    I have a feeling that they will give the award for foreign asian artist (like BoA did in 2006 to w-inds.), and I hope it goes to Kuu or Ayu (O.M.G... fandom collide!!!!) :D

    I think Junsu just go and help his parents pizza shop and yoochun as well go and help his mom in the ice cream shop. Don't ever come out to public and go on stage if you are not with other members.

    I suggest other 3 members to continue their acting career, Jaejoong please consider to accept another offer if you have any.

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

    Even if the court ruled the 3 members can do solo before everything's settle with SM, please don't ever perform with only 3 members especially with m net (may be only with m net and can they do it with other events? NO?. (I don't know why the people don't like m net).

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

    I said it all coz this is most of the fans want. Am I right? (jj, junsu and yc will have no chance to live in the k pop music industry until SM revise the contract. Boys you can just come out as five in Japan, we are ok.     I don't want to give offense, but I think you're just seeing it from the fans side (and not ALL fans think that way either). Junsu has said that "singing is my life, if I have to die, I hope I die singing" - do you REALLY think it is best if he just helps out at a pizza shop??!!?? Someone that feels that strongly about singing, I hope he can sing however, whenever, with whoever - of course it's best if it's with DBSK, but if for ANY REASON that become even temporarily impossible, I would hope he still has a chance to sing.

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

    What, he should give up his life dream because dbsk fans only want all five at once? I doubt even the other four would want that. In fact, if they are together as strong as ever next year, I'll bet they all still work on solo careers - it's the next logical step for them. "Colors" was just a start. But, hopefully, their solo careers will come along with more great DBSK albums, provided they get a better contract (w/ or w/out SM )

    I've been checking for news daily for the last few months, but I've never responded to any post before this. ...How should i put this....I felt a bit out of place about responding. I'm 25, and while I love dbsk, they are not my entire life.     I have felt that the contract is obviously unfair, and trust that the courts will agree. I've been angry on their behalf, and worried about them.     When I read this schedule I had to cry. I read the whole thing... it didn't seem fair not to.     A lot of people have insinuated that "fame has a price, and they chose fame, so, they should stop complaining." I agree with only HALF of that.     I would love to see them in concert someday, would love to see another Korean and another Japanese album, but...not like this. If this is what it would look like, I'd rather they disappear into the suburbs, get married and have kids :D. lol, it would suck, but...I don't see how a true fan could want *that* DBSK back - the dbsk with an insane schedule, few rights, not enough sleep, not enough time off, etc. I want a DBSK that I don't see as often, one that comes out with an album every year, not every six months. One that has half the amount of singles and photo-books, and only one concert tour a year, tops. I want a DBSK that has time to rest. I want a DBSK that has time to play AWAY from the camera, one that I don't know everything about. One that can have girlfriends if they want, without fearing fan-craziness.
