[News] Japan Singers Fumiya Fujii Praised Tohoshinki
Japan singer and the lead vocal of popular group Checkers, Fumiya Fujii praised performance of Tohoshinki.
On last August 20th at musical event held in Tokyo Odaiba: “BOY POP FACTORY 09″, Micky Yoochun and Hero Jaejoong’s duet performance on stage led Fumiya to wrote about the memory of him meeting the two Tohoshinki members in his diary blog on the next day, August 21st.
“The atmosphere of the venue was heated up, two Tohoshinki members performed in one color creating big stage. No wonder the tickets went up high at the auction sales site to ¥ 200,000.” he started the introduction. “But I think the visitors there would feel a little awkward with the wide hot response by Tohoshinki fans, yet they’re really creating a good excitement atmosphere.”
“From two members of Tohoshinki I received CD and also handshake. Yatta! Yatta! It’s a rare chance to meet them.” he continued, “I feel the great charm and they’re really someone whom you want to meet. Tohoshinki is getting more and more popular these days. They’re good looking, having great songs, and also good in dance.”
At the Boy Pop Factory event, Tohoshinki’s Jaejoong and Yoochun sang 4 duet songs.

[TRANS] 090821 SM "We've Lost 15 Billion Won+ In Image Damage Because Of This Trial"
SM Entertainment (SME) stated that they were the only ones who received damages because of the request for the suspension of TVXQ's exclusive contract.
On the 21st at 10:20 am, the first hearing for the lawsuit between SM Entertainment and the three members of TVXQ's Youngwoong Jaejoon, Micky Yoochun and Xiah Junsu, began.
During this hearing, SME's lawyer stated, "In the case of the three members of TVXQ, they don't have any dissatisfied feelings towards this lawsuit as it got them out of concerts and advertisements that they did not want to participate in," and "But in the case of SME, they had to pay compensation for said canceled events and future scheduled events with 8 billion Won to pay domestically and 15 billion Won to pay if overseas activities are calculated. Not only will SME suffer monetary loss, the image of SME has also been hit because of this trial."
SME's lawyer stated that the focus of this lawsuit was not the period of the exclusive contract or the unfair income division, but the cosmetic company that the three members were involved with. He explained that the only two reasons SME asked the three members not to participate in such a venture were because such a venture went against their exclusive contract and because the venture could hit TVXQ's image in a negative way.
SME's lawyer also said, "In reference to the length of their exclusive contract, the special quality of the entertainment business needs to be considered," and "Even in the recommended exclusive contract guidelines released recently, there are exceptions when it comes to singers."
He also said, "The three members claim that they never were told of exactly how much they earned but SME revealed this amount to the members every six months and the members even signed these income documents."
On a side note, the three members of TVXQ filed for an Exclusive Contract Validity Suspension and Provisional Disposition Request against their agency SM Entertainment on July 31st. They also filed for a Preservation of Evidence request to be able to calculate the exact amount of TVXQ's income.
The three members asked for a cancellation of their contract due to the unlawful clauses in said contract but SM Entertainment stated that the three members were filing this lawsuit because of the cosmetic company they were associated with; both sides show no signs of backing down. TVXQ's leader U-Know Yunho and youngest leader Choikang Changmin did not participate in this lawsuit.

TVXQ's three members, who are currently in a dispute with SM Entertainment (SME) over the period of their exclusive contract and the income division, have stated that the cosmetic company is not the focus of this trial.
The first hearing of the lawsuit between the three members of TVXQ, YoungWoong Jaejoong, Micky Yoochun and Xiah Junsu, and their agency SM Entertainment began at 10:20 am on the 21st.

It has become hard for both sides to have a good celebrity-agency relationship," and "We hope this lawsuit will become a chance for TVXQ to have a free contract in which they are allowed to pursue any free and creative activities that they wish to partake in."

It's KIM JAE JOONG of course... he caught my attention from the very 1st time i saw the cover of their 3rd album, O, at the time, i had not yet known about them, i just captivated by Jae's cold and mysterious look there.. *i always fall for a guy with such attitudes, even though later, i know that Jae is no longer cold and mysterious, but sometimes, he can be though...* and NOW, i just completely like HIS EVERYTHING, his complex personalities... his fashion styles, his sense of humor...his dorkiness.... i love to see if he can just go dorky when someone not asking him but he won't do if it someone purposely ask him to do, he will just get shy.. so adorable!!!!!!
his voice is just MELTING... i've always been proud to Jae because he can be such great singer even though he was tone deaf long long before, i thought that it's totally amazing!! and he really increases his singing ability as well as his dancing skill

It's no other than Jae's SOULMATE, PARK YOO CHUN, i remember that the very first time i saw O album, i notice that THIS guy (Yoochun) was *sorry* ugly.. and i even thought that he shouldn't be on the group *shot me*... but gosh NOW, i extremely start to feel him.. start to fall in love with him...i just lurve lurve lurve lurve his dorkiness and he will just not covering his good image, but he just dares to do anything weird, and i just LOL-ed when i watched the latest channel-a where they did the laughing yoga class, oh my god..he was just soooooo funnyyy.... i love his laugh so much!!! and i found him so sweet when he was so nervous during the interview by the pretty host, he was all awkward and shy.. he drank so many water!hahahaha *alongside with Jae, it was just so cute!!* oh well he has that smexy low voice ever!!

hmmmm..... i think it will go for Jae..haha because he can cook, love cleaning, love fashion thing, loves families, love friends, can be a good listener, a good advicer, can SING! can compose songs.. he just have everything!!

actually, my least member is Yunho.. but not that i hate him..just that i don't really see him more.. but i still love him though because he's part of DBSK too.... i would love to go out with anyone from DBSK.. whoever.. because i'll always freak out if a famous celebrity ask me out...who doesn't?

Junsu: his dolphine voice, his singing voice, his butt *hehe*, his randomness, his cuteness

anyway, dear estelgrace, Alek, miss_h, thanks for explaining to me about a-nation 2009 ..
but since DBSK/THSK are originally from Korea.. so i'm afraid that if the problem isn't solved properly, their acitivies in Korea and even Japan will have problems, which i don't want that to happen.. of course as for now, THSK still can follow a-nation 2009 activities, how about after that??
I'm just afraid if the issue is solved oneday, between JaeChunSu and SM will somehow have a gap already because of their past issue..
I just hope that after all this lawsuit thing.... there's not hard feeling between SM and JaeChunSu...
I hope everything will go back to normal...

[NEWS] TVXQ gets VIP treatment in Japan
TVXQ participated in the Meiji Jingu Fireworks Summer Event held in Tokyo, Shinjuku. The staff working at the event covered the passage that lead the members to the stage with black material so the members would not feel disorientated by the fireworks.
According to Japan's Daily Sports newspaper, "So that the five members, including Junsu(23), Jejung(23), and Yuchun(23) who filed a lawsuit against SM, would not feel disoriented or panicked by everything, the staff at the event covered the passage leading to the stage with black material and gave the members 'VIP Treatment'." It also said, "After all five of them said, 'Hello, We are TVXQ!' in unison, they sang seven songs straight without wavering."
Japan's Mainichi newspaper said, "According to TVXQ's Japanese agency Avex, all five of them will be participating in the 'a-nation 09' performances on the 22~23 in Tokyo and the 29~30th in Osaka as planned."
