I can't say, but I have a bit of each member.
Habit wise I'm much more like Yunho (due to the compulsive singing and passionate dancing syndrome), but I'm a nice person ... like him.
But really, I'm much more like Changmin. The blunt comments, the cynical remarks, and unfortunately, I end up looking cute instead of cool. He and i are both smarty pants. lol
When I'm with my friends I laugh a lot and they pick on me because they like my reactions.
I have NOTHING in common with Jae. I'm phobic to hands and feet and I would rather die than take a picture of myself. And the best thing I can cook is instant noodle.

DISCUSSION!the members, especially yoochun, has had many hairstyles from debut till now. they also have had many different concepts. so, during which period did you think the members' hairstyles/look/image was the most questionable (i.e your least favorite!)
and your favourite?
(i know it may be different for the individual members, but still share! )
I would have to say during their "rock" concept, in the memorable days of Tri-Angle and O. Seriously, do we really need to make the boys' hair look like Dragonball-Z? I was just not digging the ... spikiness of it. lol And I don't know, the studs and metal and the feathers and stuff were just ... It fits J-Rock groups, but it doesn't really fit them. And plus, Changmin's eyes look hella big with his hair pulled back.
My favourite was Mirotic. Not because it was my absolute favourite album from them of ALL TIME, but because their cut really was great. It was simple, stylish, and it suited each member. I tend to like them without long hair -- especially HoMin because they just aren't the "long hair" look type. But Yoochun's bowling ball cut was sort of funny, lol.

I'm younger than them by ... a lot. Hahaha.
To name just three things that I've learned, that'd be really difficult. I've learned way more than three life lessons from these guys. I guess my first one would be to preservere even when your obstacles are overwhelming. Second one; dream, dream big, wake up and start planning. Three: Everybody pick on Junsu ... lol.
They're such extraordinary individuals. It's kind of hard to turn your back on them.
Yeah, when I first saw them I thought they were ugly. No kidding. But as I got to know them as people, does appearance really matter? And besides, they changed stylists anyway.

I would, because they've shaped such a big part of my teenage years and to an extent, shaped who I've become. One cannot despise his own heritage. I've been interconnected with them for so long that I feel that their lives, whether on stage or personal, has been fused and mingled into my own personality.
Pick ONE single moment where you've been the happiest because of them. It could be on stage or off-stage or behind the scenes. Any moment is fine.
I think this moment would be something personal, for me. It was snowing last winter (omgsh, in Vancouver? Snow?!) -- and it snowed a LOT. Like, thirty centimetres deep. And I could just remember pouring my soul out into the snow, to nobody in particular, singing Love in the Ice. It was this moment that was just completely lifting. There was no reason for me to be singing randomly in the morning in the snow, but I was singing for the sake of singing.

Hmm, the first artist coming to mind (for me) is TVXQ.
Not because I'm a fan, but because of not only their influence on the current industry, but their influence on people as well.
Chart topping songs are one thing, but the ability to sway and move such a large number of audiences is another thing.
My second choice would be Fly to the Sky. They've been around for a decade too, and has made so many epic epic songs.
BoA would be pretty big too, because of her innate abilities and her influence not only in Korea, but as a J-pop artist. She has done so much.

I suggest Eternal, Begin, and My Little Princess if nobody answered already.
Flower Lady is good, too, and uhh ... (straining) Tonight is good too, for the wedding party and not the actual ceremony. Love in the Ice is definitely a good one too. If you don't really like any of the other songs maybe try Hug, Stand by You and Colours - Melody & Harmony.

People are still blaming DBSK for signing the contract? Yes, they did sign it, but that doesn't mean they should put up with unfair treatment. Besides, it's not like any of you would have done differently in their shoes. It's ridiculous to accuse them. SM alone is to blame; they have been taking advantage of teenagers' desperation to finally make something of their lives. Can you say in all seriousness that after making so many sacrifices, even starving yourself to save up for training etc., working odd jobs, enduring all kinds of hardships just to become a singer..you would turn back just because of a contract? YOU WOULD HAVE SIGNED IT TOO, believe me!
Even now there are thousands of...I don't know what kinds of teens, who are auditioning for SM this year. That's right! Even with all they know, they deny it and say that those who have anything bad to say about SM contracts are just "haters". Haven't you seen these people around? I don't know if some people think that even though DBSK, SM's number one money-making group was so badly treated, somehow SM will treat them better. But yes, people are desperate to become famous singers. So there are people who will STILL join the SM family this year, by choice. Not because they've sacrificed everything, not because they need to get off the streets, not because they have a family to support. They just want to, anyway.
So of course such people will sign contracts just like DBSK's, and worse! There are many who don't even mind working under a slave contract. That doesn't make it right. Finally someone has had the courage to stand up for what is right. And what DBSK members have done is most likely going to result in better contracts for future SM artists...if SM is able to maintain its reputation and avoid collapsing that is. Which I doubt. Their newest group and newest songs from established SM artists are very telling signs that the company is slipping.
I have to agree with you. The majority of us kids would think even if the company is exploiting us, it is still worth it for the fame.
I apologize for bumping the thread. I really can't formulate an opinion on this issue right now, there so much going on, so many rumours circulating, and there are so many fans who are more articulate on this forum than I am. Whatever happens, I'll be faithful and pray that DBSK will at least change, if not completely make the contract situation better for the next generation's kids.

Hmm, I think as a fan I'd be really excited of course, to hear it on my local station (and especially since I live in Vancouver). But if I were to request it myself, I don't think I'd bother with it. You can say that's not fan-like of me, but I don't see the point since I can listen to my favourite DBSK songs any time. And if I were to try and promote them, I can use different methods (and they're pretty hot here too, since nearly half of the population here is Asian. llol)
OMG. Now I wish I had a huge happy family like Jae. I just absolutely love how his sisters are fussing over their little brother. lol

As for the discussion regarding whether we're proud to be fans and such; I am most DEFINITELY proud to be a fan <3 I listen to their music all the time on my iPod, regardless of where I am. My phone, laptop and other gadgets are covered in their pictures, my room is plastered in their posters, I have an entire shelf unit dedicated to their merchandise...
But it's a lot different for me when it comes to telling people about my love for them, because I'm Caucasian. I think perhaps it's easier for people to accept Asian fans because it can be seen as 'their culture' so it's expected, in some way?
Whereas for us fans of other races, people find it strange that we're fans of people that aren't, quote, "part of our own culture" and that really frustrates me. I've been called an asian wannabe before, I've been told to get my "own interests" and such, and it's unfair. That's the only reason I'm hesitant to tell people about my love for the boys, not because I'm not proud, but because of how people have reacted to it in the past. Why is it that we should have any less right to love the boys, just because we're not asian?
That certainly won't stop me from loving and supporting them! So yes, I'm extremely proud to be their fan~
