They're not perfect but is perfect for each other.
That's why I call them a submarine instead of a ship. Hiding deep underwater, but sometime you get a glimpse of the scope (or whatever that thing is called XP)

Thr whole ring thing also depends on the culture. My mum only wears her ring on special occasions. The whole engagement ring thing is such a western culture thing to me.

^^^ (there are too many Wendy Wangs on soompi so I didn't know which one to tag) I know exactly what you mean. The MT terrifies me now. The JH shippers are so mean and aggressive that I'm starting to feel personally attacked.

That makes me feel even worse for them! It's not healthy to repress your feelings! I'm just so glad that our shipmates are all so sweet. Seriously I've never seen anyone here bad mouth any other shippers or characters, not even those of the opposing ship (I know for a fact that a bunch of us adore JH tons and tons.) Two thumbs up and a pat on the back for us.....and cookies because who doesn't like cookies XP
Also, unrelated to mean posters but still related to me leaving soompi, being on this forum totally messes with my sleeping patterns! XP I think most of you are in a different time zone than I am! I should probably be asleep right now, but I can't help checking on our forum to see if our lovely roommates have any new observations and whatnot.

It's a real shame what happens here on soompi though. It's not the quieter and more considerate ones who matter, but the ones who push and scream. I used to be on a bunch of forums and nothing like this has ever happened before. I think my feelings are just too easily hurt. It's not good for me to be around such negativity, but after I see it, I can't stop going back in hopes someone will call them out on it. Since I've now seen how cruel people on here can be (and those people are always, without fail, the loudest and most aggressive) I don't think I can come back to soompi again
The things some of them say are absolutely horrible! Do they feel no shame? We should pray for their poor twisted souls. There's no need to be so mean over something that's supposed to be fun. These are FICTIONAL CHARACTERS for goodness sake!

The mods are being too cruel! Only people who are pro Taek are having their posts deleted! JH shippers must be reporting the posts. That's just low. -__- After Reply is over I'm never coming to a forum ever again. Those people just ruin the fun for everyone.

Goodness! I can't believe how rude some of those people are! Especially that person who said pm3's posts were like garlic shoved up her butt. That was completely uncalled for. Whether any of it was posted in the MT or shipper thread it doesn't change the fact that it was extremely cruel to say.
At this point, putting aside my belief that DS and TK would be perfect together, I hope they're endgame just to spite all of those mean horrible people.
Sometimes you just can't be a good dongsaeng like Noeul.Who cares about the MT anyways! I'd rather be here with my roommates where everyone is kind and respectful. I've read every single post in this thread and have NEVER seen anyone say bad things about JH shippers. Not. Even. Once.

Which is why I keep away from the MT. People are so mean! The mod pointed out rule 3, but does that not apply to the mean user emy something or other who was mocking pm3? Also...wow I just got back from the MT and people are vicious! To @packmule3 in particular. I honestly haven't found anything wrong/rude/condescending in her tone. Have any of you? (I think it's just that JH shippers want to believe she's saying it in a mean/condescending way that they read it like that in their heads) There are even people mocking her there. That's just too much.
PS @Meliere round of applause to you for that psa because it is so so SO important that people realize that. Heck, when I have my own kids someday, I'm going to tell them it's not ever okay to pick on someone you like and they if someone is calling my kid ugly or pulling at your hair because "they like you" you can bet your bum I'm calling the teacher, principal, and the brat's kid in so I can properly reprimand them for not discouraging such barbaric behavior and teaching their kids properly.

@springsparrow lol I know exactly which user you're talking about. She seems pretty cool, we've exchanged a few messages on tumblr.
The aggressive JH shippers on tumblr are actually the reason I came back to soompi in the first place (like 17 of my 19 posts are just in this thread XP), I needed a safe haven where I could ship whatever I wanted to ship without feeling attacked

Aw man, I'm in a funk because of how belittling people are being towards SunTaek and their shippers in the main thread. Anyone have any cute fanfics or fanart to cheer a girl up? ㅠㅠ I get that the hubby hunt is part of the drama, but can't they just voice their dislike for us and suntaek in their shippers thread? ><

after confessing(when it was raining and his head was down) it was announced on the radio that Taek yielded to his opponent because of personal reasons. Or something along those lines, I have a bad habit of doing other things while watching dramas >.<Edit: I was rewatching ep 18, it was after the concert not confessing. I'm dumb, it wouldn't have made any sense if it were after confessing and then taking it back and saying it was a lie

It's really sad that that's what they think, but I think it's just human nature. We hear what we want to hear and see what we want to see. I really do hope JH gets his happy ending with someone else though. And not something sloppily done like Chilbong and that girl who reminded him of NJ (some people are saying that's supposed to be Jinjoo!) I wish JH shippers wouldn't try to devalue our ship because they're upset.

Edited to add: the title on the kiss video that TVN uploaded is titled: "꿈같은 키스" As I understand it, it translates to "dream-like kiss" CMIIW. So basically....TVN is telling us it is a real kiss?
Yeah I thought that's what I heard but it just seemed so abrupt and random to send her off that I was going ???? Among actors (k-actors in particular) it's an understood thing for characters to be killed/sent abroad if their acting is bad. Which is another reason I was going ???? because I think the actress was doing fine. But then again, when the JB-MO love line started I was equally confused, so I guess it's fitting that it starts and ends with a big question mark.

The JH/DS shippers arent all bad(Im sure there some bad eggs here too lol), some I like, but there are some that are aggressive which kind of scares me lol like Im worried to post stuff there on there forum as Im trying to be team both but ima a bit scared they might bite my head off or they might think Im trolling/snooping/spy lol But Im not! honestly!! I find in interesting seeing the other side, helps me put things into prospective and remain unbiased at times and see JH good qualities(and make me like him)
But the scary ones made me not look at that forum much anymore and its pretty hurtful reading negative comments regarding TK cause hes such a sweet heart and it hurts my heart so I try to avoid it lol
But in general I think people here a pretty nice!!! I think its because lots have lowered there expectations and are remaining humble/not expecting much if u know what i mean. Its a pretty good environment to be around so I like to camp out here pretty much lol. Everyone so supportive and kind, so lets keep it that way to the very end yeah? Lets not put JH down either as it would be pretty hurtful to read for some who are rooting for him. But we seem to be doing pretty alright in general!! At the end of the day cheer for ur bias but lets not become to scary about it haha
I know not all JH shippers are bad, there are bad seeds in every bunch, but every one I've come across have been very aggressive my-way-or-the-highway type that are extremely dismissive of SunTaek. I love everyone in this thread though. I've read every post here at least once if not twice or even three times for certain posts, so there's nothing to worry about us putting down JH, a bunch of us adore him just as much (myself included) I'm really actually worried for them if Taek is the husband since they're 500% sure that JH is the husband they'll be super crushed if they're otp doesn't become canon. But us, we're team low expectations, so I'm not so worried, we'll be prepared to some extent if JH is the hubby.

Goodness, I realized there's a very good reason I don't follow the main thread. I just wanted to see if there was anything about DR and other characters but get bombarded with posts trying to devalue our ship and our spiderman kiss scene. JH shippers must be the majority in that thread and they're very...overbearing. It's making me all sad even though I still believe in our ship wholeheartedly *emotions too easily effected by others*
SpoilerThis is why I would've chosen this ship in the end even if I were neutral about the two ships because you guys seem so much nicer and don't bring the other ship down to raise this one up. I can't stand aggressive shippers. It's one of my biggest fandom pet peeves. Shipping is supposed to be fun

So...maybe I'll see you guys again if Reply 1980 is a thing
(although I'd prefer Reply 2006 or something. The rise of DBSK and Super Junior)XP but if not, we had a great ride together and I couldn't ask for better roomies. As far as shippers go, I seriously doubt I'll ever find a ship with such wonderful people ever again.
