I'm pretty sure that YSJ's father was also asked to sign the same waiver. In MY's case, they need to have her sign that waiver cos she knew YSJ went on a mission and that YSJ left her a letter. So they need her to keep quiet about what she knew. The dogtags went to YSJ'S dad because he's the next of kin. KMY and YSJ aren't married yet so Gen. Yoon didn't give it KMY.

Regarding the phone, weren't YSJ and KMY using a chat app? Ordinary text messages (sms) won't show whether a text message has been read/seen. And if they are using an app like Line or FB messenger, you can log in to your account using a different phone or even a tablet or pc. So when the messages were read I thought that YSJ finally accessed his chat account. I didn't even consider him getting his old phone back. Just my two cents worth :-)

Hmmm I'm thinking both SDY and YSJ will leave the army.
SDY- he will leave by choice cos of MJ
YSJ- he has to leave because his body is broken.
The special forces has no use for a soldier with a banged up body as he has to be fit with quick reflexes because lives depend on him.
Leaving the dangerous job you love will feel differently if the choice was made for you rather than you making the choice.
I think this will be YSJ's conflict later on wih MY. That he was not the man he used to be. That MY deserves more than a bitter broken and weary soldier and will push her away. He did say in the interview in HK that he will have confused/conflicted love with MY in the latter part.
And MY will fight for him and for both of them and be the healer of of his body. And soul.

I agree with you. I have a feeling the folder contains all his files on Nurse Ha. Love letters, pictures, videos and maybe some poems. He seems to be in love with her all these years!

@gilaswan We really are doing in-depth analysis of this matter :-) I don't think the boys are lying about not getting physical with the stewardesses. They really just went out for drinks. YSJ was just needling KMY and enjoying her jealousy as he had to stop himself from grinning from time to time. YSJ telling KMY that he expects her to let it go was because he had already let it go. And maybe to bait and tease KMY more haha. YSJ wouldn't be all that smiley and happy if he was indeed lying to her.

Actually the address have changed since that double date because SDY have been transferred back to Korea and was training new recruits already and YSJ had an earlier discharge and on vacation awaiting new posting. They returned voluntarily to Uruk only when the earthquake occured. SDY already volunteered to return even before MJ's dad summoned him. The package was probably sent due to the earthquake to cheer them up in the aftermath hence it was late.

I prefer to think that the girls could have easily gotten the Uruk address from SDY's stewardess cousin. And it seems as if it was the first package the girls sent probably taking advantage of the timing which is the aftermath of the earthquake as their excuse. Oh they just had to send the group picture to remind the boys of who they were lest they had forgotten. Haha

Hmmm, I think that SDY didn't really keep in touch with the girls. SDY kept saying he had a stewardess cousin and that cousin could have been the one who told the girls where to send the care package. The guys looked so shocked (and scared)after all. Haha

Hi! Time to delurk! I think the date was after the first break up just before they were deployed to Uruk. The three stooges who were taking bets clearly remembered it was the birthday of a fellow soldier's son. They remembered YSJ and SDY were dressed up and made up an excuse to leave the party immediately. After the second break up, it was only YSJ who left for Korea and his men stayed behind. So if his men were in Korea that time, it had to be before the deployment to Uruk.

I saw the photoshoot pic. Wow, Sunny looks gorgeous and Wookie looks just dandy.

so, if wookie is so very very affected by this statement 'cougar' brought on by this certain senseless reporter....to the extent that he could not hide his black mood which also took away his smiles...doesnt it show just how very very much....how very very deep he has gotten himself into on this 'loveboat'??? so all our speculations about them being together is nearly 99% correct....he is easily affected at the mere mention of his beloved in any negative way...his mood gets badly affected to the extent that he could hardly function normally....it all sounds like a man madly in LOVE!!!....Eureka!!! we've got one evidence down pat, haha!!

It is also very telling that contrary to the general comments and observations that Sunny and Wookie gave complementary answers (but not scripted) in their separate interviews, the cougar question is the only question which their answers were not in sync. Hmmm...
I think that Wookie was thinking of Sunny's words that she will never go public about any relationship again and answering cougar questions might lead the media to more speculations which could hurt Sunny. If he answered he is okay with cougar relationships, the media would blow it out of proportion and say they are in a relationship and make Sunny a target of anti-fans again. If he said no, they would make it sound that he rejected Sunny. So he chose to be unforthcoming about it and cut that reporter down to size! Had he known that Sunny would gamely answer such a question OR if they were interviewed together, I don't think he would have been that curt with the media. I get the impression that regarding statements about their relationship, he would get his cue from Sunny and abide by her wishes.
Statements are one thing. Actions are definitely another. No matter how unforthcoming Wookie is with his words, his actions are actually very telling---that he doesn't mind cougar relationships at all. Nope, not at all....

christysg, upon closer and longer look and in comparison with the other pic, i'd say you're right. It is kang ji-wook and yeon-jae some time later. Kang ji-wook and Yeon-jae or Dong Wook and Sun ah, they just look so right together

It feels strange to look at Wookie with the mustache and the updo hair because he does not look like Kang Ji Wook anymore. But Sunny still looks like Yeonjae. So why not just say "Dong-wook and Sun-ah" in Singapore.

Hmmm...I'm just wondering (since these Singapore and Malaysia fanmeets are the first fanmeets that I followed and spazzed on) if other kdrama couples act like they do when they promote their dramas? Is it common for the kdrama lead couple to appear flirtatious for promotion purposes?
If the answer to those questions is no, then Sunny and Wookie sure is sui generis - a class of their own...

I agree with all of you on all counts.
Given my legal training, I would definitely consider all these happenings between Sunny and Wookie -- from the skinship during filming (and probably after, too), to the flirty me2day exchanges, to the constant mentions about each other during shows and interviews, to the introduction and recently constant communication between Sunny and Wookie's friends, to the meaningful me2day rants of Wookie and Sunny's matching me2day updates, and now Wookie's transfer to Sunny's agency, of all agencies -- as overwhelming circumstantial evidence pointing at no other than a very special friendship/relationship between Sunny and Wookie. At this point, I don't think that can be denied already. There's just too much proof to say otherwise, and the burden of proof has shifted to those who say that there's nothing going on between them.
Would you agree with me, silvergirl? HeeheeIncarnadine, I totally agree with you in this Sunwook: Couple or Non-Couple debate.
The evidence for the Couple is continuing to pile up though what swayed me to the Couple side is that video message of Wookie for Sunny before he left for Taiwan and while Sunny was in Busan. The words and how he said them, the regret that he couldn't be with her in Busan, the promise to be by her side on the red carpet, the promise to see her when he gets back, the smile, the conviction...these has won me over to the Couple side.
Everything else that followed convinced me all the more that I chose the right side. And the recent Jump to Kingkong has ended the debate for me.

Hello ladies! I haven't posted much in the last weeks cos I've been travelling and always got to read the news bout Sunny and Wookie late and everyone is done spazzing!
But i did backread at SOAW thread and have followed everyone here. Moving to a new home is strange at first but it will get better in time.
Hmmm...to the techies out there, is it possible to move all sunwook spazzing posts from SOAW to this thread? Like in one click?
And Wookie's move to Kingkong had me grinning from ear to ear. I find it romantic! Like it's a grand gesture of love for Sunny!
