wanna care abt this character. JCW really did a damn good job there.
He is doing an awfully excellent job here too. His fears, anger, love etc u can feel it out from the screen.
Recently there is news abt a drama whereby a girl can see smell? When I saw the news I think of JCW because that guy seemed to emit emotions that are literally visible out of him. Hahaha.

Saw JCW on EK and now Healer. Totally impressed. Just started watching 5 Fingers over Warrior BDS because I want to see him in a villian role.
Frankly I find him admirable because many idols don't dare to pick controversial roles. Villains (or 2nd leads) is one example and the other is acting a "foreigner" like TaHwan.
I remember watching one interview whereby the interviewer asked him how he felt portraying a character that is non Korean. Although I don't see what's e issue but I do understand culturally they ain't facing foreigners with open arms like other countries.
Because he picks his role based objectively I really admire him.

Okay. I'm thinking about the ending. How if the ending is like JH and YS introducing each other? Like "Nice to meet you. I'm Seo Jung Hoo" and YS just like "Nice to meet you too. I'm Oh Ji Ahn" and it ends. I dunno why I can think of this endingg (maybe because of City Hunter where LMH and PMY just standing and smiling for each other and it ended. That sucks). Hope that SJN doesn't think of this endingg. Chaeballllll

Re: CYS POV of JH adapting to normal life
I dunno if she knew that JH loves watching animal documentaries and I find that she parallels him as a hunting animal tt sleeps when there is no hunting to be done is so spot on.
Love that she will try to help him with whatever he wants to do, be it find his father's testimonial tape, the person that frames him for murder etc. She will always offer to help him.
And because JH has to learn to fit into "normal" lifestyle YS felt tt she needs to take care and protect him. Which is so cute because they are always protecting each other in their own way.
