hi guys! i’m glad there are many current good dramas to watch after DYLB, Start Up is one of my favs as of now. Ep 1 was amazing, such a strong start. Just like many of you guys, Halmeoni-Jipyeong relationship is my fav. A pleasant surprise was ep 3, funniest ep of k-drama i’ve seen in a while, like LOL worthy hahaha now i know why Dosan is the male lead.
Unpopular opinion, while DM is super lovable, i found myself rooting for IJ after we know that the girl in the swing is her. She’s just the same wounded puppy as her sister, but put out a stronger front as her defense mechanism. Deep down she’s definitely regretting her decision, especially after she found out that her dad passed away. I can’t predict the future relationships, it’d be great if JP & IJ can fell for each other. Such a strong couple they’ll be!
Wishful scenes would be IJ tearful reunion with Grandma. Bcs i believe Grandma is a strong bond to the their broken family, she can be IJ great source of support. while Mom is not the best choice for a while, i’d like to see her divorce. then the family can be back together as the 4 strong women unite.
I know we dont see the child counterpart leads interact in the flashback scenes. but it’d be interesting if child IJ is the one who notice that Grandma has been hiding child JP. child JP too could have flickered interest in seeing child IJ in real life. that’ll make both sisters have long history with JP.
Only 4 eps in, i believe in where this writer will take us in the story. Writer has proven us that she did not disappoint with her previous works. Fingers crossed!

hi guys! i’ve been a silent lurker (i forgot my password to my soompi acc lol) wanna share my experience in buying blu-ray for k-drama, bcs well DYLB blu-ray is something to look forward to for most of you
so the blu-ray (or dvd) i bought was Suspicious Partner. gosh it was my #1 personal fav k-drama (now it’s DYLB). lucky i found someone in soompi forum to bought it together (it was 150 USD, so we split the price) i just want the footages, so i dont have all merchandise and cds.
the merchandises were great, it has id cards, lots of never before seen bts photos, a notebook, plus the packaging was so pretty so it was worth the hefty price. any of you guys know info about what will be in the DYLB blu-ray? i think an umbrella will be cute, or a handkerchief.
for the footages, it has lengthy bts. it’s like what sbs catch has released, but longer and more detailed, more like an unedited version of it. so let’s hope to see more interactions between our dimple couple ❤️ also, on SP’s dvd, it has 20ish mins containing raw unedited version of kiss scenes takes, which was breathtaking. i don’t know about other k-drama dvd, but i think 100 Days Prince also has footages dedicated to its kiss scenes as well. so let’s hope it’ll be the same case with DYLB blu-ray, bcs we all agree that “I love you” kiss was amazing.
Another thing, i bought the SP dvd at the end of July, then the dvd arrived at mid April. perhaps we can expect 8 to 9 months wait for DYLB. after all, 2020 has gone by faster than we thought, right?
Before the blu-ray is in our hands, let’s just pray for our couple to attend this year’s SBS Drama Awards. maybe present an award together, or receive an award (best couple ❤️ or acting related award bcs they deserve it) might be a stretch, but i lowkey hoping our couple to perform piano and violin too at the awards, instead of having idols perform. it will be daebak to see them perform live. please SBS make my wish come true!

now my delulu mind won't be surprised if on the next 2 years NJH will be spotted on a date with JCW's mom. I hate Dispatch for invading privacy but I'm desperate for any updates for our couple in the near future

Basically, JCW was asked which girl group he hope could come to army to perform? In gist, he replied he is not really familiar with girl group or are close friends with them. But he said that if Twice will to come, the army will go chaotic. He also think the army mates will like very much if Nam Ji Hyun could come too.

Love sure does our girl good, she's glowing. I just remembered that i watch Angel Eyes solely for NJH&KHN's parts, but thanks to SP, now i'm a certified fan of hers. To be this young, successful, pretty and talented is definitely special. Love our Hyuni!
Anyone knows when NJH started entering college? bcs most of the students her age in my country are graduating this year. Like all of you said, it's gonna be great if she's finished with her studies by the time JCW's out from military. Our ship will sail all the way~ (pretty pleaseeee drama Gods, let this cupid not be a baby but at least a hair stylist from Allu? hahaha)

I also must say, NJH's smile during the proposal scene was absolutely beautiful. He must must must feel in love with her smile.
I think if they date, they will have their encounters at the salon they share. I am sure their hairstylist will work her wonders to make sure these two will stay in touch in a very very good way. They can have their private meetings at the salon and be whisked away elsewhere later on (im thinking to a beautiful secluded house on Jeju island hahaha).
OMG in my imagination, if they ever get married in the future, they will join Na PD's Newlyweds Diary in a beautiful secluded house on Jeju island! hahahaha. then JCW will bring his motorcycles, cue to scenes where they ride together on the scenic road beside the sea <3

@incess on the vlive JCW did mention that he's sad SP filming has ended but he had fun filming it. also he said that his upcoming concert/fanmeeting won't have guest in it, it would be just him and fans, a place where he'd say goodbye before enlisting. no word about our Hyunie, the vlive is too short
hope he'll do another vlive, we still have a month before he enlists right?

SP officially ends.....gosh i feel empty. that aside, i kinda expect that for the wrap up party. usually at wrap up parties the main couple show zero interaction. good to know that they sit opposite each other though, we dont know how they interact off cam right?
kinda sad we dont get another passionate kisses from our couple. maybe if SP airs at cable channel like TVN, we'll get another legendary scene hehehe. their interactions are cute though, just like married couple. even if this finale episode kinda felt like filler, i'm not complaining as long as our beloved couple got their happy ending.
hope SBS Catch will surprise us with more SP goodies at least until next week. still comtemplating about buying the dvd box or not, why so expensive
anyways, cheer up guys! this might be the end of JiBong, but probably not for JCW-NJH. enjoy your ride on this ship!

SP is definitely my crack drama of the year. It beats Tomorrow With You (such an underrated drama) bcs Shin Min-Ah is publicly dating Kim Woobin so it affects my poor shipper heart
for SP i'm a goner ever since i saw the BTS (the 3rd one i guess) where it shows all JCW & NJH lovey dovey moments. gosh i never thought they'd be this compatible. ever since, I almost never missed to live stream SP.
all of my thoughts about this couple have been represented well by all of you guys in this thread hahaha. one thing i truly believe is that they're each other's ideal type. and that JCW is really comfortable with NJH. now that Song Song Couple has announced their marriage, i want it to be the same for JiJi Couple. I wish in the next 2 or 3 years, they'd just go all the way to marriage announcement. Dating confirmation would be more damaging for NJH, JCW posessive fans can be scary at times
i'm not worried if they get married soon, like Ahn Jaehyun & Goo Hyesun couple. NJH has a bright career ahead of her, she's a great actress and has been steady with projects through the years with movies or dramas. Plus she's now in a good agency, eventhough she's still young, i'm not worried if something like marriage would affect her acting career. As for JCW, he does have a larger fanbase, his loyal fans would fully support his decision if marriage is what makes him happy. He's old enough to get married, so it would be perfect to do it right after he's discharged from army. JCW is also a great actor, so i'm not worried for his acting career. Both NJH & JCW has been steady with their acting career and continues to surprise us with their hard work.
For future projects, I see NJH can do some action stunts quite good. News of Song Joongki's new project Kingdom caught my eye. If there's a female character in it, I hope NJH get offered. I see her having good reps with directors etc in this industry, so people better realize and make good use of her talent. It would be awesome to see her reunite with SJK too, in a more mature project. Oh also better to not have love-line in it. I think it would be hard to see NJH have love line with another actor other than JCW for a while after SP ends
For JCW, i want him to do another rom-com as his comeback project after army. He's so damn good at this genre, he's mastering the art of micro-expessions really well. So expressive. A rom-com with leading lady like Kim Seul-Gi would be good! Pure rom-com with less angst for JCW's next project please, Drama-gods!
Okay this is getting long. Here's hoping for SP finale to have at least one long passionate makeup kiss. I believe in PD-nim! 2 days left 'til the finale guys ㅠㅠㅠ

one thing i notice about him (aside from his super manly hands) is how beautiful his side profile is. yes he is looking SUPER FINE ❤️ broad shoulders, with manly hands and deep voice, but baby-ish face with deep dimples. gosh he’s a living breathing walking paradox lol.
