    It's not a name, per se. It's a nick referring to a child. Often in reference to the boy not having reached manhood yet. Once you've reach aduthood (manhood) they don't call you that anymore, unless they're are your parents/grandparents... in which case, you'll forever remind a little boy to them.

    Krossant: lol, ur wrong again :)) that's " Chi' ", have two meaning, 1 is an insect lives on our hair that make us itchingm (also called " Châ'y ")(head louse), and the 2nd meaning is ambition/mental/courage, something like that lol

     

     

     

    Chi mean 'to pay', same meaning to "xài" or "tiêu" hehe

    to be honest, if rowie take normal pictures [like not having to make her eyes larger, and not photoshopped], i cud tell that she is very very pretty, one of the true uhlzzangs i've seen ^_^ .... since... i'm kinda tired looking at pics of girls enlarging their eyes ><'' not that they're not beautiful since they are really beautiful.. it's just that it doesn't look real to me... and it also looks really awkward .. :P

    Hue accent is very unique... if you know about it and when u hear it, u can recognize right away... ^^ whereas sometimes tieng Bac and tieng Nam kinda mix together... my friend is a Nam person but she has the Bac accent.. not so Bac though.. only a lil :P unless a person with heavy Bac accent speaks.. then yea.... it's unique too... .... something cool: cursing in tieng Bac sounds a bit mean yet funny xD.. tat comedian Hoai Linh guy usually uses the Bac accent to speak/curse... it is soooo funny xD haha

    Saigon [south VN] 's accent is the best xD haha... since i'm from South... i shud be a bit proud xD hahahaha.... but yea... i can speak in different accent.... i love speaking with Hue accent though... it's sooo cool.. i wanna learn more :P and Hanoi-an accent is pretty cool too.. i can speak it very well.. not fluently.. but well enuff :P hehe
