@maartjeheit I've always thought that the father has something to do with the killing of JH. Just something he said in one of scenes in the earlier episodes. In Ep 13, SY was too smug for comfort at the dining table scene when they confronted YJ. Both dad and SY want the marriage too badly and I won"t be surprised if they planned the accident. What they didnt plan was for both YJ and DH to be there as well.

I think YD's fascination for ES is that she is a mystery to him. He has this love/hate relationship with KT and right now YD is dying to know what KT and her relationship is. She interests him yes but I think it's not in the romantic way. The last scene is just a challenge to KT but in the end, once they become friends again, he'll give her up.

Again YD wants to know ED's relationship with KT. He says he behaves bad just to get her attention but ES says it is none of his business and that she is not afraid of him anymore.

Dad scolds KT saying he is different from KW. KT needs Rachel to gain a stronger foothold and to survive. But KT says he doesnt need it. The house is colder with him in it.

Rachel tells the mums that she wants to break the engagement. Later she tells KT that she will.see whether he will choose ES over everything else in view of their families connection.

CY's dad tells KW that he is being observed by Chairman. Tells KW to decide whether to choose HJ or the company.

YD is asking ES who that woman is who appeared at the school meeting. If ES is working her butt off why is her mum spending all that money for the schol.he wants to know who ES's mum is.

KT's last words to ES during their argument was that he became brave because of her but she doesn't do anything for him. Her reason is because she is not good enough for him. So he is sad that their meeting has become a nightmare.

YD and KT are doing their detention and again YD taunt KT about whether his real mum came or not and KT rebutting that YD's mum who wasnt there cos she ran away.

KT's mum is saying that she wants KT to be her son in law if she has a daughter and was reminded that she does have a daughter ie ES haha. So comical but I am surprised that Rachel"s mum doesnt know her.

Haha KT's mum is pretending to be ES's mum in school and she even volunteered to sponsor everything.

Yes YD told ES that he likes her. He even went as far as looking for her old house but of course he did not find out anything about her. All he knows is she is poor, as ES confirmed with him.

I think KT lets go of ES's hand because he has no answer. ES told him that he cannot protect her as he has to protect himself first because of his family situation. She actually tells him that she likes him too but she cant be with him.

At the canteen YD makes ES eat with him. ES tells YD that she doesnt have anything to do with KT if YD is doing it to make KT angry. YD replies he doesnt have anything to do with KT either. Meanwhile BN and friend think that ES is YD's next target just like JunYoung was. YD tells Rachel that he will make KT even angrier when he takes ES later.

Am actually surprised with the ratings but I don't think it's official yet? If I were to rate both Heirs and Secret, the former will get a 5 and Secret an 8. Although I'm watching Heirs as well I don't get attached emotionally to it like I do with Secret. I live stream Heirs cos it's easier to watch whereas I prefer to wait to watch Secret so that I can slowly savour every word and move hehe.
