    WWHHHHYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY!???!??!?!

    What I hated the most from this episode was how MC (possibly) died!!!! (actually we don't know yet for sure, but still MC was bound to die). I HATE that stupid gangster kid. I hate him SO freakin much. I did not want him to get hurt from the hands of someone. All I wanted was MC to leave the world PEACEFULLY with the deteriorating cancer he is suffering from, NOT get stabbed from that stupid kid!!!!!! UGHH! (all these gangster people/Mr.Kim needs to all die, just go away......gawd....)

    And WOW OY WOW, really you chose such the perfect day to slit ur wrist...I hate that OS was put in that situation. That he left MC not even knowing what he's suffering from. He left like a innocent little kid saying "I'll call you later hyung! we can talk later". He's not going to have the chance to give a proper goodbye just like he didn't with HJ before she died, the one thing he regrets, now he's gonna regret this too with MC (actually since we don't know if MC really did die on the streets, I hope OS gets to see him in the hospital and say his proper goodbye) (oh gawdd, I would be crying a lot for that scene to happen). I teared up the moment MC gave OS the keys and said that now he believes theres love (cried like a baby...omg T__T) because when you look at it now, he did (possibly) lose his life to save OS and OY's love......

    something I noticed was right before that idiot kid stabbed MC was the car light. MC looked straight into the car lights......it was like "the light" that he's entering into aka.. (heaven)......(maybe symbolic?).......(just an observation)...

    OY cannot possibly die from slitting her wrist...I think she just wanted to feel an inch of dieing......idk.......and OS I think got there in time......If OY wanted to really die, she could have idk, stab herself (?) or heck drown herself in that bathtub or in that pool of hers.....I'm disappointed in her bc she knows she has ppl who care about her and doesn't even consider their feelings, but I also understand her motive for wanting to commit suicide..she just has no trust in anyone anymore and she's always had that side to her of wanting to die, plus her confidence to continue living is not there anymore. OS was her reason to live and the moment she told him she doesn't have the confidence to have him by her side, was like saying she doesn't have the confidence to live anymore.

    OS my dear OS, I LOVE YOU SO MUCH!! it just pains me to see you in pain too......I just want to hug you and comfort you.....


    yeah we all came into this drama knowing it was a melo-drama, I'm still prepared for anything (good/bad) but really PLEASSSEE WINTER GODS PLEASEEE HAVE A GOOD ENDING [-O<

    I've seen my fair share of sad endings and for once I want a happy ending like soooooooo bad...bc how this drama came to be and the way these characters have been developed they really do deserve to make a better living life for themselves, and a second chance to love one another the right way.

    but again,, i'm still open to both dieing...(which will be extremely sad to watch) ..just not one die, one live... thats just a NO.

    and please don't make me go through an open ending please! to make myself believe in an ending.....I hate it! shiro!
                mine as well just film two endings, a good one and a bad one........like in BOA's MV

    random side note for today: OS is by far my favorite character, his character development has been done brilliantly  :x

    The way OS and OY confessed their love was SO NATURAL, like it's soooooo different from other dramas. They didn't have to push and pull about how they felt, and it wasn't like a dramatic confession either. They looked into themselves to figure out their feelings and they just straight out said it to each other and it was the most natural, and relaxed but perfectly done way of saying "I Love You". (maybe bc they had to pretend to be bro/sis and had to love each other, but still, it's still perfect to me). :D
    I love that they both know each others feelings too before splitting their ways, cuz they'll find their way back to each other one way or another.

    Time has become such an important factor in these last few episodes. It's what's gonna heal them, bring them back together, and it's a matter of life and/or death.

    The moment OS put that suitcase of money down and just naturally walked away made me tear up so bad~! it really showed how much love he has for OY and how much of a decent man he's become for her, then the whole driving down memory lane and wind chime made it worst......it was just so super sad!

    I loved that OS dragged out their day together in the beginning and he even admitted it to her that he's doing it to spend more time with her....GAWD, LOVE HIM!...not only that but with that extended time, he allowed himself to open up to her and talk about his past/memories, he was truly himself.

    Their time apart is gonna be so heartbreaking........I hope OS is just putting up a front in gambling again, I'm sure he's not that person still, he's a good person now.

    The preview made my heart drop....too much angst!! but it looks like OS's crying scene will continue where we left off today, cuz he seems to be wearing the same jacket.....huhuhue T__T

    like many of you guys, really I'm still sad that this drama is only 16 episode!! I wanted it to be 20 episodes, heck even 18 episodes would have made me happier...i feel like there's so much more to see/conclude...but i'm praying to the winter wind gods that writer noh can wrap this up perfect.... [-O< [-O< [-O<
                          like I hope OS knows MC is hurt, I hope OY see's OS's video/letter......etc...etc...



    random side note for today: watching the BTS, I love how JIS walks, so much manly swag....LOL

    The filming for this drama could have been done already if you think about it since they've been ahead of schedule the whole time, but I love that since they are filming right before the last airing, our couple gets to stay together a bit longer!! woooooo!!! let's just hope the ending is smooth and not rushed though. I'm sure with the hands of writer noh and director kim the ending will be perfect!
    if the ending is filmed with those cherry blossoms..........wow......how beautiful that would be.... :x

    I'm so super excited to see the next episode after seeing this 3 min preview.

    I'm glad to see that OS can open up about his childhood and be himself and not fake anymore and OY giving him comfort that he shouldn't feel guilty because it meant something to the both of them. To see her do that really means a lot, because it goes back to that scene when they went sledding and talked in the house about how "it's okay to be okay". That was when she heard about OS's story though not knowing it was actually his story, and she felt for him at that time too, so to see that in the preview I think really shows her character and how much she cares about him.

    Celebrating my 200th soompi post here with this brilliant drama and with you awesome winter wind blowers!!! :D


    I finally sat myself down and watched both episode 12 and 13 and here are some of my thoughts for those who are interested!
    WARNING: LONG POST AHEAD :-B


    Episode 12 was so sad/heartbreaking, I felt heartbroken along side Oh Soo, he was doing everything in his power to help give OY a chance to live and he was just constantly getting bad news after bad news and most of all he was pushed away from OY, the person he needed the most. Then he also had to push away his closest friends in order to protect them. OS basically was doing everything to protect the ones he loves at the risk of losing his life....just his life, no one else. I thought his dialogue with Jin Sung about allowing him to act like a decent person in the world was soo powerful. It showed how much he wants to give back and how much of a GOOD man he is. To OS he's accepted that if he dies, he'll have no regret because OY has allowed him to see himself and accepted the good, but he's also accepted that if he has a chance to live, he'll live as a decent person. (OS may view himself as trash sometimes but he should see that he's impacted a lot of people's life in a good way)
    I hate that even if everything OS does comes from the heart he eventually always falls back on the reason why he came to OY in the first place ($). Like when SW brought it up, and OY heard, it just makes everything he does fake when it's sooo not. It was in the beginning yes, but OY gave him a different/new perspective to life.
    the OS vs. SW fight in ep 13 was awesome. When OS told SW that they would both leave the house and that lawyer jang was gonna meet the eye doctor and have Mira as the witness, I was like BOOYAAH SW! IN YO FACE! (I hate that SW tries to play so innocent sometimes....ugh)

    Though I love Jin Sung's loyalty to OS, he seems to have an ulterior motive, he can't get away from the fact that they need money in the little time they have left. He knows OS's feelings but totally just avoids it and deals with the devil. I wish he would understand OS a bit more and see that to OS the money really doesn't matter anymore. But Jin Sung will be Jin Sung, only these last three episode will tell if he will stay loyal, back stab OS or be the one who sacrifices his life (at times watching these two ep, I almost feel like he might be one character that MIGHT die in someone else's hands and not by a natural cause like MAYBE MC or OY)

    In a way I like the fact that OY pushed OS away, it was super sad from OS's perspective, because he wanted to be close to her but from her perspective the distant really allowed herself to understand her true feelings for him and admit to herself what she was feeling. Of all people, I'm so glad she opened up her feelings to Hee Sun, because Hee Sun know OS's feelings too and the situation (she may have used it to her advantage to get money, but I feel like she'll come around though, because she's seen OS with her sister and when died). And instead of saying "oh it's NOT okay that you have a crush on your brother" she said, "it's okay, a sister can like a brother". Also OY didn't hide those feelings from OS, she made some funny excuses for not wanting to sleep together/hold hands..etc...but eventually she was honest and told him that she needs to watch her feelings for him (basically telling him her feelings). It was actually a relief when she found out the truth though, because it allowed her to know that those feelings weren't for her brother but for a man (hallelujah!!).
    I have mentioned in previous post that the truth revealing wasn't as I thought it would be, it was actually more subtle in my opinion but yes, I was glad it was revealed. (Dont even know if I should thank Sora or not, but whatevs.....)
    The fact that OS also knew OY found out the truth was great because he was actually just himself even more, instead of making up stories and going along with childhood memories when OY would ask him, he now then started to just say "I dont know" or "No, I don't remember". I felt like the second half of episode 13 was OY testing him again, like she did in the beginning of the series. We can clearly see the difference in OS's response. Even if she may have tested him or not, OS's determination to continue on doing whatever OY wanted was very prominent, he didn't hesitate at all, when she was cold he chopped up wood, and when she was hungry and he went out to buy food. OS knew it would hurt when the truth came out, but if OY doesn't accept all that he's done as being real and sincere then, oh boy....we would be in for the long run......but i'm sure their love overpowers anything still. I'm sure she's seen that what he's done is for real and even her question of "why didn't you kill me" can prove that. He hasn't done anything to her. The only thing getting in her way of trusting him is him being a fake brother all this time and that 7.8 million. When they went to the cabin area, it almost seemed like she wanted to end their "relationship" like how her parents did, but I'm pretty sure that is not going to happen. The way she gave in to OS's kiss will be OY's battle of whether or not to follow her heart.
    that kiss was another heartbreaking kiss, though they weren't saying much in the last minutes of the episode, their emotions told us viewers so much.  (all these talk about harassment is total BOGUS, like c'mon other dramas have worst scenes than this)......people.......[-(


    One thing I wish to see is when OY goes into surgery, her mother and her real brother would visit her as angels and say they are looking out for her and that OS is a good man, and send her back alive to be with OS. (haha too cliche?)
    Because the real OS appreciated OS like Jin Sung did, he really is the reason OS was lead to OY and they deserve that happy ending.


    Unrelated bias side note for today: WTH!? why is the upcoming drama "When a Man Loves" poster so similar to TWTWB even the font looks alike!? though i love SSH....wth..... X_X haha ok ok *happy thoughts happy thoughts* i just need my wed/thur cure

    I want to share my thoughts about today's episode so much, but I have one more final to study for!!! ahhh...after tomorrow is over, I will compose my thoughts about ep 11 and 12....

    one things for sure though, SW is CRRRAAYYZZAAYY!! and i'm glad OY knows the truth, it wasn't how I'd expect it to be revealed but glad it's out there.....phew!!


    haha, this forum is so funny today, it's either about how crazy SW is or fantasizing how deep the kiss is going to be. LOL

    hahaha yeahh...I agree..any kiss is fine with me as long as it's not the Full House one either....awwkwaarrrdddd.... X_X

    I want another meaningful one. Their first kiss wasn't much, but damn! there was just so much emotion put into it that it was a fabulously done kiss......LOVE. :x

    Like I've said in my previous posts, there are only 2 endings that I am willing to accept.
    1. Both live happily ever after
    2. Both die leaving this "disgusting world" together hand in hand with their love for each other.

    I would hate to have an ending with one dies, one lives....it's just a NO! NO! NO! it would not makes sense for this drama

    so far we know that OS, OY and MC are facing life and/or death.
    I still believe that MC will become a valuable person and he's gonna be the one that dies.  He's gonna do something right for the first time in his life and he'll leave the world in peace and finally be with the one he truly loves, Hee Joo.
    (gasp** I just thought of this, MAYBE the Dr Noona has known MC can save OY with his eyes and that's why she's being so mean! and thats why besides seeing OS beg for his help, MC had asked and wants her to operate on OY!)

    IF OS and OY were to both die (romeo/juliet-ish), I would accept that because when you look at it they really only have each other to trust and everyone else is less important to them and because everyone else are jerks and disgusting which makes sense for them to leave. Maybe except for Jin Sung and Hee Sun who is a big part to OS but I just feel like they will make it through even if OS dies. JS was told to go to the country side and he even said himself that he wants to go to the country side after he helps OS, if he does go, it could be after the deaths (?) to recover.
                    

    IF OS and OY lives, I would be so beyond happy. I would love to see OY get her eyes fixed and see OS for the first time. I would love to see everyone around her change and be more accepting and that they mean something to OY. If not, to see the ending with at least OS and OY alive is still enough for me.

    BUT............wind blowers.........................we forgot to even think about this ending.................
    for some lame reason dramaland has this type of ending that I really hate..................................OPEN ENDING. :-q

    the endings that make the viewers chose or think about what happened = "are they alive?" "are they dead?" "oh! they're angels now" etc etc.....etc...
    ((there was some dramas that had such an open ending, can't recall which ones but ughhh I was like pulling my hairs out bc of it  ~X( ))

    let's just hope that writer NOH is just super saiyan smarter than that and avoids this open ending........(cheeebbaaahhll [-O< )


    well, because we are nearing the ending, these are just assumptions...(sad to even think about the ending)...we will never know till the last episode, and of course all of us will be at the edge of our seats now until then, questioning whats gonna happen with the winter and the blowing wind.

    --Super non-ending related random side notes--

    the kiss scene- I'm think OY knows OS was crying because remember when she said something about how their sense of touch is what guides them.......yeahh..

    OY's face touching- again because the sense of touch is so a part of her, I still feel like it may become useful in the eps we have left! Like how she touches his face especially (snowman with long nose), MAYBE, just MAYBE IF she's able to see again, that's just how she'll know it's OS the man she loves. (i'm just hoping if that's the case, it's not some memory loss and that by touching his face, she'll remember everything, too cliche, and really no time for that!)

    I will never think of winter the same ever again. Winter was always my favorite season (maybe bc i was born in the winter) but now Winter has a much more deep meaning thanks to TWTWB...OS and OY forever! lol

    oh my goodness, I know I shouldn't be thinking like this yet, but as we near the end of the drama series and as I hear that they are finishing filming, it already makes me soo super duper sad that we are nearing the end...I want this drama to go on forever and ever because everything is just so fantastically done!!

    I've said this before but really this withdrawal is just going to be soooooooo extremely sad, what am i gonna do with my life after this! aigoooooo.......I hate great drama withdrawals! but I'm such a dramaholic too!

    annnyyywayyyssss.....need to stay positive! and hope for the best!
    This drama is by far MY FAVORITE of the year hands down! everyday is a wind blowing winter day :x

    LONG POST AHEAD for those who want to read my thoughts ......... :-bd

    I absolutely lovve the scene above. They were both so emotional and I love how OS expressed so much of his feelings. This scene touches me, my heart can't handle. I love how this contrasts the previous episode where OY pushes OS away in trying to hug her, now he's pushing her away as she tries to come in for a hug, even though it was two different situations...
    In the beginning we see how OS wants to live, when he said " Do you have a grand reason to live? Even if I don't have a reason to live, I live because my eyes open in the morning. Because I still breath............" Now OS actually found a reason to live: OY, but we also discover that he now also has a reason to die: OY... We know that OS wants to continue living but now we see that OS is willing to give up his life to save another. Also, though he slightly hesitated, he still accepted the deal of taking 5 days off with MC to get OY into surgery...

    OS and OY has completely struggled from following their heart or their brain and today was the day we see more of their heart. The feelings they have for each other overpowered everything else. I love how at the beginning she said he makes her weak, without really knowing why. But for her to say that, we as viewers catch on to her developing feelings. This also continues with OY when she touched OS's face. She begins to sort of question herself and even OS which is why she decided to sleep on the floor and avoid him him the next day. Again, even in the car, she says, "you're a brother to me, not a man" (which was a pretty strong denial there girlfriend). Her heart really loves OS as a man but her brain doesn't allow her to believe anything but that he's just an Oppa. I think from here on out she's gonna confuse her true feelings with sibling feelings up until she finds the truth out (even with the truth, they are both gonna get hurt, but at least we see them without each other already so lets hope for the best and hope OY accept that shes felt it all along that he wasn't her brother). As for OS, he's been pretty great at following his heart except for when it comes to yes, kissing her. He's been stopped many times by his brain but today we were all waving our hands in the air jumping up and down because he FINALLY kissed her. He followed his hurting heart and kissed her. The kiss was soo meaningful. I didn't get the feeling of "omg too cute" instead it was one of those perfectly done sad kiss and my heart ached right along his; the kiss demonstrated more of his true love, his pain, his sadness that there is a chance he could possibly lose the love of his life. (way to end the ep by giving us a cliff hanger though)

    (OS has lost his first love, he can't possibly lose his true love either. It's simply both OS and OY survive and live happily ever after, or if they do go tragic, they both go loving each other leaving this "disgusting world" as OS puts it.)


    MC has come around this ep. I think because OS pleaded for his help on his knees, MC was able to see OS's vulnerability. The way OS gets rid of his ego to protect the one he loves allowed MC to step back and see himself to a point where if he were to have let go of his ego, he would of been able to protect Hee Joo. He absolutely hates OS because of what happened to Hee Joo. MC sees how different OS is now and his maturity compared to before and he accepts that OY is an innocent person just like HJ was. Also OS is willing to save OY with the risk of taking his life and with MC suffering from something also, I think he understands. Though we don't know too sure what MC may be up too, let's hope he let bygones by bygones and allow himself to be accepted by others or at least allow himself to do something right, before his life comes to an end. (I'm still rooting for MC to become someone I'll appreciate at the end)

    side note: I've seen a repetitive theme of abandonment and living throughout this drama. A lot of these characters has gone through some sort of abandonment and their continuation to live.

    I feel like it's going to be the breaking point, OS is losing it and will attack anything his way to protect OY.
    I realllly don't want SW too find the secret room!!!!! even if she's done some good and may turn out a good person, I still question her...arrrgghhh
    and when OS said because I love you...........I wonder a lot as to what it will refer to....sigh*

    I agree with everyone who says OS should be the one to tell OY the truth, it would be so much more meaningful between the both of them. I just hate that we have all these other character who knows the truth too. But hopefully I think OY will hate everyone though, because they knew and didn't tell her, and hopefully she'll continue to trust OS *fingerscrossed*

    I seemed to have reached the peak of my emotions in this episode!! I was tearing up sooooo much, especially the hospital scene when both of them were crying then with Taeyeon's song coming on and how everyone came in and saw them together...omgg so much tears.

    This episode was sooo good, we were able to see every emotion from the main leads, especially OS and how much OY meant to him. He wants her to live and wants to do everything he can even if it kills him. He's really at a point where he doesn't even care about anything else anymore. He ignores calls, goes on his knees, gets beat up and stands up to everyone against him.  He doesn't even care if OY pushes him away when she finds out about the truth. I actually like the scene with Sora and OS because she points that question out "Do you really love young this much? she only likes you as an oppa". He's stuck in all these situations and emotions of trying to save her life, loving her, but yet pretending to still be her brother which doesn't allow him to get any closer (just yet).
    If Sora loves OS that much, she can love OS by letting him go, she can love by returning the money. If she has the heart to do that.....what a miracle that would be.

    I love how OS's character has developed. We can see the change in him and it's not like he's even playing it either. It's great that also Jin sung and Hee Sun his two closest friends feel/see how OS feels too. Though they might not understand/accept it yet, they will. I think to some point OS is paying back for what he did in the past. 1. leaving his pregnant girlfriend and seeing her die in front of his eyes 2. being the one to also cause the death of OY's real brother and yet also seeing him die with his eyes. Being lead to OY allowed OS to rediscover himself and the things most important to him. I really applaud Jo In Sung, he's doing such a beyond amazing job with portraying OS (standing O, seriously). I'm just so truly amazed, my emotions got the best of me today.

    I really hope that his talk with Jin Sung about surviving and still living isn't a foreshadow to future episodes/ending. Please no tragic hero!! I want a living hero!

    I don't know if anyone feels like I do, but Moo Chul almost seems like a guy version of OY, like he doesn't have anyone who cares for him and maybe because he's being such a jerk, but there are moments where I feel like he reeeally cares, but can't bring himself to express it because he's been so hurt. Speaking of hurt, he is going through something too, like a disease and yet no one knows or cares about it, maybe except for the doctor noona but really I honestly don't get her.

    I'd also add to this longg post that we continue to see how weak OY is without OS....so to see them apart is going to be so heartbreaking, not just on us, but for them too.

    oh! and the preview............HOLY ALSJDFKLSJDKFJASLKDJFALKSJ!!!!
    I got soooo choked up seeing it..AHHHHOMGGGG!!
