  1. Hello, everyone!

It's been so long since I last logged onto the forum. Has everyone been watching Happiness? I have been enjoying the drama. I'm so glad HHJ has took on this project because it appears to be very well made. It just surprises me that five years have gone by since I was first introduced to HHJ and LJS on W. Even though they haven't had any joint activities since then, I'm glad that I get to enjoy their individual projects. I hope we never stop supporting them both as a pair and as individuals.

I hope everyone is keeping safe.

  2. Hello, everyone. It has been so long. I wrote this on the 20th, and forgot to post it so here I go.

I realize that today marks four years since W premiered. I am happy that this K-drama was introduced to me, otherwise I would not be the K-drama fan I am today. Likewise, I am happy to have been introduced to such a great couple on- and off-screen, happy that Jong Suk and Hyo Joo met each other through this amazing project. I recently rewatched the show and behind-the-scenes clips, and what I felt four years ago is still very much alive.

As much as I want to hear news about our favorite couple, I am content to know that they are happily living their lives. While Jong Suk is currently serving in the military, Hyo Joo is set to film Pirates 2 soon. This quarantine, I watched Hymn of Death, Romance is a Bonus Book, and Ilang: The Wolf Brigade. I miss them, and I hope they reunite on a project soon. I love them as a couple, but my biggest wish is for both to be happy and healthy, whether that be with each other or not.

Thanks to W and everyone who participated in its production I have come to appreciate Korean dramas and films, I even recently branched out to Korean music. W made an impact on me as I am sure it also did to you, guys. Cheers to four years!

I hope to hear news from our JongJoo soon. In the meantime, please stay healthy during this pandemic. Bye for now.

  3. Hey, guys! Haven't been up to date for a long time. And it's almost two years since W first aired. I'll admit I've lost a bit of interest and it's hard to keep interested without much traffic. But of course, I'm still here, still rooting for our favorite couple. I guess this is what other shippers feel after waiting for more than a year. Maybe we'll get it, maybe we won't, but it doesn't hurt to hope. Have a good day.

  4. I must admit, the first time I watched W I cried very little. May I remind you, it was my first kdrama. But my second was Pinocchio and I bawled so hard even in the very first episode. As @Riman Rakshit has now perfectly described Kang Chul's character, I think I finally understand why I couldn't feel that much emotion from the drama the first time around. At first, I reasoned that it was because it was my first, and I did not want to admit that I was starting to like kdramas. My realization stems from the fact that I had never really related to Kang Chul on an emotional level. Was I rooting for him? Yes. But can I imagine myself as a cartoon character? No. After my first watch, I really wanted the drama to focus on the two-dimensional aspect of its characters. I didn't just want the characters to have their happily ever after. I wanted them to differentiate fact from fiction. And I know, it was acknowledged by the drama, but I wished it took on a different direction where the characters were not fighting against an antagonist, but against the fact that one was not real. Regardless, W was an amazing piece of drama that gives you something fresh, exhilirating.

Love this post so much! Thanks to the wonderful cartoonist YuYin! Happy Halloween!

    1) HJ: "Trick or treat!" (Literal translation: If you don't give me candy then I'll cause mayhem)

    2) JS: "But... I don't have any candies"

HJ: "Then I'll just cause mayhem"

    3) JS: "Ah!"

    4) JS: "Does this work? It's sweet too..."

         HJ: "..."

Just wanted to repost this. It's too cute! It's in cartoon form but I can totally imagine them having this conversation.

Yesterday after the event, HHJ and her team went to Singsadong where LJS' store is just around the corner. After LJS arrived, he personally asked the fan to leave because the STORE will close in few minutes..

My delulu mind is telling that they were celebrating his birthday in his store that's why they are asking not to take photos of him. Telling his fan to 'just' leave in a joking way makes me think he's excited for something... omoooo I just can't help it

  7. I honestly can't wait for the day when I'd wake up and go online to see the whole Internet exploding because they'd just announce they were engaged or probably already married.

As much as I hope for that to happen, I don't want to rush them. They need their privacy. They need time for themselves. And I guess I've had a few insecurities not knowing the real score. I know for sure that something special is going on between them but until I hear it from their own mouth, I still can't help but feel lacking.
