No problem @Leedyah. I was quite the same a few years back. Looking at the ratings of 1N2D makes me sad whenever the ratings sunk down. I see it being used to mock Season 4 a lot though, as well as others genuinely worried about the sudden decrease, so I really want to explain the situation and spread the information since the only place I read people explaining about it is in koreanvariety subreddit.
This would really help actual fans to feel more at ease whenever they see the ratings.
Yeah, JM can be frustrating at times that I'd be like, 'you brought this to yourself' while feeling bad and laughing at the situation at the same time. Another thing I noticed is that, one of the reason why him almost tearing up about the betrayal made me feel bad was because the others tried consoling him (in this kind of situation, I'd really tear up even though I know I would be able to hold it in) and are starting to feel bad voting him lmao previous seasons would make light of it or they would laugh or berate him (((:
And yes, thanks for sharing as well!
I'm really glad for @kjmcth for always making sure to update the thread. It makes others see that there's still people visiting it. Hopefully we can have more people to come here and just talk about the season

I think because of the sudden influx of viewers caused by everyone doing home quarantine. I noticed how the past few episodes, Master in the House (MITH) of the same time slot suddenly started going up while 1N2D and Masked Singer both went down. I think people are trying out other shows and the fact that MITH at the time of the rise of its rating have trot singers as guest helped too (considering how popular the show Mr. Trot is right now, their ratings are still going up holy crap).
I went and made a visualNotice how after Feb 23, 1N2D didn't decrease. Although it only went up a little, the next episodes show that viewers are still going for 1N2D. lmao! I really hate how haters of this season keep saying that the ratings are dropping while they are reading it the wrong way, so I decided to check the ratings every week lmao. Other people seem to be reading and comparing weekly ratings of the same show, which is not right. This is why people get sad when ratings suddenly dropped, when in reality, there was an event or something else catching K-viewer's attention at the time. What we should be doing is by comparing the ratings of the shows from the same time slot then compare it from their previous episodes.

I am completely with you on this insight. Seriously, my heart ached for Jong Min when they edited that tears on his eyes. I think Se Yoon and Jong Min can be awkward at times because Se Yoon is taking the reigns as a sub-leader of the group but the fact that KJM is older and has been with the show the longest makes it a bit weird (from my observation). It could have helped if it was someone he's been comfortable with and has worked with for a while. As much as I really felt weird when Se Yoon said that, I think I can also understand it after some time. The thing is, Jong Min can be lazy sometimes lol. With Season 1 and 2, he's one of the youngest members. They can easily tell him what to do and he helps, when he lazes around and do something crazy, the members really react to it well. With Season 3, everyone kinda has the same vibe hahaha. With season 4, all the other members are just hard working. Like they're really a goody two shoes kind of people. They seem to be the ones who will try to look for what to do if the others are busy and working hard. KJM's more into the variety mode. If it weren't for KJM trying to stir something up, the 30-minutes they were given would have ended up like a documentary or Law of the Jungle style.
I'm also really grateful for that editing they did to compile what he did the entire time. If it had ended just like that, with JongMin waving at them but no one is seen waving back, I would feel quite bitter about what happened. And I'd feel worried because it would really leave a bad taste to the mouth. Others would probably throw blind hate. But that ending really smoothened out everything about that voting part.

VIXX's Ravi reveals worries he had about '1N2D'
AKP STAFFVIXX's Ravi revealed the worries he had about joining the cast of '1 Night 2 Days' season 4.
On the March 3rd episode of 'Two O'Clock Date with Muzi and Ahn Young Mi', Ravi opened up about being on the cast of the variety show '1N2D', saying, "It's been 2-3 months since we started. At first, I was worried about myself physically. I usually sleep really late, but filming starts early. I've never gone to filming after sleeping, but unexpectedly, I'm not that tired. I feel like I'm actually going on a rough trip with the hyungs and staff members."
He continued, "Kim Jong Min hyung said that he's never seen someone sleep as fast as I do. Moon Se Yoon hyung farts really loud at least once while he sleeps, but I never wake up so I haven't heard it yet. I only saw it on TV."
Ravi also said the show gave him some pressure, saying, "'1N2D' is my first fixed variety show. Before this, I would tell myself not to be selfish and be comfortable, and I'm not feeling to burdened this time either. However, I keep looking at the viewer ratings. I worry about it, and I look at comments too. That's why I feel a bit worried that I'll be shaken during the next filming."

So true! My sister and I were trying to keep ourselves from laughing so loud because it's in the middle of the night but there are times when big bouts of laughter just comes out!

Wonder what they're going to do next. NCOV-19 is really getting serious in SK right now. Even Celebrities not wearing masks when outside gets netizens kinda mad, wonder if they'll take a break or shoot indoors. If they were able to shoot one last trip before the outbreak, they'll have 2 weeks covered. But if the virus doesn't die down, their health comes first.

Kim Seon Ho Confirmed For New tvN Drama Suzy And Nam Joo Hyuk Are In Talks For

The project will be helmed by “Doctors” and “Hotel Del Luna” director Oh Choong Hwan and the storyline will be written by screenwriter Park Hye Ryun, who wrote “Pinocchio,” “I Hear Your Voice,” and “While You Were Sleeping.”
In 2019, Kim Seon Ho starred in tvN’s “Catch the Ghost” and is currently receiving love in the new season of “2 Days & 1 Night.”

Same same. I was really at the edge hoping for him to me mischievous. KJM seems to be forgetful a lot of times. Like how I think he forgot to do their slogan whenever they have to jump into the water. Which he tried to ask from Se Yoon but unfortunately, he has no idea it was to shout ilbak then others join to shout il. I think he still can't bring himself to be silly for now. The others practically always praise him and looks up at him. Although they're not that awkward, they're also not that close right now. Unless, someone starts being teasing him for him to tease back. Otherwise, he needs some time to adjust. Hahaha

Ahh, really. I'm also glad for this pair's dynamic. I see a lot of others who seem to dislike Seyoon for being mean to Dindin, but they just seem close to be able to do or say the stuff they're saying to each other? Which also kinda baffles me because most of these people who keeps mentioning it are big fans of S3 too. And man oh man, S3 members has done and said something much meaner to each other than what these who has been doing so far. :))

Yeah, she could also start to be more strict. I like to think she's trying to ease the new members into the show before she goes all strict from time to time as well. The members right now are still being generous but some are beginning to complain that they're letting the winners feed the losing members.
Anyway, I'm really looking forward to seeing more new viewers and fans to join the communities. Other S3 fans has started to like S4 but sometimes they just can't help but to compare. With fresh new fans, we can atleast spread more love
I expected Ravi's fans to be all over 1N2D SNS platforms but they seem tame. (haven't tried going around twitter yet though lol)-

If I didn't know better, I'd have thought you were me @Leedyah
. From season 2 and season 3, I always feel bad for Jong Min for always being put aside. Although S3 went by a bit better with Junho in the line, he was still at the bottom of the pick. I mean, I know the others just wants to win but he's just pitiful. lol, especially when he was blatantly disregarded. So, everytime he does something unexpected, I just feel so proud for him. I really hope this season, he'd be more appreciated. Atleast, continued to be appreciated and wanted in a team lol!
Jung Hoon and Sun Ho. Their love and pride for being part of the show is just endearing. It makes me happy that they're so excited and wanted to show it off. They're also not pressured by breaking off their actor-persona. They just seem so natural and don't really mind that they're going to ruin their image. My only hope is for them to be able to focus both by being a member for a long time and a serious actor.
I actually know Dindin from some other variety shows, so I already expected him to fit in well. Especially with how noisy he is. Lmao. I also expected him to not be too welcomed by the Korean netizens. I don't want to say viewers because most of the time, those who comment that hates him already just don't really like him. Whenever I see him in other shows, I'm not a fan of him but I don't really not like him either. But seeing his dynamics with the members, I can say, I know I will like him. He knows how to play along with jokes against him.
Se Yoon was someone I was worried of, mostly. I kinda expected him to be like Defconn on his first trips. But, first episode in and I didn't feel like he was acting too over the top to be funny. My little sister who I was watching with mentioned that Se Yoon was doing a few things Defconn did to be funny, but she did not feel annoyed by it. For some reason, he does it more naturally.
Ravi. The most thing I'm worried about when Ravi was announced was: his fans. As most people know, Idol fans can be ruthless. I am worried about backlash. Especially since VIXX has a mostly international fans. The 1N2D communities seem silent about him though. I mostly see posts about Dindin and Seon Ho.
Once again, I'm excited to see the dynamics of the new casts! I want to see the new teams and pairs in the future. For pairs, I'm seeing SeYoon-DinDin, JungHoon-Ravi and JongMin-SunHo. They seem to tease each other a lot. Even the changing their pair of pants, they switched together lol,

There's one thing I really hope for the coming trips and to the fans. It's that, if they have to add another member to fill up Joo Hyuk's absence to stay as 6 members, I hope fans wouldn't think of him as Joo Hyuk's replacement but as an additional member. I hope fans wouldn't give too much pressure to that new member to the point that the member don't feel too uncomfortable to be in the show.
I think that was one of the problems with season 2. Fans had too much expectations because of season 1 that season 2 members tried so hard to be funny that it ended up with them sometimes being seen as over-reacting or boring. On season 1, Kim Jong Min got so much hate after returning for not matching or going above expectations.
Let's not expect him to be like the calm, awkward but funny, sometimes cool, adorable and loving to his dongsaeng Joo Hyuk. That's too much pressure there lol. I hope they let him be what he is and carve a reputation for himself in the show.

Haha! I can't wait for the next episode tomorrow! I'm loving the tandem of Jong Min and Dong Hyun, also their interactions with Sung Hoon. It's really funny, I even forgot about Joon Ho in this trip. This trip mostly reminds me of Family Outing, well, atleast the house and the cooking as a team part... come to think of it... Sung Hoon was part of the family for one trip in that show too lol
