I think they have forgotten that this is a webcomic.......its has an  old script but has a male lead who is respectful and not forceful to women , better than many male leads in k dramas whereby they think the woman can't think or do anything on her own. Ryan Gold is a very woke male lead and no matter how this drama ends ,he will be one of my favorite kdrama lead (which says something cos I am very hard to please.) 

No wrist grab so far

No shouting on the female lead for not doing as he says e.g stay put while he thinks about what's best for their relationship.

Minus Eungi being territorial( which is even minor compared to some other dramas) the male lead has always given her space to be her self and no unnecessary or petty display of jealousy... If this is what it takes to have an old script, then I am all for it.

That scene also describe how much Deok Mi likes Ryan..that was the first time she is not excited to meet Shi An but showed disappointment that Ryan didn't asked her for a date..

Oh!! It now made a lot of sense from your perspective, guess his subconscious mind is already working ahead of him ,Dain telling him he is jealous just made him accept  what his subconscious mind already knew. And I don't blame DM for rejecting him before she listens to what he had to say ......cos its not everybody that can withstand rejection from a loved one ,so it's better she rejects him before he rejects her . 

And for Eungi, even though he is petty and being territorial, I don't blame him because he and DM have been together basically all their lives and suddenly a new guy popped in ,he definitely feels threatened( its like a stranger coming to take away your favorite toy) unfortunately DM is not a toy here but a grown woman who can make independent decisions and thus forced to face different emotions he would have preferred dormant for now or slowly explored (we have people like him in real life)........unfortunately the fastest dog eat the fattest bone this days.......I don't hate him and I hope he redeem himself in the coming episodes

Hello Chingus ,I am new here and had to comment because of this drama.

I love it and both leads are killing it. Just watched episode 8 with sub and I had to say my heart is on a rollercoster.....I don't know if anybody noticed when Ryan ask DM if she has anything to do later in the day after they just met Sian and DM told him she has dinner plan with her mum but she can cancel it but  Ryan told her not to bother .......I noticed Ryan cancelled a dinner reservation immediately DM entered the car and was out of earshot, did he intend to ask her out properly then or just wanted to take her out to dinner and have some alone time with her ?

Also ,permit me if it had been mentioned already but DM mother do lost a son ,it was mentioned in episode 4, when DM and Eungi went to visit grandma in the hospital, grandma told DM mom that she should have given birth to another son after they lost him...and in the flashback of Dm's mom ,there was 4children (3boys and 1girl) which I guess was Eungi ,Dm's younger brother  and DM , so the question is who is the 3rd boy?
