    Yes, I was shocked to read about the rumors but I know GY keeps his promises well. He’ll let his fans know for sure.

    He’s too thin here. He looks like a sick person. I don’t like it :(  but the smile on his face tells me otherwise. Anyway just hope for his happiness. :)

    I was once a die-hard fan and I kept the thread alive for a few months but things have gotten too hectic that I could not drop by here for the past few months. This thread has still been going on well, or should I say even better with your contributions. Applause! :) I sincerely thank you guys for making effort to maintain this threas. I feel a bit embarrassed for not being able to drop by that often these days but remember, I'll always support Yoo guys! Hwaiting!

     

    P/s: I am going to buy ASUS Zenfone soon because our Gong Yoo recommends it. :tongue:

    @2handsintertwined To me, he's not a handsome man... he does age, we can clearly see it from his face. But he's charming. More like Tom Cruise but Korean version? If that's easier to understand. I love his personality more than anything... that's what makes him handsome and young and loved. :) His face is too innocent. And btw...

    erm I think it's a bit unfair to compare him with American actors and actresses. He's being loved for who he is... that's what makes him unique. And as his fans we can only wish him all the best and keep on waiting for him to finally decide which way does he want to go. Drama? Movie? Or just focus on CFs. He's no longer a young man who would seek after popularity. He's now searching for the true purpose of life, by focusing on things that make him happy. He's so much fresher now compared to before and it's something I'm truly happy about. Well, after losing track of his latest career-building thing... I'm glad he's so much better now. Don't you think so too? :wink:

    I'm totally in love with his new hairstyle... it's kinda similar to the one he had in Big but he looks cuter now? Or am I the only one who think that way? Haha... and @alohagongyoo hurm, it's just that our Yoo is a deep thinker. He loves this kind of genre coz he likes to think outside of the box... but it seems like he can get disturbed quite easily so I wonder if the movies he watched do more harm or good. Lol :D

    I miss everyone too... kinda busy with graduation stuffs and packing all my things too. Will be back after that. Keep on updating guys! I haven't read everything but I definitely will.     First i'm sorry if i'm biased cuz silenced has special place in my heart , it' one of best movies i've ever seen and it's the best korean movie for me.

    What i loved about this movie , it showed the whole truth "the ugly truth" without changing anything from real story , i loved how a movie can make big effects on society and change laws in Korea , and finally it makes me fall in love with GY and respect him as an actor and as a person because he was the reason this movie was made 

    story: i won't talk about it since it depends on real story , and it shows how our world is so awful and unfair to those children :(

    Acting: was great from GY , yumi , to villain teachers but child actors were the best they were brilliant & impressive i even thought they were really deaf 
    They made me feel their pain , i think without them this movie wouldn't be the same .

    Directing: i think director did a good job especially this movie was low budget  

    best scenes : there're many good scenes in this movie but i'll choose funeral scene when GY holded the child boy pic and said " This boy can't speak or hear , This child name is min su" as best scene , really this scene was so touching , and broke my heart :bawling:. The 2nd scene when GY told the child 'Min su' about settlement and that his grandmother forgave teachers.

     what i didn't like is lighting was so dark in most scenes ., i couldn't focus in some scenes because it was so dark , also i felt GY , Yumi characters weren't deep in this movie i think their characters needed more depth 

    finally ti can say his movie is perfect , recommended for all GY fans but prepare your tissues first .

    It's a low budget film??? Oh wow! Impressive! The actors were all so good that I could hardly find any flaws! Well, the depth of the character like what you said but overall I'm so so so so so satisfied. And yes! I agree with the two favorite scenes you mentioned! During the funeral, I was too furious with the teachers that I felt like my heart cringed and was about too explode. I couldn't cry at all coz I was too angry! And the fact that I even had a nightmare really showed how impactful the movie was. I posted my review on Facebook and some of my friends start to consider watching it too! :) Am so glad about it!

    And to those who has not watched it, I don't only recommend tissues coz I didn't use it, but I would recommend you not to be in any emotional state and be as calm as possible before you start watching. It's too horrendous and emotionally-stricken. Trust me.

    @CatchMine_ID I'm proud of him too... Since I'm just a nobody, perhaps me counseling my patients later whenever they feel depressed is one of the things that I can do to help. At the very least :( 

    @kentangbakar, @Noor90 I even had a nightmare but it's worth my time. Waking up with faint Gong Yoo image asking me whether I'm okay, this would be the 5th time I dreamed of him. Haha :D 

    And btw @kentangbakar I'm in love with his accent in the video! Haha... it's not easy to adapt to American accent if you've not been living there, I'm a very proud #myahjussifan 

    @tanuukiec00kie, @tieya1810 Welcome here guys! And cookie, yes it took me few months to gather up my courage before I can watch it and I still ended up with nightmare... it's a heavy movie. Take your time, and watch it when you're ready. :)
