I have a question about HJ.. Why do you think that she married with a motive and is a gold digger?

We have not seen the background of their marriage.... She could have very well got married with love in her heart to her husband...... and what we see now is the result of 7 years in the marriage...We don't know if her husband always was unfaithful and that started the to rock the marriage... we were just not given enough info....

I am rather curious to know the background... and maybe they will show it to us....

We just know that she is maintaining the marriage as best she can... And she did finally after 7 years was able to get enough money to put her mom in a better apartment... So what?  That's great that she was able to do that...  If she had gotten from her husband a gift of a million dollars like TW gave JH family then she could have done it earlier....

And yes, I remember that JH fought with TW about it, and they finally agree that she will take "only" half of it....

Seem like u keep comparing this to what we call a "regular" household. The status is what sets your standard for viewing this situation differently. And to your question, my answer is no.Why do I need to tell my husband that I'm going to quit or that I'm "being" force to quit by his stupid parents (that's me speaking for myself). What good will it do him to worry for me while not being able to help in anyway? The last thing I want to do as a wife is to put my husband in a conflict between me and his family.

To your last question. I'm not a man so I can't answer u but u can ask @Triton823 since he is a guy.

    @Iris

I'm not saying that's what's happening of course no one is physically

killing anyone (lol) but the concept is the same. Seem that you are saying she

brought every thing on her own without telling TW before hand, but the

topic of her working came up how many times in this drama? How many

times has she told him she wants to work and asked for his help? How

many times has she gotten yelled at for not quitting her job? How many

times has she witness TW being put in a tough spot for helping her? So

with all this, she is wrong just to quit (commit suicide) without

consulting TW? She not playing the victim but she is made the victim somehow.

If by telling him would change the fact then I would agree with u that's

her own doing but if he could have done something to stop this, it

would have already happened and wouldn't have gotten to this point if

    the story.

I get that you're saying that she is not fighting back to defend herself but

unless she is getting ready to walk out on this marriage I don't see how

she can change anything. Her in laws are people that just don't give a sh-t what you say and will twist and turns things their way.

Her being compared to with SIL is baseless. HJ married with a motive

and was therefore forced to accept the abused for 7 years. Her interest

is power and money not her job. She is actually ashamed of her

past(especially when mentioned that she was once an announcer). JH

taking the abuse is for the sake of the marriage and for TW so he isn't

put in a tough position cause he is weak( emotionally and mentally) when it comes to his family (powerless).

In the end, both take responsible for the soon to fault marriage. Her fault for marrying him without really loving him and his fault for not taking her away from his family.

  4.

The whole situation with JH and the in laws is like this:

"Would you rather suicide or get torture then get killed?"

TW is like a bystander that is unable to prevent both from happening therefore stands there and watch. In real life can you hold a bystander accountable for murder if he doesn't do anything to prevent it from happening, no but will people belittle him for being a coward...yes

  5. @Iris

I understand your point of view but can't agree as a whole. The point of being together as a couple is to support one another  through rain or shine and when you love someone, you  hope to bring happiness to that person, therefore you bare responsibility ( to some extent) to ensure your partner's happiness especially when you are married. I don't think TW is fully at fault, but can he do better or more to make life easier on JH (hell yeah), yes he can. Has he done anything to prove himself worthy as a husband, not really.  She hasn't been mute to the abuse, and as a wife, the first person you trust and turn to should be your husband, especially since this is his family. Its true that its not ones responsibility to make you happy, but if you love someone, nothing is more important than to protect ones smiling face. If everyone thinks that "its your job to make yourself happy", what the point of being with someone else.  Making one happy is not an obligation, but its done to prove/show your love (be it with friends, family  or partner).

It looks like SBS is asking to extend GOM by two weeks at least.. maybe even more....

  7. alishanareen said: A part of me wants HW to realize that JH is unhappy and rescue her, but a bigger part of me wants JH to get out of this situation herself. I cannot get why she got married at all, I know that HW basically said marry the guy your with but at the same time she still did not love TW. I feel like JH should be deciding what will make her happy, the choice to me was never about the two guys. She did not want to marry TW when she took that trip and met HW. The reason she was able to fall for him so easily is because there were not any feeling tying her down. I feel like her character is such an independent woman, I do not get why it is soo important to make all these people happy who basically do not care about her feelings.
I feel like JH would be just as unhappy if she never met HW. I want JH to decide to leave TW, and then I would like to see what HW does. He did the right thing the first time, she was engaged, she had to make the decision to be available for him to fight for her and she never did.
I feel a lot of sympathy for HW, he was ready to be with her, but not a bad guy and JH was never available enough for him to really be able to fight for her. And you know as soon as he finds out how unhappy she is, he is gonna rush to her. He regrets letting her go at all, so I feel like he just needs the excuse to do what he already wants to do.
The bad thing is that TW is gonna get hurt because she never loved him and now he has her and she's gonna leave. He can be a bit much some times, but he is kinda a victim in this too, he really loves her.

  8. SexyDolceVita said: ailskdrama said: I really really hope JH and HW meet in the next episode. While it will be painful and heart-wrenching because we all know there will be a lot of pulling, anguish, confusion etc. but at least there is some back-and-forth. As I have said before, the writer needs to give these actors/actresses something to work with.
BTW, I ship JH and HW but wasnt oppose to TW as an actor or even as a character but I am a bit disappointed so far. Even with the sweet moments I am just not connecting with his character. I liked him more in Flower Boy next door. Like all the characters, they have a range of emotions they need to convene (anger, puppy eye toward JH, tender back hug, moonlight golfing etc.) but I am just not relating to his character. In fact, with the except of HJ, HW and JH (and this one is starting to drift recently in terms of consistency ) the leads are really hard to relate to. I think this is one reason it's been frustrating to watch.

  9. Its so sad that TW became so redeeming after he got married. HE's really human now and is genuinely good (wish he was more like that in the beginning)Feel like he's been released of the nut house after he got married... I mentioned before that the reason he must have JH is to feel complete and that its the only time he can be human, just sad that in order for him to become human, JH must become less of a human everyday and be zombie (living corpse) if they want to be together. Therefore, in this relationship, only one can survive while the other complete lose themselves.

Ahjumma wife is starting to pick up her life and is engaging with the outside world as she is making friends and learning to live without the ShitfaceCheatingBastardBallessLoserJerk husband. She is making improvement... so Plus(+) to that!!!

CrazyMoodSwingSpoiledLunticPhyscoStalker is still annoying me with her shamelessness as she continues to throw herself at HW and is like gum stuck to the shoe. The more you try to scape it off the stickier and messier it gets...

ShittyConArtistWhore was super scary and needs to be put away.... totally bio-polar and another lunatic has emerged... she looks like the Joker from Batman... dont tell me there is no resemblance between them...look (actually evil MIL look like this too):

  10. Its ok that some dont see NSM as a fit for LSW, but there are some levels of attacks directed at NSM which will cause a stir with her fans. People that come to this forum are both LSW and NSM fans. Plus it has been enjoyable with the topics between LSW and NSM for many of us thus far so no reason to make others uncomfortable. Everything posted on this forum was meant to be in a positive light so lets try to keep it friendly.  >:D< >:D< >:D< >:D<

  11. I don't understand why the writer have to make the ahjumma house wife so ANNOYING PITIFUL. Its like I want to feel bad for her but her character is beyond believable that someone so clumsy/retarded like her can exist...

What???? the A-hole dare push his wife after cheating with that B-i-t-c-h teacher Nam and you have the nerves to bring the kids there to see the W-h-o-r-e!!!!! Someone's going to lose a pair of balls in his sleep!!!!! HJ shouldn't slap her and dirty her hands, she was standing on the stairs ,a hard kick or push should finish the job... the maids can just drag the corpse of Miss Nam and put her with the trash

That new girl is beyond annoying... wealthy pyhsco was just waiting to eat HW up once he's drunk... If he avoids you for 5 years there gotta be a good reason like " HE DOES'NT LIKE YOU" now what part of those words does she not understand... Guess with her IQ, she must have went on 9 clouds  just seeing the word LIKE in that sentence... crazy lunatic!!!!!

  12. Hello my ladies.... took a long break as reality calls... its funny how she pinpoint so many good aspects of LSW but barely had much to say about KJH. As if she had to reference him only yo promote the drama. Thats why from Hwasin I can already tell she was turned off by KJH ( he attracts attention in a bad way) while LSW has stars glowing behind him. She was simply decripting them through her eyes soo she mustch dig LSW to be complimenting him from head to toe
SexyDolceVita said: Article that states NSM's perceptions of LSW and KJH.

NSM says LSW and KJH have different charms.
LSW has a dreamy, honest, simple charm, that incites maternal love instincts from women, which is very attractive.
KJH has a sharp sense of charm, which will attract attention too.
