    Chun Jung Myung Questions Yoon Eun Hye And Joo Woo Jae’s Friendship In “Love Alert”

    Chun Jung Myung appears to be quite the jealous fake boyfriend in “Love Alert.”

    “Love Alert” is about top actress Yoon Yoo Jung (played by Yoon Eun Hye) and doctor Cha Woo Hyun (played by Chun Jung Myung) who end up in a situation where they have to pretend to be in a relationship.

    Previously, Chun Jung Myung and Yoon Eun Hye showed amazing, romantic chemistry as their relationship deepened. The two shared a kiss in a hospital room, and when Yoon Eun Hye asked him if he could kiss someone he didn’t have feelings for, he said he couldn’t, confirming his budding feelings for her.

    In the released photos, Joo Woo Jae, who plays Yoon Yoo Jung’s best friend Sung Hoon, carries a sleeping Yoon Eun Hye. Chun Jung Myung looks to be questioning whether the two are really just friends.

    A source from the drama stated, “The tension between Cha Woo Hyun and Sung Hoon will be high today. Please look forward to things getting chilly between Cha Woo Hyun, who is slowly getting to know and falling in love [with Yoon Yoo Jung], and Sung Hoon, who has built up a tight-knit friendship with and supported Yoon Yoo Jung for 10 years.”

    “Love Alert” airs every Wednesday and Thursday at 11 p.m. KST.

    Yoon Eun Hye and Chun Jung Myung use their wits to figure out if the other has feelings for them in “Love Alert.”

    “Love Alert” is about top actress Yoo Yeon Jung (played by Yoon Eun Hye) and doctor Cha Woo Hyun (played by Chun Jung Myung) who end up in a situation where they pretend to date each other under the public’s eye. Previously, the two shared their first kiss in a hospital room with their true feelings yet to be revealed.

    In the released photos, Yoon Eun Hye and Joo Woo Jae, who plays Yoo Yeon Jung’s best friend of 10 years, use their perfectly in sync chemistry to figure out Cha Woo Hyun’s thoughts. In this psychological game, Chun Jung Myung warily doesn’t let his guard down around the two best friends, and somehow is able to surprise Yoo Yeon Jung with some of his own remarks.

    i have never been this excited to watch since CP. don't get me wrong YEH is one of the strongest actor who is able to build chemistry with anyone she works with but in FW I feel that it is a give and take relationship. both she and CJM are giving their best and supporting each other. as the drama moves along i can feel that they treat each other with respect and let each other's strength shine. i obviously don't know how they are offcam but oncam it just works beautifully.  iconic!

    So agree with you. Both CJM and YEH are generous actors. They don't want to shine alone but bring along their counterpart (to shine) also. That's what we call chemistry.

    There's a good quote from Ross Branigan about this :

    While I worry about the rating, I feel that it is fine. Many dramas  with timeslot of 8 pm or 9 pm in cable gets average of 2 or 3 but these are considered success. Vegaspink had said the drama has no advantage with regards of timeslot, being aired very late.     I watched the drama twice, I think YEH looks the same (though she matured little bit). The dimples in the cheeks are still there. I still love  her acting. 

     

    Like what you had said, Yeh had suffered cruel & false allegations like her character in the drama.

     

    Despite my initial reservation with YEH’s chemistry, I love both YEH & CJM together on screen. I’m so thankful that its him in this  drama.  Though I love GY for YEH forever (on screen ) and like JJH & KJH with her on screen,  I think I Will love  CJM’s pairing with YEH, gosh Its only 4 episodes but my heart flutter. I find him more handsome, manly & gorgeous here.

     

    Since I never ship Yeh with any of her co-star, I’m thinking what if Yeh end up with a handsome and kindhearted doctor in real life? Who knows?

     

    When YEH's announcing this drama as her new acting project I wasn't worried about the rating tbh. I was just really happy she took another project since I almost give up on her being on screen again. So rating is the least of my concern. My second worried was her co-star. I've seen several drama starred by CJM. He's actually a solid actor but he's not always has had chemistry with his previous co-stars. Since this is YEH comeback drama I want everything to be perfect for her. So like you I also have my reservation for CJM. Moreover romcom is not his forte. But the moment I watched the teasers I realized that I was wrong lol. They (YEH & CJM) looks good together both in appearance and acting. I've never get bored watching them together whether in the drama or behind the scene as I saw that they're comfortable to each other off screen. 

    I won't jump into a ship (shipping them) this time I just want to enjoy the drama. And let YEH decides who will be her soulmate ^_^

     

    @Syanzi Ana Take it easy will you. Some Korean medias wrote negative article about YEH is nothing new for me. I've (actually) already read about that article but I didn't post it here cause I'm affraid of the impact. But since you've already posted it here I think you should know that NOT all of what they wrote is true. There is a term for this kind of news/coverage which is called "black campaign".

    This is why I said in my earlier post that in showbiz there are some people who can go so low to damage other people career by doing nasty thing.

    I've finally watched all (4) episodes of "Love Alert" with sub. I think now I can understand why YEH picked this drama above all drama's she's been offered. And it also give me an understanding of how showbiz works especially in Korea. Some people can go so low to get what they want and damage someone's career in return. Just saying ... :phew:

    Got this from "Love Alert" thread. I was distracting by YEH beautiful long leg on this scene :wub: the dress looks so good on her.

     

    I'm getting excited by the love development part between the two lead so far. They can't help but attracted to each other despite the "odd" circumstance. I think what will unite them in the end is that they share the same tragic experience in the past.

I can’t comment back then since I have not seen his works except this. When koala first broke news that he is being courted for this drama, I worry so much because he looks baby face. I reserve my worry for her  sake and just choose to believe that this two will work hard to look good  (chemistry)  in the frame. To be honest, I was surprised, and my heart flutter  as early  as 1st episode, love this two together. 

     

    Though I never ship YEH with any co-star, not even with my my favorite co-star  of her, Gong Yoo, I can’t help but to feel my heart flutter seeing their scenes together & their interviews & script reading. This two  has explosive chemistry. 

     

    Mine is on the 2nd epi on the scene when they're having breakfast & making conversation :wub: I love that they're not falling in love instantly but gradually making their love "road" is more believable.

    drama is getting better! I love that they are trying to show motivations for each character so that no one falls flat. YYJ's team and the Kangin group daughter are both trying to create a false reality due to circumstances that are not all their fault. Both actions are bad but you can see the human side of it and such the acts are not just one dimensional. i suppose that is what i like about the drama so far - it has texture, weight, and content yet still remains light and easy to watch.

     

    Thanks for your insight, it's really helpful since I don't understand the language :)
