hey, i've reach my post limit. so i'll try to write here instead ^^ let me know if it's done..i just realized that not every member that they're going to reply.
so to let you know if they already level you up. you will see this at the top right

I'm a full member now. I noticed the logo beside my username change from the pink scooter to the blue car, meaning full member status. Now I hope I don't actually have to do anything to maintain the status.
You need to make 5 forum posts to be able to start new threads, so maybe it's the same with other forum activities.

I didn't know there were PM post limits...OK. I don't know how these status posts work, but I guest there's a first time for everything...For my first request, I got a response asking me to reveal gender and age in the profile. After looking around, using naver translation app, and google translate, I managed to add that info to my daum profile and changed the fancafe settings to public. I posted the request again (also saying that my Korean is terrible, haha) and I got a response to wait a bit. So I guess that's all I can do for now.
