Anyway, I no longer have hope of them holding hands at this point, this already like their 10th? Maybe even more meeting and no sign of it. So yeah i'll just enjoy them the way they are, in the show being funny hahaha and off wgm though true eric being asked more but he's more open than solar, so it kinda look like one sided, but it's ok i get it though. Like i said i will just enjoy their comedic moment from now on
Ngl, I was hoping solar being more comfy in skinship compared to seohyun since solar much more touchy person and crazy with her members but guess I kinda wrong in that lol it's just me trying to keep being positive lmao

@Farfalle tbh they shouldnt feel burden cos their rel is virtual esp in public eyes while yoona one was real, so those 2 couldnt be compared though, the feeling being asked must be different too.
I just want them to enjoy the experience, just be light and relax cos none will judge them for being "together", ppl wanted to enjoy their cuteness like watching a drama but in reality show, and seohyun finally got the courage cos yonghwa did the 1st move, if eric keep being super "gentleman" then the intimacy of their "rel" wont go anywhere lol and though I'm ok so far with them being like this, but let's be real we dont want to see they finally able to hold hands in episode 40 and ugly scenerio they end their marriage at ep 45 lmao

@gureentea ah yes the 1st pic yes but 2nd one actually not though, both gesture cos she's shy. True thst they kinda like back and forth, but like i said he just have to go for it, if he only touch her once a while ofc it she wont get used to it lol that's why I said he need to just grab her hand and hold it, if he still want to use manner then just tell her that he wants to hold her hand, she's not THAT shy when there werent lot of ppl looking at them lol

Trueeee lol heck even I wont do the 1st move to my bf lol he did all the 1st move from the kiss and holding hands, it will always awkward at 1st but eventually that awkward feeling will be gone. I'm sure 101% solar will get used to it after 2-3x he hold her hands, but he should just do it lol like when he hug her after the kiss, see that she accept the hug, not avoiding it. If he felt hesitant then just tell her that he want to hold hands, she gave in when they're in the pool

Why ppl keep saying solar moved away each time eric tried to touch or skinship? cos i didnt see that happening, if all eric need to be bold and just hold her hands, she already stated from their 3rd date that she wont do that anymore (make akward gesture to his skinship ~ atleast how i take it from her words)
Solar wont do the 1st move if eric not yet break down all her guards lol sometimes i wish he just stop being way too careful cos solar actually not a stiff person, she only shy lol

@zurah90 so so many, like example when eric said her mom helped her prepare lunch for their date at the village thing but we didnt see their convo bout it as in solar telling him that, also back in the house where they spent the night we didnt see their convo that led to them drinking. It kinda bothered me that they cut those just to show goofy side of them and no wonder ppl taken them as "friends" more cos each ep now after ep 3 or 4 only look like them playing around
Oh and when eric asked her what kinda proposal she wanted to have, those all r tid bits about solar that we could know but they cut them all pfft

I have to agree i hope the PD stop cutting when they had their convos, it feels like they tried to show only the flirty, goofy side of ddongie couple. I think from previous eps when they had their alone time while eating or when they had drink (at that place where mamamoo came), the pd cut so many things, and I'm sure solar and eric had that intimate convos like they did in their 1st and 2nd date
I think there were things about solar that we could know from those but not aired

I share the same sentiment as @ouki on what ppl expecting from this show and ddongie also on eric suppose to do to solar lol you put it better than me
But yeah we should not expect much, though I did say the same that I hope they not yet act like they're still in their 1st date when they're about to end their wedding
it'll be such a waste experience, coz hey this show is like you get to "date" openly in public so why not enjoy it fully lol

Also tbh if eric really tried to kinda put a will on holding her hands she wont refuse, maybe at 1st yes but she will get used to it
Like in that latest ep, remember after they play a bit with the dogs eric put his arm around her shoulder she no longer felt awkward for that gesture unlike in their 2nd or 3rd date where she laugh it off and step away abit and when eric made a joke bout spent money on the hotel, solar touched his arm, it's not that she oppose for skinship but she only shy over intimate or showing lovey dovey gesture with a guy in front of public eyes, that's why she's more comfortable when there were only the staffs or them alone (with installed cams), eric could actually took advantage of that but like been said he respect her much to go full force lol

Sorry not active lately, i miss this thread hahaha i'm still on vacation
But i just want to say I really like this episode, the feel and all just on point and this is why they need more alone time (though staff are there) but solar seems more comfortable with staff (ppl she knows) being around them more than in public eyes lol
Eric need to be like this and just hold her hand, but i think we wont get that in next week ep cos they're in public

@srvn yesssss my thought exactly, solar still shy and awkward when it comes to intimate romantic or affection gesture towards eric who is A GUY (and please dont compare it to her affection or being touchy to her members etc it's completely different), and just like you said cos she's not yet ready so she did it in different ways, but if eric not hesitant to just hold her hands, she will give in eventually. (Idk how many times solar dated before but seem still quite lacking lol but hey this show could be a good experience for her)

Ok I just watch the whole thing
Only gonna point out 2 things:
1st the one ppl said solar moved away when eric put his hand over the bench, i think she's not moving away cos she's uncomfortable with the "intimate" gesture, it's more like a reflect when someone about to sit near you, you give them space, not like she's being uncomfortable cos if you look after that they sat closely
2nd the one eric held her hand when he helped her step down from the ship, just like @MAE1 said solar at the same time trying to hold down her skirt from the wind.
As for holding hands well eric gotta do his part boldly hahaha eventually she will get used to it and even maybe will initiate skinship, and they need more alone time than public activity
For comfort level it's a high jump from their first 2 dates

I'm not really shipping them in real life (not cos they're not compatible cos THEY ARE, I just dont want to be disappointed lol) but if they end up getting together it would be awesome and I want to see them being paired up again
